"w-what t-the..." i spat out in shock thinking that i might be drunk.
more question rises as i see his confused reaction...
"how in the world did he talk" gallade asked in confusion
"what?" the Lucario talked... again!
i am definitely not hallucinating...
i froze as i hear the Lucario spoke, chill runs through my spine as i thought about it... if anyone hears this...
"shhh! stop talking" i quickly spat quietly, then i quickly yanked his paw to run towards the exit of the city
"aagh!" he reacted as i pull him, Gallade followed me as i run outside of the city, through people with eyes watching, i feared that they heard it...
after dragging him outside, i went out of the path and entered the forest... where no one can listen. as i look back at the Lucario, i quickly let go of my arm and backed of a bit from him, being careful, without any realization that he is scared.
"were you able to talk at the first place" i asked the mysterious Lucario
"I... don't know" it said with fear and confusion in his tone.
"do you remember what happened before you're... fell from the uh... sky?" i asked dumbfounded
"fell... from... what?" he replied confusedly... i ignore the fear and cringe as he talks with his mouth...
does he remember anything?!
"do you even remember anything?" Gallade suddenly said what's on my mind.
"..."
everyone went silent for a while... until-
"even a thing!" Gallade yelled
"I..." he stopped as i see his expresion turned to fear and his ears drop...
were scaring him...
"H-hey, it's okay... we'll try to help you out" i said trying to calm it down... it looks like he calmed down a bit, i can't hold my self to see a pokemon sad, it makes my heart break...
i looked around to see if anyone is eavesdropping this...
there is no one...
i looked back at him, he seemed more calm now...
"Do you know what is your name?" i ask again with hoping for answers.
"I... Don't know" he replied unsurely
this is bad...
"Do you at least... Know someone" gallade ask straight and calm to keep him calm
"No" he replied...

We've questioned a lot, but none was answered... We are back at the street, walking through some houses with the sun almost setting... now im walking with a talking Lucario on my right and with Gallade at my left, i gave the Lucario an oran berry just to make him more comfortable and full, he was still nibbling at the berry while i was walking to a near rental house, my father gave me a lot of money on this journey so that i would not give up easily...
well i think he hoped that i give up now...
While i was walking, i took my handheld communicative device from my pocket, the shape is like a grip of a knife, the color is navy blue and has a special glass at the top, four buttons each for my index finger to my pinky finger, the rest of the button is black and square while the button on my pinky is round and red button and has a letter, 'SOS' and a scroll for my thumb (black as well), i press the button on my index and then a cyan floating transparent square screen came up in front of me, it was as big as 2 times a Pokeball. even though i used it for a couple of times, It stills amazed me... It made a small catchy tone too while i am turning it on...
Instantly a bunch of contacts was able to be selected, i scroll down with the scroll on my thumb to look below the letter A section. until the screen slides down to category letter D...
'Dad'
There's a contact number shown below the text, i press it and then the screen fadely went black and show this Pokeball rotating clockwise in the middle and a text 'connecting to Dad' right below it, Suddenly the Pokeball opens and a grey screen saying 'voice only' pops out, the outline was still black while most were still grey, a voice came out from it,
"What is it honey" a feminine voice came out.... i know it's my mom that is calling me...
"mom, i at the house. im ready for the rent" i added... my mom is using my dad's compal because he left it...
he left us...
Later i talked to mom on how i rent a house, and only for a while and not for a month, my mom called the one owner of the house, i got the digital key from my compal after i recieved it...
this thing does works as a key as well!
very handy huh?
anyways, i won't ask the details about the house... but after entering i went inside the bed room and sit at the bed, sighing for feeling tired and confused at the same time...
i think i would sit here for a while...

"What should we do to him," gallade said in telepathy as he talks to me while im laying at the bed...
"I'm... Not sure" i said unsurely to my friend Gallade as he sits near beside me at the bed.
"Should we bring him to a pokemon shelter?" Gallade suggested...
I agreed on Gallade suggestion.
"I-"
but...
Something or someone force me to say something else...
"No... We should keep him" i said plainly... i don't know why i have this sudden thought... what is happening to me...
it feels like...
i needed to protect that Lucario from...

