3 Coping Up

Bella came home and ran to her room shutting the door with a bang and collapsed on the floor crying.

Ariana ran upstairs to check on her, finding the door locked from inside she started knocking the door

"Sweetheart please open the door, please talk to me I promise everything will be fine again"

Bella slowly opened the door and let her mother in

Puffy red swollen eyes Ariana's heart wrenched at this sight, she without uttering a single word pulled Bella in a hug. She could feel Bella relaxing in her embrace.

"Bells, what happened? Did anyone say anything to you?"

" N...o Mom it was them, they mocked me"

"They were at the library?" Ariana asked

"No... they were at the Cafe, holding hands"

Ariana was fuming but she could do nothing other than comforting Bella.

Bella stopped crying and looked at her mother and promised " I will not give them any more chance to offend me"

She got up and went downstairs followed by her mom, she switched on the tv and sat quietly on the sofa, while Ariana ordered pizza she knew Bella too well.

The mother daughter duo spent the day watching movies while eating pizza.

By the end of the day Bella had coped up a lot and was now smiling, her eyes glued on the tv screen.

Ariana relaxed a bit seeing her daughter's smiling face.
