7 X Dynasty~Goodbye Is Not Our End

Kai's POV

We spent the last three days together as promised.

2 days.......

We messed around in the night market like crazy kids.

1 day......

We have fun on the river, catching carps, and splashing each other.

20 hours.......

Here we are, spending the remaining time together under the cherry blossom tree where we developed our love for each other.

They will be setting off after this. I won't see Nana's face for several months, nor hear her angelic voice.

She is cuddling me. This will probably the last cuddle we have if she can't make it.

'Kai please stop thinking that she can't make it! Your girl is a strong young woman! She can do it!'

"You can do it, you are strong. I believe in you." Those words came out of my mouth involuntarily.

"Yeah I can do it..."She said, sadness lingering in her voice.

She moved closer to me. I secured her in my arms.

We are now hugging each other, as if none of us will let go. As if there's no tomorrow.

'Yeah there's no Nana tomorrow anymore...'

As I hug her tightly, tears started to make its way on my cheeks again.

'How weak I am, crying in this moment.....'

'I couldn't help it but cry...Knowing that after this moment, she will be setting off with her father's troupe.....'

'And not sure if she can make it until the end. After setting off, everyday in her life, she will be in danger...'

'Everyday in her life,she have to fight in order to live....'

'Why can't she just live like those normal girls of her age who lives in capital?!'

Nana's POV

I noticed Kai was deep in thought.

I can see what is he thinking. That's because I can always read him like an open book.

"Hey Kai, I can make it until the end. Just for you....." I whispered at his ear.

"You know I can live like those normal girls at my age living in the capital if I want."

"It's just that....I feel weak everytime Father and my Big Brothers trying to protect me." I continued.

"I understand it now. But please be safe everyday. Every hour and minute of your life, be safe." He replied.

"Because everyday, I am here waiting for you to comeback. To jump at my arms again. To cuddle with me again and spend time under this cherry blossom tree where we developed our love for each other. And to be loved by you every seconds of my life." He continued.

"Kai....." I trailed off as tears of joy started to stream down on my face.

"Now,now don't cry anymore." He hushed me as he wiped his own tears.

"No,I am not crying...It's just that...I am very lucky to have a supportive lover like you." I explained to him.

"Last time,you said I am cheesy...But look, who is cheesy now?..Hmmm??" He questioned in a teasing manner.

I started to wipe my tears away and laugh at his comment.

He too, started to laugh..

"Hey I will miss this in battlefield." I said.

"Yeah you'll miss me, every seconds of your life." He replied.

"Hey! Stop being cheesy, Honey~" I sing-songed.

"But you liked it very much, Darling~" He teased me again.

"Ohh really--" my words were cut off by Kai.

Kai's POV

Without second thought, I kiss her.

She kissed back.

Wanting to deepen our kiss, she pulled me closer at her.

I kissed her with so much passion and she gave the same to me.

In a minute, we are fighting for dominance.

We know where this is going so we both pulled away.

Panting heavily, I caressed her long smooth and silky hair.

Nana's POV

We both pulled away, knowing where our actions will go on.

As I pant heavily, I could feel Kai touched my hair.

"You know,we can't do it yet, Darling~" He teased me.

'Gosh, why does this man is such a tease!' I thought while started to blush.

"Come back at me after the war and we will do it, Darling~" He whispered seductively at me.

I blush harder at his comment.

"Yes I will miss you, Honey~. BUT DON'T YOU EVER THINK WE WILL DO IT IF I'LL COME BACK AFTER THE WAR!" I shout at him.

He laughs at me.

"Hey hey relax. I am just teasing you bwahahahahaha." He said as he continued to laugh.

I started to laugh too. Even though it's corny and cheesy, I love it.

TIMESKIP

Few hours later

I noticed the time, it's time for me to prepare my self to set off.

"Hey Kai, it's time for me to say goodbye. Please wait for me. I promise, I will make it until the end. Remember this, I love you every second of my life.....And if ever I couldn't make it, please find a woman that loves you and support you in everything you do. Remember, I am always by your side. My soul will always be by your side. And I promise, we will always be together."

Kai's POV

She is finally saying her goodbye to me.

This time has come, the time that I don't want to come. This moment that I don't want to happen is happening right now. I don't want to let her go to war, but I have to.

As she finished her goodbye, tears started to stream down on my face again.

I look so pathetic here but, this goodbye is too much for me to handle.

"Yeah, it's time for me to say goodbye to you too. I'll wait for you even if it will take for a century. I love you too every second of my life. And if you are thinking that I will replace you with another woman, you are wrong. You are the only woman that I will love for eternity. Yes we will always be together, we are one. I love you, please comeback at me safely." I replied as I hug her.

Tears started to stream down on her face too. I wiped those tears, I don't want to see her in tears.

"I love you....We're always be together, we are one..." We both said.

"I promise this goodbye is not our end."

"I'll be waiting for you then. This goodbye is just our beginning." I said.

Before she left, we kissed. In that kiss, it conveyed all the emotions that we felt for each other.

Love....

Passion....

Missing someone......

Support to each other......