"Wh-Why?" Gallade respond, shocked
"I'm not sure but... Trust me on this" i said to him with an eye of determination...
Alex looked away from me...
"okay..." he said as he gets up and walked out of the room, closing the door...
with this is got up from the bed and take of my White jacket, revealing my blue shirt. took of the jeans and put on my comfortable pants. and put my belt with three pokemons in it...
these pokeballs i actually colored on my own when i was a kid...
one of it is a white double side Pokeball with a sword sticker stuck on the top side.
Another one with the normal white on the bottom side, and a blue color replacing the red on the top, it has a red Triangle mark on the blue side of the Pokeball,
And lastly...
Gallade's Pokeball...
Just an ordinary Pokeball, red on top and white at the bottom,
unlike his last one...
then i went in the bathroom that is connected on this bedroom, i Took a hot shower... i looked down on the hole that takes the water away from this room. and took a while inside to clear my mind...

after i stopped the water flowing, i took the towel that is already placed at the bathroom and dry my body with it. after i looked at the mirror, i see my dark hair blocking my eyes... i take a hairbrush and fixed my wet hair...
it will get messy again later when i use the jacket...
and i completely ignore the mirror and brush my hair with instinct, later i put on the same clothes that i used recently, and with barefoot i stepped out of the bathroom with the towel on my neck. i sit down a the bed as i wait for my hair to dry up...
then i looked down to see him sleeping on the carpet ground... he sleeps on the floor and use his left arm as his own pillow. he is smart about keeping his right arm from getting more injured... then i felt sadness as i feel loneliness of the Lucario... he doesn't remember anything at all... all i can do is to try keep him happy... with sympathy i take the blanket from my rental bed and cover Lucario with it... luckly he didn't wake up while i am covering him with it... then i silently walk towards the bad and lay on it with the pillow on my head, i can feel the pillow getting a litte wet as the cover absorbs the remaining water on my head...
it's also night...
also...
i think Gallade is outside...
probably worried about something...

now i'm worried as well...

i hope he's not thinking about our past again...

i suddenly wake up from my bed... it's quite early, i looked at the Lucario. he's still sleeping... but he seems comfortable with the blanket i gave him... without realization i smiled a bit...
but is this the right choice...

time to battle the Gym Leader! anyways, i take on notice on the beautiful Roselia fountian! it was beautifully carved and the water pours elegantly from it's flowers.
Alright... What was her name again? i think i forgot her name... i hope i could find it out.
also, i am close at the gym leader, Gallade is already by my side after he stopped pondering yesterday, and the Lucario... i ask him to follow me so that he would be safe, in which he agreed.
now...
i stand right in front of the Gym of Santalune city! i feel the challenge and anticipation in my heart as i stare at the gym!
"Alright, let's do this!" I scream right in front of the gym with my heart content. of course, some people might have stared at me. but i don't care at this point... but i hope they didn't think that i am a trainer...

You might wonder why i need to fight the gym, probably because it's the only way to fight Diantha, the current champion of the kalos region!
I might have a disadvantage on this gym... but! i don't care. I am looking for a challenge after all, even in my very firat gym battle! But don't worry, many say that this gym was easy!
But maybe she should make her team more stronger at some point.
and here i am entering the gym, i open the door normally and went in...
and man! there's a lot of nice photography, most of them are pictures of bug type pokemon, they are all very nice even in my opinion!
"Those are some nice photo" i mumbled as i walked past them.
"How does she even get close to a wild one? Wouldn't she be attacked?" Gallade ask.
"She zooms in with the photo off course!" I said as i exited the photo room to a-
Garden!
I was amazed to see how much lively the garden is as i looked around, even Gallade and Lucario is surprised!
"A forest inside a building? Im impressed" Gallade added impressed
"Yeah! This is possible thanks to the help of pokemons too!" I said.
"Ok... now where is she?" I said as i started looking around...
But i am a worried about the Lucario...
he's been quiet for a while...
Does he even trust us?
I need to show him that i am a good guy here...
But let's find the gym leader first!
"Alright guys! Let's find the gym leader!" I shouted with excitment as i started walking on a path to find the gym leader!

