83 Unexpected Turn Of Events

Erylis looked at Dro, "I want to give you a better reward for completing your task but.." Dro looked at Erylis and frowned, "But what?" She gave Dro a cold look, "You don't have anything else to tell me?" The youth shook his head, "I don't." Hearing the response of her fifth progenitor Erylis harumphed, "Bring her in."

With the words of Erylis, Riku walked in and he was dragging a person behind himself. Dro looked at the person that Riku dragged behind him. He could recognise this little girl seeing her Dro muttered her name in shock, "Fina?"

Erylis continued giving a cold look to Dro, "So you don't have anything to tell me?" Dro glanced at Fina. The girl as well looked at Dro and like before she gave him a cold look filled with hatred. Reiya was bowing her head down but when she heard the displeased voice of the queen she knew something was about to happen to Dro. She continued looking at the ground not daring to move an inch or mutter a single word.

Erylis once again questioned Dro with the same voice tone but Dro could feel pressure when she spoke the words, "So you have nothing to tell me at all?"

Dro looked deeply at Erylis and thought, "What I am supposed to say, 'I chose talents for her and then she turned traitor'?" Dro once again looked at Erylis and sighing spoke, "If you are going to punish anyone punish me instead. Even if Fina hates me now she was still my partner for a time."

"Do you realise what you are saying, fifth?" Dro bowed his head, "I do. No matter what feelings Fina has right now or whatever she is right now. She was still my companion if anything I would like her to live."

Erylis frowned as she glared at Dro, "She is a werewolf and not only that she is an alpha werewolf. Why should I spare her life," Dro looked at Erylis and did one thing that came into his mind. He bent down and bowed his head, "Please spare her, your majesty,"

Erylis furrowed her brows before closing her eyes When her eyes got closed the atmosphere got a lot lighter and when she opened her eyes again the atmosphere returned to normal. She spoke, "Fine I won't kill her but she won't see the light of the day or the moonlight of the night. Riku, throw her into the dungeon the darkest cell we have." Riku who was standing some distance away bowed his head, "Yes, your majesty."

Fina lowered her head she knew that her life was now over. She would live but she would be imprisoned for life. She cursed herself for getting caught by this Vampire. Before Fina could be dragged awayDro begged again, "Please your majesty, let her stay by my side, I will take full responsibility."

Erylis glared at Dro and took a deep breath she couldn't believe on what she was about to say, "I will let her go only after you accomplish the task that I will give you." The face of the youth finally got brighter, "Really?"

"If you want your pet freed you have to destroy the werewolf kingdom and bring me the werewolf king's head along with the heads of his wife and his children. Destroy his bloodline. I want these mutts extinct. Do this and I will free your pet."

"What is your answer, fifth?" Erylis inquired as she looked at the bowing Dro before her. Dro looked up at the queen, "I accept this task."

"Riku take the filthy mutt to the dungeon," The Vampire bowed his head and he dragged away Fina away. Erylis looked at Dro and started, "I will now send you to the border of werewolf kingdom. If I don't see you in a three months time, I will put down your pet." She waved her hand and Dro disappeared from her sight.

Dro and Reiya were both teleported and when they both saw that their surroundings had changed they both sighed and looked at each other. Reiya looked at Dro inquired, "Would you go, such lengths for me as well?" Dro was not ready for this question he stared blankly at Reiya and nodded his head, <Reiya favourability +5>

When the global announcement sounded the player tilted their heads in confusion when they heard the words favourability system and affection system. They all didn't know what that was. Everyone just dismissed this message and returned to their own tasks.

Dro stared blankly then he looked at Reiya she returned the look, "What's wrong? She inquired with a smile on her face. Dro shook his head, "It's nothing." He immediately accessed the menu and when he accessed it he spotted a new option, <Affection System> when he selected this system there was only one name written there 'Reiya' and by the name, there was a number of affection points.

On the bottom of the panel, there was an explanation written,

When Dro saw the explanation he just laughed out loudly into the air. He closed of the menu and looked at Reiya. Looking at the Vampire Elf he shook his head and looked away from her and in he saw a huge wall that stood in front of him. By the side of the wall stood a Vampire. Dro looked at this Vampire and walked towards him.
