When they arrived in the town, they were told by Gio that they had a day to themselves. The new wagon and counting of goods would take some time.
Raikou decided to see what the stores in this little town had to offer.
The town itself looked lavish. It was surrounded by 1 metre thick metal walls that hid the interior. Once they entered, Raikou was taken aback by the town's aesthetic. Every building, no matter how small, was made out of Agarwood. On Earth this was one of the more expensive woods, but would only be used for small purposes.
Due to the wood, the whole town had a woody scent with a hint of spice. Raikou was confused at how this wood could be used in architecture, but chalked it down to being one of the cultivation world's differences from Earth. (A/N: Obviously...)
"This smells amazing! Can we just live here forever?" Ghost was enamoured with the town.
He looked at the sign by the entrance, which read 'Welcome to Agar Town'.
"They ruined a perfectly good moment with terrible naming sense..."
Raikou walked around and took a look at what the town had to offer. He still couldn't shake off his amazement from every building being high quality. Even the small houses for commoners were made out of Agar wood. The only difference was that the shops and houses of people higher up on the social hierarchy had different carvings in their wood. Commoners had plain wood for their buildings.
He stopped when he saw a clothing store, "I've always wanted a cool cloak, let's see if they have one!"
He walked in and took a look around. Every piece of clothing he inspected had some sort of special feature. One robe had a temperature control feature on it. Most people would only purchase these types of clothing to put over their armours, so they didn't have any uses other than aesthetically pleasing effects.
His eyes stopped upon a long black cloak that had silver patterns etched on it. They spiralled around the robe like tendrils and the hood had the head of a silver wolf on it.

It gave a point in an invariable stat! Raikou was ecstatic, and it was also the highest grade of gear he had seen. He hoped that the owner of the store didn't know the true worth of the cloak.
He looked at the price and it was at 500 gold. It was extremely expensive for a cloak, but it not nearly enough to cover the costs of an increase in charm. Charm would make him sexier!
He used the last of his gold to purchase the cloak and left the store.
Raikou put the cloak on and looked at his reflection.
"Oh my god! Can someone look so fucking cool! With this on, I look so mysterious. When I put the hood on, people won't be able to see my face!" He was extremely pleased with the purchase.
Ghost growled at him upon seeing him wear the cloak. "That's pretty insulting to my species!"
"I think it's quite flattering. It is as they say, 'Imitation is the best form of flattery'."
Ghost seemed convinced by his words, as his angry expression changed to a happy one.
Raikou took this chance to look at his stats.

(A/N: Sorry for the info dump. Thought i'd catch everyone up on everything he has.)
Raikou looked at everything and saw that his energy levels had increased by 100 by levelling up once. He didn't exactly know what the energy levels signified in value. He needed to find some spare time to see how much energy each skill takes up. For some reason, the system didn't put usage values on each skill.
"I didn't want you to become completely reliant on me. That's how you will become lazy." The system explained.
"Waste of time... Why not just tell me how much each skill uses up. Now I have to check my limits myself." Raikou complained.
"Boohoo, poor you..." Ghost growled at him. He was annoyed that Raikou was complaining about things that every other cultivator already dealt with.
"Fuck you bitch!" Raikou responded.
They had spent 8 hours walking around the town and taking in the scents, along with browsing stores for good items. They still had alot of time and nothing much to do.
"I still have these two rank 4 bison to sell. They should go for a decent amount. On top of that, I still have that rank 4 tiger from the forest trial!" Raikou happily remembered and went to find a store to sell them in.
