30 Entering The Castle

Dro looked over at four new enemies each one had 20,000 health. This new development just made him gulp, he narrowed his eyes and with his skill recharged, attacked one of the new enemies.

After using two skills he managed to lower the monsters health he yelled, "NightShade focus on that one. I will lower the health of the other monsters."

She nodded her head and yelled back, "Alright."

Kyoko yelled, "Don't worry, as long as you won't die in one hit, I will heal you two back."

As a healer, she didn't want to waste any mana on attacking, and her attacks were not that strong in the first place. She just watched for any help she could give the two party members.

Dro was not fighting four monsters at the same time, while NightShade was bursting down the one that Dro, had damaged earlier.

The monsters all came up to Dro and attacked, seeing them swing at him at the same time, he used a skill immediately, <Blood Puddle>

The moment he killed one of the extra adds with a critical hit, NightShade also managed to kill one. Now they were down to 2 adds and a boss.

Dro rushed to one of the adds and attacked normally, then he followed up with, two attacks combined dealt 13,214 damage, NightShade immediately turned to this guard while Dro has switched to the last add, the boss was standing still and just spectating as the guards fought with the players. The adds didn't deal that much damage, after few more usage of skills all the adds have died and when they did the boss bellowed, "You dare strike down the royal guards!"

The boss once again initiated combat, Dro looked at the boss as he saw his remaining health,

At this point, Dro already spent 220% of blood, and this gave him, 45% additional damage to his attacks, he also received 5% from his talent <Blood Fever>, he currently did 50% more damage.

When the damage value floated over bosses head Kyoko looked at Dro shocked. She was dumbfounded by the damage value while NightShade didn't show much of reaction as she already had witnessed Dro's battle against the head jailer, they fought a while back.

The boss was left with only 25,204 health. Dro attacked again, but he was dumbfounded as he managed to crit two times in a row, this was the very first time this happened.

They once again received 20,000 experience points as this boss was also only <level 10>, Kyoko looked at Dro, before approaching. Coming closer to him she encouraged, "Let's go loot the boss."

NightShade looked over at Kyoko and spoke, "Getting impatient?"

Kyoko shrugged her shoulders and brushed off her question.

Dro came up and looted the body, from looting only one item showed up, and this item was useless to all three of them.

<Rare, Royal Guard Defender, Shield, Unidentified, Level 10>

This was useless to all three of them, Dro needed a sword or a spear. NightShade needed some kind of ranged weapon, and Kyoko needed a one-handed mace and a book of prayer.

Dro looked at the girls and inquired, "What should we do?"

NightShade spoke, "Let's just sell it on auction and share the profit"

To her suggestion, Kyoko nodded her head, and Dro spoke, "Alright, pass on it, I will put it up."

After getting the shield, Dro put it on auction for 100 gold. Dro took 33 gold 33 silver and 33 copper. One leftover copper was taken by Dro as two girls pushed it on him. Currently, Dro now had 62 Gold.

After distributing the gold, they all moved the castle, Dro from his memories recalled the location of King's brother's room, they went there directly, on the way they met few guards and a guard had 20,000 health, just like the spawned extra from the boss.

The monster died from a few hits from Dro, they all just moved on. Even killing all the monsters on the way, Dro was still over 100,000 experience away from a level up, they navigated the castle up until the room where king's brother resided.

Dro looked over his party and nodded to them, they all walked through the door together.

Seein the boss, Dro frowned as this boss had even more health than the last. They were all just one boss away, from clearing this dungeon. This dungeon that has already taken two player lives. Dro seriously looked at the boss.

Dro took a step forward to the boss, but at the next moment on the boss head, a quest marker appeared, it was a black quest marker.

Ronald looked at Dro smiled and spoke, "Welcome adventurers, to king's castle, I am king's brother Ronald. I am sure you want to kill me at this moment but don't be hasty."

Kyoko frowned when she saw the quest marker, she turned to Dro and inquired, "What is this quest marker? Why is it black?"

NightShade smirked, "Oh you don't know? Want me to tell you?"

Hearing NightShade, Kyoko ignored her and she just looked at Dro waiting for an answer.

Dro scratched his cheek, and answered, "These are choice quests, apparently these quests can change the game world."

Kyoko nodded her head, and she looked back at Ronald.

Ronald continued speaking, "Let's make a deal, you don't kill me and I will reward you, kill me and my brother might even try to take your life, let me go and you will all leave unharmed and with riches."