We're now walking on a path and...
We haven't found the gym leader yet...
This is concerning...
"How much strong do you think this gym leader is?" Gallade asked.
"Well, she is the first recommened gym that most people would battle first bu-"
I suddenly stopped as i feel my right leg bumped on something.
"what th-" i blurted as i lost my balance and fall on the dirt ground with my face hit's first!
"Justin!" I heard Gallade shouted behind me.
"BLEAUGH!" I spit the dirt out of my mouth as i turned my head around...
So the one that made me tripped...
it was a Metapod!
standing in the middle of the path!
"Are you okay?" Gallade helped me quickly ignoring the immobile Metapod.
"I-I'm fine" i said as i stand up with the help of Gallade. Lucario only looked at the Metapod with no surprise. Gallade then looked at the the Metapod with a glare, the Metapod seems unfazed and oblivious to me...
"what is that thing doing in here?" Galladed asked
"I'm not sure" i added.
"what should we do with it?" Gallade ask again
"Hmmm..." i hummed as i think about our next move...
A Metapod stuck in the middle of a path is not safe... since a pikipek would easily find it and eat it's inside like a juice...
"I know!" I shouted with an idea.
With my plan in my brain i picked the green chrysalis shell to a big nearby tree and put it down on it's shadow!
"What is that for?" Gallade asked
"It's so that he would be hidden from any Predator!" I said to Gallade and Lucario
"Oh..." the Lucario mumbled
"That's nice of you" Gallade added with a smile
"Thanks! Let's continue now!" I said as i started walking down the path again.
With a smile on my face, i anticipate a great battle!

It's been a while... and we haven't found her!
Where is she?!
"click!"
"fantastic! just fantastic!" an happy shout heard from the distance, it seems like the snap came from a camera...
wait! that's the gym leader!
i turned my head to look at direction where that voice came from and-
there she is!
a woman with a blond short hair and an expensive camera!
with excitment i quickly run towards her! she heard my footsteps and quickly turned around. she smiles happily as she sees me coming
"you're the gym leader right?" i shouted with a smile from the distance from the distance,
"Yup! wait! I should take a picture here! You've got a great smile going on!" she said as she quickly positioned her camera towards me.
"Click!" a loud snap with a flash of light hits my eyes. with temporary blindness i stopped and scrub my eyes a bit...
then i noticed she was right in front of me looking at her camera screen.
"Fantastic work!" she said as she put her camera away
"do you really need to do that?" i said to her
"ughh... my eyes" Gallade Grunted behind me
"well, I guess it's because of my older sister." she added
"oh..."
"so you're here to battle me?" she said confidently
"yeah! what is your name?" i asked
"The name's Viola!"

while we're on our way to the Battle field... then something came up on my mind that i wanna talk about.
"Gallade?" i said to Gallade
"yeah?" he replies
"do you think we would be able to beat this gym?"
"im not sure... it depends" Gallade said as i noticed that were an open field!
there is the Battlefield!
it somehow looks familiar on the one i have before...

and now I'm standing at the arena with gallade already prepared for battle with viola standing at the opposite side from me, this is my first pokemon battle againt's other people! man I'm excited, let's see how much powerful are they out here.
especially the gym!
"Alright, vivillon come out!" she screams out loud and opening the Pokeball from her palm, a red beam came out from it and a pink vivillon suddenly appears in the air,
"vivil!" it cries in a happy tone (gallade said that she said 'Hi')
a bug and flying type, luckily it doesn't have a flying-type move, probably a tactic to intervene than assault, looks like we gotta hit hard!
both pokemon each side already in the position to battle, and thus.
The battle begins!
and thus i quickly attack!
"alright. vivillon, use energy-"
BOOM!
An explosion came in front of vivillon. viola can't see what just happen because of the shockwave! after the smoke clears...
the vivillon is on the ground fainted!
"what the!" viola gasped
"well, maybe too much," i said while back scratching my head and smiling (and sweatdrop)
"uh... sorry,"gallade said on telepathy
"What did you even use!" viola asked
"psycho cut" i bluntly said. yeah i did use psycho cut, it traveled so fast that it hit poor vivillon instantly, i already call it out on my telepathy on using code word S for psycho cut (in short) it's a strategy that i use to do instant attacks (pretty smart huh?) there is code word P, C, and Y, also D, P, K, B, and F.
"vivillon, return!" she said as she returns the vivilon with the Pokeball.
after it turns into a ray of red light, it came into the ball and closes.
"Have a good rest" she added to her friend.
well at least she does care about her friend. after that she returns her Pokeball to her pocket, then pulls out another one, she opens it! then another ray burst out of the Pokeball! then came a form of a... masquerain, it has a flying type move!
we'll have to be careful!
the appearance of the masquerain wings gives intimidation on gallade, i could see gallade sweats and gritting his teeth a little, but luckily gallade didn't take on full effect thanks to his training,
"let me guess, you talk to your partner trough telepathy," viola ask
i nodded
"yep, that's how we do it" i reply
"well then that means your bond is really strong, fantastic! just fantastic" she said excitingly, she quickly took her camera and take a shot at us again immediately.
after she returns her camera, she quickly stares at us in a gamer face
"well alright, this time i will hit you," she said confidently.
"well let's see about that" i added mockingly
"masquerain, use air slash!" the masquerain quickly react to her response and launches a dangerous air at gallade at a very high speed.
"D" i response telepathically
that means she won't have any idea on what i ordered Gallade to do!
gallade quickly side steps to the left and dodge all of the air almost effortlessly.
"Aaah, use air slash again!" she struggles
then another dangerous air comes at gallade in high speed, then again gallade dodge it effortlessly,
I could see that masquerain is a bit more tired now,
Now it's my chance!
Then i shout out loud "gallade, finish it with spycho cut!" Yes, i did shouted to finish it.
suddenly, his elbow glow Magenta to his paw, after it's bright enough, he quickly swings it! A slash of beam came out from his elbow, it thrust towards the masquerain, the beam is to fast for the masquerain to dodge!
then...
BOOM!
A cloud of dust burst out around the masquerain, and as the dust cloud began surrounding the far side of the arena.
after the dust disappeared, i see the masquerain laying on the ground, unable to fight anymore...

