5 Class Quest

"Your grace," The four counts addressed the man. Dro recognised this man it was the count he met earlier. This man was named Tharon. The man looked at Dro as he spoke, "You really are a strange one, did you lose your memories?"

"What do you mean by lost my memories?" Dro was confused at the count's words.

"You are not playing dumb are you?"

"No" Dro stated.

"I understand, I will begin the test then."

"What test? Why do I need to be tested?"

"When a vampire, thinks he is above the four classes. He is then tested."

"If I get tested, will I receive a class?"

"First you have to pass the test."

"I understand" Dro accepted as he had no other choice.

"What do I have to do?" Continued Dro.

"You don't have to do anything, just stay still"

Tharon extended his hand towards Dro.

Few moments have passed but nothing happened, Dro looked at the other counts but their faces were showing shock.

"You pass," Tharon stated.

"What did you test exactly?"

"Your blood purity."

"My blood purity?"

"That's right. At that moment I issued a command to your brain, but you didn't move a muscle, that means your blood is purer than mine."

"This gives you the right, to meet our queen. The true blood"

"I will send you to the queen's castle."

"Remember to be humble, if you offend her, you will die," The man said before snapping his fingers.

Dro disappeared from the chapel, the counts all looked at each other, as sweat poured down their faces. They at this moment were terrified. They hoped Dro wouldn't return to this place. They were called lordships by the youth who had even purer blood than their lord, count Tharon. Seeing them like this Tharon just chuckled, "Don't be so afraid, there is more than 95% that he will die when he will be faced with our queen.

Dro's surroundings changed he was in another unfamiliar location. He saw the red moon, the dark skies, as it was still the night. In front of him stood a huge castle, while behind him were open fields. He had only one path to go if he wanted to receive his class, he had to ascend to the castle and meet this true blood.

Dro looked at the huge castle that stood in front of him, its architecture like everything in this vampire world under this red moon, was of gothic origins. The red moon was behind the castle and it created a really mysterious feeling. If he ever saw such a sight in the real world, he would leave immediately. But now he had to go in, he had to go and complete the quest to receive his class.

Dro took a deep breath as he steeled himself proceeding to the castle gates.

Approaching the gates, they were wide open, he entered the outer castle and in front of him, an entrance to the inner castle was seen. He didn't stop to look around the outer castle. He didn't see hundreds of bats that were staring as he entered the castle walls. And when he entered those bats disappeared, as if they were never there in the first place.

Dro already was in the inner castle, he only saw one path as it lead forward. The youth took the only path available to him and kept moving. The dark corridor soon started brightening up as the candles near the walls started lighting up. The only sounds that were present were that of footsteps and candle's burning. The castle walls were decorated with old paintings, they were all people and they all had red eyes. Dro guessed they were all vampires.

It was a very long corridor until he reached the end more than 100 candles have litten up. Leaving the corridor he entered the throne room.

In front of him, he saw a huge throne. On the throne sat a beautiful woman, she had pale skin, red eyes and scarlet long wavy hair. Dressed in black goth clothes. He approached closer and a message popped up.

She looked at him and inquired, "Why have you come here, fledgeling?"

"I want to train, your ---"

But before he could finish, She spoke coldly, "Kneel before me!"

With her voice, he could every part of his body wanted to obey her. His head was already down on the ground as he was kneeling. She stared at him for a while,"Your blood is really pure, this is a rare thing. It is good that you came to me, fledgeling."

She added, "It seems the fifth progenitor born."

"You may raise your head, my child"

Getting her permission his head was turned to look at her, so he looked up at her.

"From this moment on, you will be one of my progenitors."

"I am your queen, you will stand on top of the other vampires, the only one that can command you is me! Never bow to any other vampire, if you bring me, shame in any way I will kill you. Besides you, there are 4 other progenitors. And I am the true progenitor"

"From this point on you will be known as the fifth progenitor, I will teach you personally."

"Come closer, I will awaken the blood within you, my child."

He could feel his body moving on its own, he couldn't control any part of his body in front of this woman. His body moved on its own until he was in of arm length's from her. Then he kneeled and looked down at her feet.

She extended her hand and a message popped up.

"You may leave. come back to me when you are stronger. At your current strength, you have no right to learn any of my skills. Here is your first task fifth, go back to the vampire novice village and remove the threat the village faces. As for what the threat is you will find out when you get there."

Dro left immediately not staying any longer, when he left the castle he sighed with relief. Getting back his body he decided to look at his newly learned skills before going and doing her mission which he couldn't abandon.
