16 Vampire Cat

A:N: New Schedule Friday & Saturday

With the quirk assessment test over, class 1-A was dismissed, and sent back to their class.

As we were walking down the hallways of U.A.

I noticed my classmates happily chatting with each other.

Some of them were giving me curious looks, while others were blatantly staring.

But, upon seeing my glare, they would go silent and edge a bit forward.

" What's his deal?" Kaminari asked.

" Yeah! Those scars were nasty." Sato said.

" Kirishima, you seem to know the guy. Do you have any idea what's going on with him." Kaminari asked.

" I don't know him that well. I met him at the exam, and he tried to help me after I got crushed. Other than that I have no idea. " Kirishima said.

" What about you Midoriya, you seemed to know him. " Kirishima said.

" We shouldn't talk about our classmate like that, it's unhero like. " Lida interjected.

" Come on Lida, you saw those scars. They looked like cuts. Some of them looked pretty recent too. " Kaminari said.

Midoriya shook his head, and said" I have known him since middle school. But, Shinso always kept to himself. "

Bakougo who had been listening silenty on the side, merely scoffed. " Bunch of gossiping extras..."

The next day was officially our first day in U.A, the classes started with more mundane subjects like English in the morning.

"Which of these English sentences is wrong?"

Immediately, I could feel the disappointment in the air as all the students sighed about the normalness of the class.

I was a native English speaker before, so you could only imagine how bored I felt.

"Everybody heads up! Let's get this party started!" Present Mic shouted.

"Shinso! Wake up!" said Present Mic, when he noticed I was about to pass out.

I relactuantly got up to answer, and in just a few moments I ended up answering everything right.

The whole class looked baffled at how easily I got every question right, Present Mic included.

" Woah! Looks like Shinso was holding back on us." Present Mic practically shouted right beside my ears.

I sighed, " Could you please keep it down, it's too early in the morning."

" You know, you really remind me of someone," Present Mic said.

I just ignored him, and went back to my desk. I had a feeling this was going to be a long day.

After the regular classes in the morning, there was the lunch break.

I ordered my food, and searched for an empty table. I eventually found one, but unfortunately that didn't last.

" Hey Shinso what's up!" Kirishima said, walking up to my table with his food tray.

He was followed by Kaminari, and Shoji.

"Honestly, I'm bored out of my mind." I answered.

" Yeah, tell me about it. I thought hero training, would be more exciting." Kaminari said.

" Well the quirk assessment test yesterday was pretty good. " Kirishima said.

" Hey Shinso, I've been meaning to ask, but what's with the cat? Isn't it against the rules to bring a pet to school. " Kaminari questioned.

I picked Himiko off my head, and held her out while saying," She isn't a pet. She's my partner. I put in an application, so I can bring her with me. "

" She's pretty cute though, " Kaminari said, reaching out to pet her.

Himiko who was dozing off, suddenly woke up and bit Kaminari's hand.

" OW!!! She bit me." He shouted, recoiling his hand.

" Yeah, I forgot to tell you. She doesn't like to be touched without permission. " I said.

They all chuckled at Kaminari's expense, while Shoji asked, " What kind of cat is it?"

I turned to him and with a creepy smile on my face, said, "She's a vampire cat, and she likes human blood the most."

" I can't tell if you're messing with us, or telling the truth. " Kirishima said, with a nervous chuckle.

We were suddenly interrupted by a voice approaching our table.

" Guys! I just heard that All Might is teaching us this year! " Sato said, walking up to us.

" What! Really?! " They all said, with excitement.

Noticing my non-pulsed reaction, Kirishima asked," Aren't you excited? It's All Might! "

I shrugged," I already knew he was teaching us this year. Plus I met him before." I said.

" WOW! Really?! That must have been pretty awesome." Kaminari said.

" Yeah, some villain was running amok, and I ended up getting injured, and almost lost my quirk " I said.

" Wait. That can happen? " Kirishima asked.

I shrugged," My quirk, is mental based. I hit my head pretty hard back then, it ended up coming back though."

" Wait, isn't your quirk. A strength enhancing one?" Kirishima asked, confused.

" No, I'm just naturally strong. My quirk though... I think it'll be better if you guys wait and see. " I said.

After lunch, it was the period the whole class was expecting. Everyone was in the classroom in record time, an excited, silent buzz in the air as everyone waited eagerly for the arrival of the Number One hero in the entire country.

"I can't believe we're going to be taught by All Might!" Izuku muttered under his breath, his eyes practically shining as he looked at the door with anticipation.

'Didn't he train you like for nine months?' I thought to myself.

Before anyone could say anything else, loud shouting echoed down the hallway outside.

"I AM HERE…!"

Everyone's eyes widened and we turned to the door eagerly.

It bursted open to reveal All Might in his red-and-yellow themed suit, flowing cape and all.

He slid in dramatically, threw out his arms, and declared, "...COMING THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!"

Oo's and ahh's filled the room as the other students admired him.

"Woah!" Kirishima gasped. "He's really here in the flesh!"

Tsu's eyes widened. "That costume is so silver age!"

"The art style clashes so much, it's giving me goosebumps," said Aoyama.

"All Might," Momo gasped, leaning forward and placing her hands on her desk.

"Welcome to your first Foundational Hero Studies class, young students!" All Might boomed, ignoring our comments completely.

He marched like a stage performer from the still-open door to the teacher's podium that sat in front of the blackboard.

"For this class, we'll be building up your hero foundation through various trials! You'll get tons of credit for it! Now, we've no time to waste, so let's jump right in… To the Combat Trial!"

"Combat Trial!" Bakugou smirked widely and cracked his knuckles, sneering at izuku.

"And to go with this first battle," All Might was saying, "We've prepared the gear we had you send requests in for to match your Quirks!"

Suddenly, the wall opened and a lot of cabinets showed, everyone was excited when they saw those cabinets, since they knew what's inside.

Everyone took their costume and got into the changing room.
