When Ali felt calmed, she decided to go and meet up with her classmate for the preparation of their presentation.

She dolled up herself with a chic black long sleeves dress with pink, red, orange, green and white floral print, V-neckline with ruffled trim, and long flaring sleeves, fitted waist and sheath skirt with ruffled hem paired with black suede ankle strap heels. Her lightweight gold hoop earrings are perfect to her wavy curly hairstyle. And to finish her look, she wear a light make up and sprayed her favorite perfume.

She looked in the mirror with a satisfied smiled.

"It's a beautiful day today!" she said as if she is attracting all the positive energy to make her day more vibrant.

Inside the study room, Axel has been sitting for quite some time now while staring at the picture on the table.

He is recalling the incident that has transpired earlier.

"I got up early to avoid traffic but just my luck i got stuck on a traffic jam. There's a car accident just before the traffic light and there is a lot of people taking pictures causing the area to be congested. Some teens are just taking selfies. Gosh, the world today. I don't understand those people who use the social media like that. It's better to use social media to raise awareness for particular issues than to use it to post something just to brag to others.

Is it more important to video an accident than to actually help the victims and let the other vehicles pass through? If they stayed there a little longer, I don't know how long I am going to wait fortunately; the traffic enforcers settled the matter quickly and the vehicles are now moving albeit slowly.

I have an early interview today. There is a new applicant for the Finance Manager position.

Sigh... Luckily, it's still early and I still have time to eat on the way. Hmm, where's the nearest restaurant?"

After ordering, Axel was shocked to see a familiar face. "What a coincidence!"

Axel was shocked but there's confusion in his eyes. He stared at her to make sure he is not mistaken. It's been a while since he last saw her, "I might be wrong and got embarrassed again."

As Axel approached her slowly, he pretended not to notice her but still tried his best not to collide with her. "Hey, be careful."

Axel knows where she intended to sit but he made his way as quickly as possible to sit on the chair first.

He's been observing her since she sat down. Axel has been throwing quick glances at the woman in front of him.

"She's still as beautiful as ever. Even though she looks tired, it cannot hide her beauty. But why did it feel like she doesn't know me?"

"Is she pretending not to know me? Hmm, Ali, you want to play this game? Alright, who doesn't know how to play pretend?" Axel smirked at the conclusion he got. All his emotions are kept hidden and he still has this indifference vibe on him like he never cared.

"Hello! Kim, cancel my interview for today. I have something more important to do. Tell the applicant to come again on Monday. And reschedule my meeting today on Monday afternoon too."

Axel followed Ali the entire day, to her house, to the university and until she went to the restaurant. She is too gullible; she didn't even notice that someone's following her. Axel wanted to know how long Ali can keep up with this pretending game so he approached her again.

"I am just right beside her and she didn't even notice. How careless." Axel thought with a tinge of annoyance.

"Same order please." Axel said and then he pointed Ali's order to the cashier.

"Can I sit here?" Axel asked Ali. He is still confused on what is she up to.

We talked for a while and she doesn't seem to really remember me or she is just good at pretending that I didn't notice any abnormalities. If she is, she can be a top actress.

Axel closed his eyes for awhile and heaved a long deep sigh.

"I've searched for you for a long time Ali."

"I finally found you." Axel said with a melancholic smile.
