Spending time with them(Part 2)

<General perspective>

Ava looked at Regina's expression, then turned to Elena, handing her a book from the shelf, "Here, read this. It's my new book, the one I was talking about while chatting with Regina."

Regina was lost in thought about Elena kissing Ava. Elena also noticed Regina's expression and nodded at Ava, saying, "Sort it out. I don't want her to be unhappy."

Ava smiled, "That's why I like you, Babe."

Elena's face turned red as she playfully punched Ava in the face, "You're her Babe, tomboy."

Ava turned to Regina, took her hand, and led her upstairs. Regina snapped out of her thoughts as they reached the next floor, where there was a bed and curtains covering a huge window.

Ava sat on a small sofa to the side and said, "Sit down, we need to talk."

Regina sat in front of Ava and nodded.

Ava looked into Regina's eyes and asked, "Do you love me?"

Regina hesitated, avoiding eye contact, "No... I don't."

Ava smirked, "Then do you love Elena?"

Regina choked, "No, I... I..."

Ava interrupted, taking out a juice bottle from the small fridge in the corner, "From the look of it, you do love either me or Elena. I saw how you were looking at us."

Regina, frustrated, admitted, "Okay, I admit I like you," as an awkward silence filled the room.

Regina was about to leave, but Ava stopped her by holding her hand.

Regina looked at Ava with tearful eyes, "Now what?"

Ava took a handkerchief from her pocket, wiped Regina's tears, and hugged her. Regina rested her head against Ava's chest as she calmed down.

Ava held Regina by the shoulders, "I also have feelings for you. In the past few days, I've grown fond of your company and having you in my life, but..."

Regina smiled with joy, but her expression changed as she heard the word 'but', looking into Ava's eyes.

Ava continued, "But, I love Elena. If you want to date me, you have to accept Elena as my girlfriend."

Regina frowned and said, "I need time to think about it."

Ava smiled, patting Regina's shoulder, "Take as much time as you need. Even if you can't accept it, we can still be best friends," as she gave Regina a fist bump.

Ava got up and checked the time on her watch, "Wait a minute, I'll get Elena here. Don't move."

Regina nodded.

After Ava went downstairs, Regina sat on the bed, looking around the room until her eyes landed on the guitar hanging on the wall. Regina stood up and took the guitar in her hands.

Ava returned downstairs and saw Elena engrossed in reading the book. Ava smiled and took the book from Elena's hand. Elena protested, "Hey, it was getting interesting," as Ava placed a finger on her lips.

Ava said, "I brought you here to show you something. You can read the book later."

Elena sighed, "Okay, so what do you want me to see?"

Ava smiled and led Elena upstairs to the bedroom where Regina was waiting.

Elena noticed Regina holding the guitar and turned to Ava, "You have a guitar here?"

Ava replied, "Yes, remember I said this is my relaxing place? Music is also a way to relax."

Regina nodded as she put the guitar down. Ava drew the curtains and opened the huge glass window.

Elena and Regina were captivated by the beautiful view and the smooth, soft sound of waves.

Ava smiled, looking at their expressions, "Beautiful, right?"

Elena and Regina nodded, agreeing wholeheartedly.

Ava took the guitar in her hand and said, "Would you like to hear a song, ladies?"

Elena and Regina looked at each other and shouted at the same time, "Of course!"

Ava replied, "It would be my pleasure, ladies."

Elena and Regina chuckled at Ava's gentlemanly demeanor, finding it sweet.

Elena blushed as she remembered Ava carrying her when her legs were numb.

Regina smiled and remembered their first encounter in the dressing room as her face turned red.

As Elena placed her head on Ava's lap, Ava chuckled.

Regina looked at them with a little jealousy in her heart. Elena noticed Regina's expression as she hugged her.

As Regina and Elena rested their heads on Ava's lap, using it as a pillow, Ava smiled at seeing them together, watching the beautiful night and listening to her song.

Maybe it's all part of a plan

I'll just keep on making the same mistakes

As the song ended, Elena and Regina kissed Ava on the cheek. Elena said, "Thanks for this beautiful moment; I won't forget it my whole life." Regina nodded, adding, "I also love this song and my time with you both."

Ava smiled and said, "Wait, I will grab something to eat for us tonight because we are sleeping here."

Regina and Elena nodded. Who wouldn't want to spend their night in this place near nature and the sea?
