5 Planning Ahead

**Warning: Chapter mentions slavery and r*pe, read at your own discretion**

If Caelum did not find out his cheat soon he would go crazy. The search for his cheat he should have was whittling his sanity away - knowledge while useful would be made useless if he pissed off even one powerful person. That is why he desired so fucking badly to have a cheat.

He desired a system, a real advantage. To be truthful he only had a clue as to what he should do when he got old enough to leave. He, if the Draconic Heavens were such an asshole and not assist him underneath these Heavens he will scream at them unrepentantly with his infant lungs...

Like that, a few more months passed with no word or blessing from the scaled skies and he reached what should be a adolescents level of understanding of the language. From here on out Caelum would focus most of his attention on learning information as to figure out more than his clue on what he should go and do rather than understanding the language.

Recalling what he first heard of from Vaile from when she first began to read to him with his improved knowledge he went over it in his head putting it in order.

The books were for kids, they did help him to understand however the type of world he was in.

The books had a lot of pictures, it had a surprising number of pages of text though, getting read it informed him of a lot of things. The book gave him an idea of what he should do next, a hint of it as he was still young and was not strong enough to be able to walk.

As he learned, ambition began to grow in his head.

What he learned about the world in two books shocked him.

It was as if Caelum received a flood of epiphanies all at once. He was in a world far unlike his own.

He had to prepare soon, in a world this big if he failed to gain value he would be tossed aside.

He understood he was a bug. The lowest of the low.

But he would grow and become a titan.

In one of the book that he got read called Introduction to Our Planet's Makers, the story of Errielan's creation for Children as one could gather based on the title of the book the world was called Errielan, to make a long story short there exists greater gods stronger and more predisposed to the elements the lesser gods were supposedly that element incarnate. While the lesser Gods did have great power the greater gods had even more. More control, greater ability to destroy and a better ability to create. Barely lifting a finger they could create a world or destroy one.

The lesser gods could do the same, less effectively, they could create just on the scale of continents, they could destroy wiping out even entire species by sending down meteors to remove the most destructive species off the face of the world. Besides when the lesser gods were made and instructed to watch over the world that was Errielan they do not interfere with worldly matters. The humans since millennia ago have not even been aware that the lesser gods were watching.

They had a duty assigned by the greater gods to be a caretaker, and if the races of the world get out of hand they were to become tyrants punishing them for their misdeeds and that order was restored through strict and harsh control of the inhabitants of the world. But, with no living species that say the gods exist the rest of the planets residents are skeptics or devout believers in their respective god. The different races of the planet took to different Gods, some worshipped Zrahnel the god of Winter, others Horyn the God of Wind, Unuyrn the Unnoticed. There were many lesser gods, he took most to Ynnrin the God of Plans.

He was a God that created plans, and he was damn good at it. He was the one responsible for creating the layout of the continents and seeing what they looked like he felt like he was in an RPG.

He was a bonified schemer.

He knew he was not, they looked awe-inspiring and for that learning, a greater amount about such a fellow worked his way into his desires for the future.

Caelum had learned that the lesser gods had a job.

Little has been passed down about the greater gods. The greater gods had names, but unlike the lesser gods, their duty was unknown, this fact interested Caelum. We knew more about who was residing in the heavens above, than the sky above where the greater gods supposedly lived. They were supposed to be revered, they are just less than the lesser gods.

Funny right, more power means more responsibility here the greater gods dumped all the responsibility on the lesser gods.

Some races still prayed to the greater gods?

Your fate was more in the hands of the lesser gods than the greater.

The next book that Vaile read to him, it told him more truth compared to the prior book that he was read than religious propaganda.

Our Allies, Neighbours, and Enemies: Children Edition...

That book made him have a hatred for orcs for their pillaging they allied with the goblins taking the residents of the villages away doing whatever they want with them; and a desire to tame a dragon to ride it throughout the world.

This planet had dragons, he was stoked when he first heard it too. It had kitsune, ghosts and all sorts of races and monsters.

In Heavenly Draconic War he had a shadow type dragon mount called a Shadow Drake. He needed to get a dragon for real. How badass would that look if he rode into battle the wind to his back on a dragon? Fucking awesome! They would be scared silly, if he encountered such an enemy himself he would be too.

Humans sought refuge from the demihumans and monsters, ingrained in them was a respect for adventurers who slew all their troubles and buried them in the ground.

This created a hero complex within the hearts of everyone amidst the humans and their nearest neighbors besides the Demihumans of course. Being at risk of being taken away and used in such a way. It was disgusting that they had to fear that they would be subjected to such vile things.

If, and when he got stronger he would kill them on sight. But to go out of his way to do so, even if it was a just cause was silly. He had his ambition to consider.

If he could find his damn cheat already!... He needed an advantage, his knowledge was not good enough to get ahead. He did not get to finish high school before he died, how was he supposed to teach others about advanced subjects when he had yet to finish when he was learning what could be useful in his day to day life.

Even so, he had to for now put off finding a cheat and make due with his knowledge. He would put forth greater effort - being all talk and not being able to back it up was a sign of naivety.

This world also had slaves. The world needed to be changed, and if he could outlaw slavery everywhere he would.

Not everyone was as open-minded as he was, and he did not desire to be a politician.

For now, he would just carry on and be a good little child. Fulfilling his ambition required power, what was his ambition either A he himself could become powerful, or B he could ally himself with powerful people.

B would be easier if he had A: power himself, and he was not even one year old yet, he could leave the nursery (hopefully) when that time comes glory will welcome him with open arms.

He would ask for better books and by then his ambition should have taken a complete form - he wanted to change the world already, but he knew that it could not happen overnight and as a human, he would not live long enough to see it.

He decided that he would be the first human to live forever, this was his home - Caelum would protect it with his life. If he died he may not transmigrate again, that's why preparation is key, to be powerful you do not need just talent.

You need a plan, and as a child, he had plenty of time to enact it.
