10 TAKUMI'S EX-GIRLFRIEND

I felt raged, but sad, Takumi loves his mother so much it's hard for him to fall in love any other girl, i guess that's why I'd never see him talk about a girl before. Micheal had gone home, Takumi passed out after I walked out the room. I sat to watch the season finale of "Real House Wives Of Tokyo" but those words still playing over and over again in my head like a record." I'd love a woman who can cook like my mom" I never knew his mom not to talk of cook like her, why did things get so difficult, I sighed and buried my head in one of the throw pillows.

Ring ring

That was the doorbell,

"I'm coming" I walked to open the door and saw a girl, very beautiful girl with sunglasses pinned to her hair, she was beautiful, I had second thoughts about this girl, WHO IS SHE? WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE? COULD SHE BE TAKUMI'S GIRLFRIEND?

"Who are you?" she raised a brow and let out an expression of irritation

"I'm Iris, you?" I stretched out my hand for a shake but she turned it down and walked in, pushing me aside with her shoulders.

"Where is Takumi?" she tossed her bag on the couch, sat down and crossed her legs. How rude!

"He's not feeling too well so he's in bed" I replied shutting the door behind me

"Well wake him up"

"That's rude, He's not feeling well"

"Do you know who I am?" she asked raising her brows.

"No" I replied with my fingers forming fists at my sides

She scoffed and walked to me, trying to read my expression. She was this close to me punching her in the nose but I resisted.

"I am his girlfriend!" she said

Girlfriend. Girlfriend. His girlfriend! Those words were like spears to my heart. My heart broke into a million pieces, Takumi has a girlfriend and i didn't even know about.

"Tell him I'm here, Now!" she yelled at me and i heard footsteps coming from the stairs. It was Takumi.

"What the hell is going on here?" he paused in shock. "What are you doing here Mia?" he said as he crossed his arms.

Her name is Mia!

"Can't a caring girlfriend check on her sick boyfriend?"

"Yeah, Ex-girlfriend, you broke up with me remember. Who even told you I was sick?" he asked.

"Dylan texted me" she raised her phone.

"Good you came, now you can leave" he walked to her and tossed her bag to her amd pointed at the door.

This was intense, even for me, they had more drama than 'The Real House Wives of Tokyo.' I decided to give them some space, walking upstairs stealing glances of them through the corner of my eyes.

"Who is she?" I heard her ask

"None of your business" Takumi replied her and slammed his door.

I sat at the balcony holding a bottle of fizzy soda, which I've come to love in the past few days when Takumi fake coughed drawing my attention to him before he came to sit beside me.

"Did she give you any problem?" he asked. his voice sounding so soft.

"No,"

"Good," an awkward silence fell in-between us. "We broke up long ago"

Why would he be telling me this? Does he think I care to know? Well i do but i don't see a reason for him telling me this.

"That's a relief" Oops why would I say that. "Not that I mean- you guys- I-" He placed a finger on my lips stopping me from speaking. My heart throbbed. In that moment all I wanted to do was kiss the life out of him but I held myself back and he wrapped his hands around me, taking me into his warm embrace.

"I wont let her do anything to you okay, I know how she can get when she's jealous" he said those words so calmly, his head hovering above my head and he placed a kiss on my forehead.

A part of me told me, move away but another told me to stay.

"Can you stay a while with me?" he asked.

Gladly! Almost slipped from my mouth "Sure" I stayed in his embrace as the sun went down beyond the horizons.
