Yang had taken the day off and gone to earth.

The planet was evolving rapidly, if it wasn't for Niwaki doing its absolute best to prevent the powder keg from going off odds are there would've been a WW3 by now.

"Yang?" A voice says cracking in panic.

Yang turns around to see the Demi god Rory.

"Ah, how's it going Rory?" Yang asks

"Good! I'm good!" Rory shouts

"Why are you yelling?" Yang asks

"Yelling not yelling nothing to be worried about." Rory says

"…"

"Anyway how's that soldier that you fell in love with and bonded with?" Yang asks

"Itami is the best husband." Rory mutters blushing a little.

Yang shakes her head at the innocent(?) 900 year old demigod.

"So why are you in Japan and not the other world?" Yang asks

"I live here now." Rory says smiling

The country of Japan was different. Although they haven't made use of the space fairing tech just yet. The globe was quickly switching to clean energy and working on studying magic and aura.

"Madam…" Jarvis's voice says

"Yes Jarvis?" Kyra asks waking up.

"I have managed to intercept a theoretical battle plan for the invasion of the remnant system." Jarvis says as her hologram flashes to life.

"What is it?" Kyra asks

Jarvis actually recoils before face palming and looking at Kyra desperately.

"What?" Kyra asks

"Could you make me able to interact with physical objects? I need to throw something." Jarvis says

"That bad?" Kyra asks now sitting up holding her side as she breaths slowly trying to ease the pain.

"We'll sail up, destroy the enemy forts. Silence their guns. The troops will land and they won't have to do anything. They'll just take the surrender." Jarvis says monotone.

Kyra bursts out laughing ignoring the pain it is causing her.

"That is the best joke ever Jarvis." Kyra says wiping a tear from her eye.

Jarvis however just looks at Kyra flatly.

"Oh, you were serious." Kyra says

Jarvis nods.

"Eh, let them do it. They'll fly in get pelted with shot and we'll scout for survivors afterwards." Kyra says

Jarvis nods her hologram quickly turning towards the door in panic before flickering away.

Suddenly the heavy oak door is kicked open as Ruby makes herself known.

"Kyra." Ruby says

"Yes?"

"Are you trying to aggravate your injuries? The computer went off because your heart rate was too high." Ruby says

"I would've smashed my head through a desk if I had one. Though it's not physical injures dear. It's magical and over use. It's literally just taking me too damn long to recover my energy." Kyra says

Ruby pokes Kyra in the gut watching her wince in pain.

"Yes, it's definitely not like you almost experience organ failure or anything. Do not make me get Weiss. Am I understood?" Ruby asks

Kyra nods.

"Right, so what are you going to do for another week?" Ruby asks

"Rest and sleep?" Kyra says

"Yes, rest and sleep. Stop worrying about this civil war stuff. We have it handled." Ruby says

"Okay. How is Taylor and autumn?" Kyra asks

"Taylor woke up 2 days ago." Ruby says

"Good." Kyra says

"You got elected queen of the system. And Hood is off to defend Naboo as per our usual agreement.@ Ruby says giving Kyra a small update so she doesn't try to find out info for herself.

"Wait what?"

"Hood is off to Naboo for guard duty. We had to beef up the patrol a little. With the civil war the republic is having a harder time policing space." Ruby answers.

"No before that." Kyra clarifies

"Taylor woke up two days ago. She's still in bed rest and autumn refuses to leave her side." Ruby answers.

"No it was something about a queen." Kyra says

"Queen Amidala retired?" Ruby says questioningly

Kyra just sighs and lies back down.

"I'm just gonna go back to sleep." Kyra mutters

"You do that… do you wanna snuggle?" Ruby asks

"I could use a little spoon." Kyra mutters

Ruby climbs in and is rapidly wrapped in an embrace.

"Goodnight Ruby." Kyra says
