5 Ch 5: Family dinner.

Sitting at the dinner table Kyra is eating the amount Saiyans normally do however not nearly as rudely as Goku.

Finishing off a second plate.

"She's going to eat us out of house and home." Taiyang says

"S-sorry." Kyra says stuttering as her face flushes red.

"What do you guys think of the Faunus?" Kyra asks suddenly.

"Misunderstood and it doesn't help with what the white fang is doing." Qrow says

"I know a few Faunus from signal they get bullied a lot but they are really nice." Ruby says

"Same as Ruby" Yang says wondering why Kyra asked.

"Do you have something you wish to tell us?" Taiyang asks

Everyone sees movement under her hoodie as a tail pops out and waves a bit behind her.

"You have a tail that's so cool! Can you use it to fight?" Ruby asks as the tail suddenly wraps around Ruby's arm.

Kyra just looks at that wide eyed before her face changes to a different shade of red.

"After dinner do you wanna come to From Dust till Dawn with me we can look at the weapon magazines." Ruby says

"Yes that would be awesome!" Kyra says excitedly.

"You have to awaken your aura first." Qrow says stopping them from leaving.

Kyra starts eating a third plate.

After dinner in the living room.

"Ok I need you to close your eyes and concentrate." Qrow says

Kyra suddenly feels a weird energy around her.

"For it is in passing that we achieve immortality. Through this we become a paragon of virtue and glory to rise above all. Infinite in distance and unbound by death, I release your soul, and by my shoulder protect thee." Qrow says

Suddenly Kyra's aura burst out knocking away all the furniture and Qrow, before she reels it in.

"Sorry!" Kyra shouts looking at the mess around her.

Kyra suddenly sees a bar in the bottom right of her vision that says AP

'Action Points are aura points!? If it's based on the soul and I am indeed a god then I also have at the very least a tier four soul.'

Kyra looks at her Pip-boy

AP 200,000

Kyra is dumbfounded at the number.

'I kinda wish I could see other people's numbers.'

"Come on Kyra lets go!" Ruby says pulling Kyra out of the door leaving the mess of the living room with Qrow leaning against the wall.

Ruby suddenly bursts into rose petals while pulling Kyra next thing you know they are in the inner city.

"I'm going to be able to do that someday." Kyra says

"Oh yeah how?" Ruby asks as they walk into the store and head towards the weapons catalogue sections in the back.

"Flash step or Soru." Kyra says matter of factly wondering if she could actually do it now.

"You can try it on the way home." Ruby says

"Home?" Kyra says

"You kinda became our adopted sister." Ruby says

"That looks cool but how do they fit the rounds in the gun?" Kyra says looking at the magazine

"Huh? It's dust and aura powered how does your gun shoot." Ruby asks

"Huh it's chambered in .308 rounds?" Kyra asks confused.

"Wait, you have never heard of bullets?" Kyra asked realizing what's happening she pulls out a .308 round.

"What's that thing?" Ruby asks

Kyra just pulls out one of the 30 m-14 she is carrying thanks to the mod and throws it at ruby.

"Take it apart yourself at a later time I know how much you love weapons." Kyra says wondering if led bullets can be stopped by Aura.

'Wait the rifleman perk may make it so my bullets can ignore semblances and Aura if I level it up enough.'

Ruby starts pulling apart the rifle ridiculously fast.

"How does it shoot?" Ruby asks

Kyra pulls the bullet out of the casing and dumps the gunpowder on the ground.

"That black stuff is called gun powder it ignites that and shoots the bullet at speed of sound." Kyra says

"What is it made of?" Ruby asks now ignoring the magazines.

"I don't know the new recipe but I know the old one. Coal, Sulfur, and Potassium Nitrate." Kyra says listing off black powders ingredients.

"Coal? sulfur?" Ruby asks

"Uh a black rock that burns and a soft yellow rock that's found by volcanos." Kyra replies noticing the stars in Ruby's eyes.

'I wonder if they have the steam engine or if everything runs on dust?'

"Can I see your guys engines?" Kyra asks wondering what crazy contraption she could make.