...
Well, that was disappointing!
"Well, look's like you beat me!" Viola tells me while she was returning her masquerain.
"you... No, it wasn't you alone. You and your friend Gallade have shown me a whole new depth of field! Fantastic! Just fantastic!" she gave us an appreciation for us, and with that, we gave a smile back at her as well.
"Your friends are very close to you as well, you may just need to train more to be better"
"thanks! and For the reward, i'll give you the bug badge!" she said.
And with that, she gives me the badge, after taking it and putting it on my badge collection, we shake our hands, then Gallade also shake hands with viola and thus my first pokemon battle was done...

"Well... That was too easy" gallade said to me with a sad tone.
"Hey it's okay, we'll find a better challenger next time" i said trying to cheer him up.
we're out of the gym and on the walk to home, of course, the Lucario is still with us... Maybe we should talk about him more often...
And it's noon...
"Justin... i'm getting hungry" Gallade added...
Hmm...
I'm getting hungry too...
Then i heard a rumbling noise coming out from Lucario, i stop walking with gallade and turn around to see him stop as well while putting his paw around his stomach.
it looks like he's hungry too!
"Well it looks like we're not the only one who is hungry here," i told the Lucario, and since there are no people around here at the moment. so it's fine for him to talk.
"Hungry?" The Lucario speak, i already didn't mind about his ability to speak since it is very nice and confinient!
"It means that you need to eat" i said
"Why do i need to eat?" he asked a dumb question...
"Well you see, you need to eat so that you won't be tired or fatigued, and if you don't eat for a very long time... Well... How do i put this... you'll get too tired and Sleep forever?" I explained to Lucario with the most possible way to not make him get scared
"Oh... So what do i eat" he asks again while tilting his head questioning
"There are many things, like the oran berry you eat yesterday, apple, sitrus, Pokè-foods, Pokè-puffs, and others!"I told him,
"Mmm... So what should i eat now"
"I'm not sure... I know!" I slam my right fist against my left palm.
"I will take most of the various other types of berries, Pokè-food, and fruits. then let's see what you might like most," i told him in excitement, but that may mean that it would be a lot of money wasted, but just so i can make this Lucario happy. I would do anything!
"Okay" The Lucario replied with a little smile
"I'll get the berries and fruits," gallade added
"Then I'll get the food from the store!" i added as well
"Lucario you should go with Gallade so you get to know the wild," i suggested the Lucario
"Okay" Lucario replied with a nod
"I'll watch over him," gallade said to me
"thanks, then i'm gonna head out to the store alright!" i said happily
"Also we'll meet at the house," i added
"Alright" gallade agreed
"Be careful!" I wave at them as i see them heading south to go to route 3.
After Gallade waved back, i turned to head east to go to a nearby store!
Oh boy, i am excited! I can't wait to have this dinner later!
