2 Where?
Deep within the void between realms the emperor lays. After being eaten by the space crack the emperor was knocked unconscious by the laws of the void which where trying to protect him from the many hazards within.
Now flying through the void at speeds unimaginable the emperor's body starts to break down at a visual rate. As his body is breaking down the emperor is startled awake. With the emperor's mind now awake he realizes that he is not able to do anything just watch his body breaks down from the pressure of the void on his body.
Watching from his soul his soul starting to separate from his body and start to fade away as well. Just as his soul starts to fade two rings upon his hand start to glow gently. The two rings that are upon his slowly deconstructing of his body's hands activate after a second of glowing.
One ring shooting light out at his soul allowing it to stabilize and keep together thus ending the fading of his soul. The second ring shooting light out right after the first hitting the soul just after it finished stabilizing. With the second ring's light coming into contact with the emperor's soul the emperor's soul and consciousness disappear from within the void. The emperor's body finishing decomposing and breaking down soon after.
The ring's that were on the emperors hands had one function each with the first being able to protect and allow a soul to travel without a body. The second ring had a function to be able to place the soul into the nearest body.
The emperor blacking out once the second ring hit him now wakes up opening his eyes that he now saw through. Sitting up feeling immense pain coming from his body. The emperor takes a look at his new body for the first time. It is covered in many bruises from his ankles to his chest. Closing his eyes once again the emperor looks towards his soul and sees that he has lost nothing in the progress of his soul cultivation. His soul now complete soul world thanks to the tribulation he faced now is self reliant providing its own ecosystem.
Besides not having any large breasts or predators his world is fully complete forming a peaceful world the provided the qi and energy for the emperor. The emperor after looking at his soul opens his eyes once again to look from his body to his surroundings.
See his surroundings the emperor is thoroughly surprised as he does not recognize the city he saw with his eyes. Even after being to the many myriad of worlds he's come across and conquered expanding his empire. Sitting upon his position on a large hill just outside of the city he realizes that this place may be very far from his home.
Thinking about his great empire and the accomplishments he made expanding it. He thinks about how he may never return and prepares himself for the worst emotionally. Using his divine sense that is generated from his soul cultivation he expands it towards the city in front of him. Taking in the many new things he saw the emperor focuses on there language that they speak and of what race the creatures that built such a wonderful city.
Realizing that there were only humans and mortals at that he was taken aback for a brief moment stunned that mortals could do such a thing with no cultivation. Finishing scanning the city before him the structures the culture the languages he found. He started to walk towards the city before him as his body was from a mortal that never even touched Qi it was weak and did not possess any prowess. It was at this moment that the emperor realized the air was odd and did not feel right like something was missing from it.
That's when it hit him the familiar feeling that he has bathed in for so long since a young boy is missing. The world had no Qi in the air nor his surroundings. Starting to panic he reached his senses out as far as he could expand it eventually covering the whole small planet.
Finding no Qi or similar energies in the world lade out before his senses he falls into deep turmoil contemplating to himself. Wondering where the Qi he has in his body has come from if he has not taken in any from the world.
Little did he know that when waking up he sucked up all the Qi on the planet he woke upon. With such mesley amounts of Qi there was nothing left after slightly absorbing it.
Taking his senses back from which he spread the emperor continued walking contemplating. Using the speed of a normal mortal the emperor only arrived after several minutes of walking down the hill.
Now on the streets of this city he continues his walk setting his sights on everything he passes. Thinking to himself that he should take this small planet of humans over. But realizing the limit of his energy currently he stops that thought process and just looks around with curiosity. Looking into shops and there unreal clear glass windows to the moving pictures on thin panels the emperor comes across a building looking like an Inn.
Spreading his sense into the building he does indeed confirmed his suspicion that this building was an inn. Watching people flow in and out he watched the men of women of this city book rooms and check out of them. He watches as the humans hand thin cards back and forth between each other. Watching as a man walks by him he grabs one of the thin cards with his divine senses.
Walking up to the counter he hands the card over. Not understanding what the lady behind the counter is saying he focuses his divine sense on her mind infiltrating it. With it not being to hard as she knows nothing of cultivation he combs through her memorizes and information of the language she speaks. Now understanding what she says after she finishes her sentence once again trying to get him to understand.
The emperor now with a slight accent replies "I would take one emperor room please".
The lady looking confused scrounges her eyebrows. Looking at him again she replies "How many nights would you like a room for?" "I will take a room for one night," he replied.
