The sun rises up again in the hidden leaf meanwhile in the Miyazato household Rei was already up and starting his training. In his previous life he started training in martial arts quite late though at first, he did it because of a slight crush towards the instructor he later on grew fond of it capable of holding his own against other competitors in amateur tournaments but due to missing the right age to start training he wasn't able to develop more muscle fibers since he already reached his muscle maturity. Now that he is very young he'll try to start on his previous training and developing his body beyond even might Guy's physical abilities in his normal state.

Rei's goal looks to be quite an impossible hurdle towards his ninja career but armed with his knowledge from his previous life and Reinforcing it with the methods he has now he might just be able to. In his previous life there were red muscles, white muscles, and pink muscles he doesn't really remember the specifics of their use aside from red muscles being able to perform strenuous activity for a long time though low in intensity while the white muscles are responsible for high intensity actions not lasting as long. But among the three exist pink muscles who possess both qualities and his goal is to increase the pink muscle fibers in his body using the training methods he learned in his previous life since he is young and hasn't reach muscle maturity yet.

Imagine Rei being able to perform high intensity movements without getting tired and experiencing muscle fatigue as fast as taijutsu masters like Guy. Might Guy's physical abilities is placed at the top even in the data books of ninja since he trained his body to the limits but Rei knew that he could exceed this if he succeeds in his training method. Having a large amount of pink muscles in the body would make him stronger and faster, according to his theory almost to the point that even if he hasn't open any gates just his base form alone could possibly rival people who has open at most four gates or even five since normal muscles like white muscles responsible for extreme movement can't possibly go on for a long time unlike pink muscles. But this theory is only possible if he is able to make most of his muscles into pink muscles, which is a major challenge itself and much harder than training normal muscles.

Rei wanted to develop his body now more than before since his fight with rock lee made him realize his disadvantage in physical prowess although he shouldn't really mind it since the person dedicated all his time in taijutsu and has trained more than a year compared to him. But that's just him making excuses and he didn't want that to happen again and live his second life in half-hearted matter like before.

Aside from the training involving pink muscles Rei included training his flexibility and reaction time as well since being fast and powerful won't mean a thing if you can't use it at all in the right way. Rei has also been thinking for a long time about chakra modes or chakra flow since that technique would be more possible for him than the eight gates but if he learned it there's no harm since even the first two gates already gives a lot of benefits.

Rei also saw his father using the wind chakra flow when he fought against the missing-nin turned bandit that they encounter. So, Rei has been going through his memories searching through the effects of each chakra mode or chakra flows: Wind nature improves cutting and piercing, Lightning nature has the same effect except that it adds numbness to person who's hit as well, there was that lightning chakra mode of raikage as well making them over powered in their own way.

Fire nature chakra flow incinerates its target when hit while earth nature enhances the material of the equipment making it more durable and raising its defense to its limits, water nature chakra flow was also in defense creating a water armor on the user's body capable of withstanding physical attacks that could also be transferred to another person.

But Rei already has a technique that has this kind of effect which was the C-rank water release: water armor technique but since it is his affinity he has to try and look for another application. It is true though that he can learn another element since affinity only makes you learn the element faster but not limits you to that element alone. Among the ninjas the current Third Hokage is hailed as the professor since he has mastery over the five elements which he earned through hard work but learning a new element would take him some time and creating chakra flow would be much harder than just using regular ninjutsu.

With all those thoughts Rei was in some sort of predicament and now feeling somehow frustrated on why he got Reincarnated in another world with just chakra control for additional talent. Why he couldn't be like those other people who got something extraordinary becoming overpowered in a short time. Well at least he got to enjoy improving himself and learning from every mistake and encounter and thought, I guess you wouldn't really be able to improve your fighting skills with a system since knowing how to do it and application is different. But who knows Rei's just happy to be alive.

What really frustrates Rei now though is that he has four pending projects which among them only half has a little progress which are physical body training he made plans on and genjutsu that was recently taught by kurenai yuhi lecturing him on the very basics letting him understand the gist of it.

On the other hand, the two which involves ninjutsu he hasn't trained in yet but has some ideas already like the improve water chakra flow and modification of C-rank and B-ranks ninjutsu that can be performed using the same amount of chakra but different level of power because of chakra control applied to it. What's preventing Rei from modifying ninjutsu is that his chakra control hasn't reach the level he wants yet so he'll have to improve it but there's only one training method he knows which was walking on water surface besides that nothing else.

Besides that, with his current training schedule improving his chakra control won't be able to fit in unless his shadow clone can somehow train in it while he is at school.

Days went by in a flash training with Naruto is always a thing in the Miyazato household though he is a bit loud and reckless the family didn't bother having him around since Rei doesn't talk much but is always that kid who's a smartass that chides you every now and then.

Fuyuki thought that having Naruto around is a blessing for Rei since her daughter Shizuku can't do anything yet despite being three years old and can't really play with his big brother. Shizuku usually just hang around and comment childishly on her brother's training but Rei always dotes on Shizuku so Fuyuki never worry. Now having Naruto around is like having another kid who's always energetic and loud which was how kids should be.

