8 The Arrivals

The next day, emperor city was in chaos as many famous and influential people are coming to the city. The first one to arrives is the world wide's model who had been crowned as the man woman's want to marry the most for several times.

He goes by the name Daren Smith. The man has a perfect face and he looks better no matter what clothes he used. When he arrives at the city international airport,he waited outside before a sport car comes and picks him up. The driver who used a black mask and big sunglasses to cover his face,looks like an artist, comes out and greeted the supermodel then hugged him before they left the airport with the car.

The car owner was confirmed to be the older twin's car right after the car left. The scene they saw makes them wonder about the twin from 'victory' group relationship with the famous model.

The next day, another well-known singer was reported to be arrived at the emperor city's airport. The airport was filled with fans as they now believe about the rumour that several super famous people was coming to the city. Few hours later a game developer,the one who created a new game that was played by many teenagers and also adults in all over the world arrived. Since these three people arrives at their city makes the local wonder what kind of occasion could bring all of them together and some of them were even betting on which big shots is going to arrives afterwards.

Late at night another one arrives. A capable doctor who manages to conduct a dangerous operations with ease and was admired by many doctors has come. He was so shocked to see many people were waiting for him there just to get his autograph.

One by one the guardians were arriving. All of them were big shots. The only one which arrives unknowingly is the man with hawk like eyes the sharpshooter. Even the detective still had some fans.

After a few days they're all arrived and were walking towards the cafe up hill near the twin's place.

"So this is the place?" The model shrugged his shoulders with disbelief as he looks at the cafe.

"We better observes him first."a man in full black tuxedo was looking at the cafe."if he really is his Highness, we should bring him back as soon as possible." The other just nodded before the twin goes in the cafe first.

To their surprise there's no trace of the man with silver hair. Instead a bright guy with dark purple hair was welcoming them and lead them to the one and only big circular table upstairs.

"We haven't really have received many guests here since I start helping here. This table was only seated by guests who come alone." The man dark blue eyes was shone brightly as he speaks out about their cafe. He took their order then went downstairs leaving them there on their own. The twelve were sitting quietly as the twin was sighing.

"Seems like he was just here only when the owner is here," Kim Beum said and he intertwined his fingers while looking at the surrounding area. The dark purple haired man soon come back upstairs with their orders before serving them skillfully.

"Is there anything else I can help with?" He asked with a smile. The twin shook their head before they sipped their coffee. The man squinted his dark blue eyes in disbelief. "You can tell me. I can sense your well hidden powers," he chuckled. All the 12 fixed their gaze on the man.

"Who are you? I didn't see any different aura on you," A man who used stylish clothing said directly. They're all still eyeing his every moves. The man smirked before pulling a chair and sat on it facing the man in black tuxedo.

"I've never seen you guys in real life so I didn't expect any of you to be like me. Special." He support his head with his arm. He looks at the guests one by one observing them while he continued."now that I saw you here in flesh I noticed it right away and I can also sense it,"he shrugged then leaned into his chair."are you here for him too?"

The moment those words left his mouth the other 10 big shots shared surprise look at each other before they focused back onto the mysterious man. The twin squinted their eyes as they look at the man.

"So you knew. However, we've never saw you here before."the twin said to him in total disbelief.

"He accidentally helped me so I decided to serve him. If my master is really the one you were looking for then I can relay your messages for him."

"You knew he was different. He's dangerous that even us his familiars never come into contact with his Highness." A girl with blue hair tilted her head.

"So he truly is a noblemen."he rubs his chin,"he's my master now. Unless if he wants to severe the contract I would be by his side no matter if he's dangerous to me myself," he said before he gets up.

"Since you guys were his familiars too. The master always come here on evening. You can just wait here or go home first it's all up to you. Now if you may excuse me," he bowed then walked downstairs. The doctor who used a normal clothes was staring into the space.

"He's close to his Highness."he said in a daze.

"Yes. He's never comes close to us before,"the sharpshooter said as he looks down.

"I wonder why he comes in contact with these people but not us." The girl with big sunglasses speaks as she looks at the man who walked downstairs.

"Don't be so depressed over small things like this. This might be the beginning for us to be able to get to see his Highness up close," the game researcher who used male's clothing said.

"You're right,"Daren the model said,"his Highness always protects us. He won't accept our visits before,not even once."

"You're right. But I wonder how his Highness can control the curse."the man in formal suit tapped his hand on the table."the curse affected everyone who gets close to him. Except for that night wanderer because he can reverse the curse."

"That's right.his Highness only accepted his visit. He's the one who created this catastrophe on us. He brought his Highness ran from the mansion," The girl who used big sunglasses with pink hair scoofed in anger.

"I wonder where the night wanderer is?"the businesman said while he propped his head on his hands.

"No one knows. Seems like he's gone missing. Even libra couldn't sense him." The lawyer who's been observing all of them quietly finally opened his mouth.

"That's right. I usually able to sense all of the people I know no matter where they are. However, I couldn't sense that person." The private detective who used a mask supported the lawyer statement.

"Does that mean he's dead?" Daren asked curiously."but isn't he undead? Just like us?"