Naruto's presence in the Miyazato household liven things up, Fuyuki also knows about Naruto's circumstances which was explained by Mokichi but he omitted the fact that Naruto was the fourth Hokage's son since it was sort of a top-secret thing in their village. After hearing Naruto's situation Fuyuki pitied the child since he was just same age as Rei who should be growing up embraced by and loved by his family so her maternal instincts flared up and allows Naruto to even sleep over heck if she could she'll ask Naruto to live with them since the family clearly has no problems financially.

Training has been boring for Naruto but as he watched Rei train his physical abilities every day he realizes that Rei was growing stronger, faster, and resilient each day. Naruto was surprise by Rei's improvement and asked him if he could teach him his training method which surprise Rei since Naruto wasn't the kind of person who askes you first for a favor, he knows he needs help but he usually waits for the person to help him since the villager's treatment of him was kind of cold and he fears of being rejected. Rei thought that for Naruto to ask him like that he must have become someone important to Naruto and didn't shy away from asking such favor.

Rei didn't mind teaching Naruto it would probably make him stronger but this wouldn't make him overpowered right that's what he thought at that time but years later with Naruto's life force speeding up his recovery aiding his body on developing pink muscles increasing his physical abilities that rivals or even surpass that of might Guy at his peak without the activation of eight gates and with the addition of the kyubi's chakra and six path's sage mode no ninja would probably would want to fight him.

If Rei knew that the training method he taught Naruto would make him that "broken" just thinking about him using shadow clone technique and having physical abilities at the peak of even compared to the physically gifted ninjas would terrorize even the strongest of ninjas and villains... just thinking about it would probably give him goosebumps at night.

Rei's contact with lee didn't stop as well they spar every now and then he is now able to adapt with lee's speed and power advantages since his physical abilities has been improving which sort of pressured lee into training even harder since he feels that Rei was catching up with him in no time at all. In addition to that Lee hasn't won even once against Rei when they're fighting full power. Rei overwhelmed him with the combination of ninjutsu and body flicker turning lee's speed advantage into null and now in Rei's favor.

With the term end coming soon and that awaited spar using every ability they have Rei was sort of reluctant to show everything he can since it might bring him some trouble after all he is not the type of person who needs recognition and attention which would probably diminish his time for training. Meanwhile in the Hokage's office.

Third Hokage: Good job on finishing your mission Guy.

Guy: It was quite hard though but I'll finish everything with the power of youth! lord Third... is Kakashi still in anbu?

Third Hokage: I know you and his classmates from the academy wants him to be discharge from anbu since the darkness in service that comes working with the anbu division is too much and his natural character supposedly is not suited to. But Kakashi's the best agent we have, the most versatile ninja the village has who could deal with any kind of situation. I know you offered your services before for the village but no matter how strong you are Guy the darkness of anbu doesn't suit you.

Guy: then what can I do?

Third Hokage: You trust me right, just do the missions you are assigned to do and everything will be ok at one-point Kakashi will be discharge from the anbu as well so you don't have to worry.

Guy: thank you lord Third... By the way lord Third there was this kid from the academy I was interested in to take as my disciple.

Third Hokage: I heard about the kid when he graduates from the academy you are free to assign him on the team you are going to teach as a jonin in charge if you want.

Guy: Thanks again lord Third, there was this kid who's prowess in ninjutsu was beyond his age probably reaching the level of geniuses from clan family like Itachi or Kakashi.

The Third Hokage looked with great interest and signaling for Guy to continue. Guy explained then what he witnessed some time ago in the training hall of the academy where two students fought each other purely in taijutsu at high levels for their age. Then later on detailing the use of ninjutsu that discpiple prospect of him suffered from and saying that the child who used it might just be a genius. A little later when Guy left the Hokage's office the Third Hokage called for one of his anbu to call Mokichi since he heard the child's name that Guy was describing was Miyazato Rei.

Third Hokage: I didn't know you have such a genius child Mokichi.

Mokichi: Lord Third I took a leave to train him to reach his current level. It is true that he is quite smart and pick things up quickly but what I can brag about him the most is his attitude towards training.

The two talked about what Rei's future could be and the Hokage asking Mokichi if he would allow his son to train in the anbu squad. Clueless about what's happening Rei was pondering about his current state in taijutsu since practicing taijutsu katas like in his previous life martials arts or karate's kata has now stop working on improving his techniques since his body is now moving reflexively on those forms given the right circumstances. Rei's current progress is still better compared to his classmates but he fears getting over taken instantly right after they graduate since the rookie nine of his class definitely got power spikes of their own and during the chunin exams they were practically different people from how they used to be in the academy.

So, Rei is looking for a way to further the gap between him and his classmates since he is sure that he won't have that kind of power spike like they had and has to work on his improvement piece by piece each day. Rei's solution is to find himself a teacher in taijutsu and the few people that cross his mind like his father or godfather since they were jonins but immediately cross them off the list since they were working as anbu. Rei then remembered the old man his father mentioned and is now digging through his memories on how to find him.