"Yea and moreover he could reverse the curse his Highness have. There's no way he could dead, no?"the actress with big sunglasses and mask asked along with Daren.

"Like I said. No one knows,"the lawyer answered expressionlessly. The two sighed. They decided to go back to the hotel first then come back tomorrow as their master still hasn't come when night falls.

Meanwhile,

"Uncle! There's more member registered today as well,"Taesung told mr Yoon who just come out from his room.

"Good," the man in his 30s shortly replied.

"Maybe if we do host some events it'll make more people interested to be the member,"he suggested while he rubs his chin.Mr Yoon furrowed his eyebrows while looking onto the space.

"Maybe it is a good suggestions. What event should we do?"he turned to Taesung."any ideas?"

"Perhaps some fun activities with some gifts about reading," he held his chin while looking at Mr Yoon."games like find some hidden books or notes. Or maybe drawing and colouring for childrens."

"Maybe one that elders can participate along with their child is better,"Mr Yoon leaned back on his chair.

The two men kept on discussing until night fall. After Mr Yoon thought of a good ideas did silver haired youth excused himself to went back home.

Seoyeon was also on the way to the cafe from house they walked together there. On the way, he saw 12 people that just left the cafe. He stop to a halt and stared at those people with a sense of familiarity.

Ridiculous Snail Luke Life

As you guys already know how scary the school is. I want to tell you guys that home is even scarier than the school. That's right. So very much scary for my aim to be the laziest person in the world.

When I finally arrives from the long way home from school I entered the house the fall flat on the entrance floor.

"LUCAS!!!"a shrill woman voice calls our my name angrily. SIGH. here it comes."I TOLD YOU NOT TO LAY DOWN THERE!!TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF , GO UPSTAIRS TAKE A BATH THEN COME BACK DOWN HERE UNDERSTAND!!" i closed my half opened almond eyes. "WAKE UP!!" I felt something hit my head. I peeked through my eyelashes and saw the cucumber laying lon the floor just like me. Before any cooking utensils got thrown at me I force myself to get up and went upstairs one step at a time. I was way too tired by walking home from school. it took me nearly half an hour to get back to home.

"LUCAS COME BACK HERE!" I sighed as I hasn't even been 5 steps before my bedroom. I sighed as I slowly went back downstairs.

"WHY DID YOU STILL IN YOUR SCHOOL UNIFORM!"my mom yelled again. To be honest mom you don't have to yell loudly I'm just lazy not deaf. (-_-) .

"DONT SAY THAT YOURE TIRED BECAUSE YOU WALKED HOME FROM SCHOOL! YOUR SCHOOL ISNT THAT FAR!ITS 5 MINUTES FROM HERE!" Sigh. How I wished the school to be nextdoor. I went back upstairs slowly and this time I reached my bedroom door.

"Lucas!!!"my mom called me out again. Sigh. I went down again.

"Still hasn't changed out of your uniform?!" She asked me again as she shook her head. I sighed silently. I was about to reach my room when you call me over and over again. I goes back upstairs as I felt my energy depleted. I finally reached my room and got in. I take my uniform off as I walked towards my bed. I just grabbed my loose jacket and put it on before I let myself falls onto the bed. Sigh how I missed this feeling. all comfy and warm.3 2 1 .

"LUCAS!"sigh. Here it is. I lazily went back downstairs.

"Go to the store and buy me some meats,"she shoved a few notes to my hand. Great now I have to walk to the store.sigh.

I put on my shoes and slowly walked out to the store.

Half an hour later..

I leaned on the store building wall as I felt the exhaustion creeping within me. I sighed. after some times I goes in the store and walked around to find the meat my mom asked me to buy.since I didn't saw any I asked the cashier.

"Meat?"

"Meat?"he paused for a moment,"sorry we didn't sell any here.the supermarket 5 blocks from here have tho," I slumped onto the floor like a mud as I heard what he said.

An hour later.

"Me--eat,"I dragged my feet as I ask the supermarket clerk. She shrieked in shock as she saw my darkened expressionless face."Meat...."I said to her again.

"Meat is on the most corner over there,"she pointed as she smiled awkwardly.

"....."I walked as my eyes is about to closed. I have to get this over with this time.I don't want to go to another store. Great there's still a few pack left. I took it and went to the counter to pay.

When I arrived at the home dinner is already finished and I missed lunch. My stomach growling as I saw the dishes. it's a table full with meat course. My eyes twitched. I look at my mom's smiling face.

"You're way too slow I asked your dad to buy some on his way home,"she turned to my dad,"right sweetheart?" My dad just smiled. I sat down and ate the meals and thought that it is worth it to get tired to went buy some meat.

"By the way.wheres the meat that you bought?"suddenly my mom asked and my face darkened.

I sighed as I tried to remember what happened. I was carrying the meat in a plastic bag when a dog came out of nowhere and bite it. Before I could retract my hand the dog already ran away with it. Since theres some balance left so I went back to the supermarket and bought another pack of meat. On the way,I saw a kitten he seemed hungry so I gave some meat to him. Soon after I realized I already gave it all the meats. After resting for a bit I went back to the supermarket but I come out empty handed. There's no more meat. I have to go to other supermarket. Sigh.

In the end, I come back home late empty handed...(-_-)
