-------------------------------------------------------------

Dr. Kyudai Garaki. A researcher affiliated with the League of Villains.

A faithful servant of All For One and later Tomura Shigaraki as well.

He also happened to be Midoriya's quirk physician a few years ago.

Currently, he was the chairman of the Jaku Hospital Board.

After Midoriya told me his name, a simple search on the internet told me all I needed to know.

Getting information on him was fairly easy.

Kyudai was a fairly old man of short stature. He was completely bald and had a very large, bushy mustache. He also wore rather peculiar goggles.

If I remembered correctly, his quirk was called life force. It merely boosted his life, extending it beyond average human life span.

It was a good quirk I admit, one I would have loved to have back on my world.

But, here though? It left him utterly defenseless.

I began to head towards the hospital I identified as the one that hid his secret lab.

I had to be careful not to get noticed by any cameras, otherwise this could be traced back to me.

I chose a place out of sight and hid there, till I saw him walk out of the hospital.

I started following him, making sure not to be seen, but eventually got close enough to be in earshot.

I walked out of the alley, my face still hidden by the shadows.

" Are you Dr. Kyudai?" I said.

He stopped and abruptly turned around.

" Who's there?" Come out or..." He said.

He didn't get to finish, as his eyes suddenly became glazed. His arms slacked, and a dazed look was apparent on his face.

I felt my quirk activate but chose to wait a few moments to make sure he wasn't faking it.

Without coming out of hiding, I issued an order.

" Raise your hands."

He obeyed as soon as I gave the command and quickly raised them.

I was still reluctant to come out of hiding and decided to try something else.

I threw a flash drive beside his feet and said.

" Download all your research and any plans related to All for One on this flash drive, then bring it to me. You have 15 minutes." I said.

He sluggishly bent down and picked up the flash drive, and started heading back towards the hospital.

I couldn't risk following him, since I had no way of knowing if he had put up, any kind of safeguards.

..

15 minutes later, he came back with the flash drive in hand, and stood back in place.

" Put it down on the ground, turn around and walk 5 steps forward." I said.

Again without any hesitation, he promptly obeyed.

I waited a couple of more minutes and slowly got closer to the flash drive.

I picked it up and put it in my pocket, and went back to the alley.

" Go home and forget what happened. " I said.

He started walking away, and after a few minutes.

He was out of sight.

..

One might find what I did, excessive, but for me it was the opposite.

It was the greatest risk I had to take, ever since I arrived in this world.

One had to know how dangerous messing with All for One truly was to understand why I had to be so cautious.

The doctor could have had another quirk, I didn't know about. Or he simply could have had safe guards put it in place, to prevent intruders.

Anything from special quirks, to alarm systems or even the small army of High-End Nomus he had back at the lab.

My presence could easily disturb them, and I'd be quickly turned into a blood stain.

My quirk was at its strongest, when you didn't expect it.

It was both overpowered, and completely useless at the same time, well it heavily depended on whether you have any knowledge on how it functions.

The enemy has to respond to a question that the user has posed, after which the enemy gets completely brainwashed.

So if the enemy knows what I'm trying to do, or just isn't the chatty type, this Quirk is useless.

But if the enemy does fall into your trap, you've won without even lifting a finger. Making it almost impossible to avoid or resist on a first encounter.

It was a coin flip. But man did it have potential.

..

I went to one of those internet Cafés and rented a private booth.

I put the flash drive in the computer and quickly clicked open the flash drive.

A few minutes later...

' Holy Shit!' I thought to myself.

I was shocked by what I found, the number of atrocities committed back at that lab, was sickening to say the least.

It turns out, the good doctor has been kidnapping people for years for his experiments.

Also, do you remember that winged kid in the childhood flashbacks of Deku and Bakugo?

He was the Nomu with wings that carried Deku away after the showdown with Stain

And Stain mercilessly murdered him...

Why do I state this? Well...

It was once mentioned the kid with wings to be the grandson of the doctor

So, the kid was tortured and experimented on by his own grandfather until he became a Noumu...

Truly evil if you ask me.

I found a file titled ' Nine' and out of curiosity, I decided to open it.

There were a few video files, so I clicked open the first one.

It was obviously some surveillance footage taken from the lab.

The video started playing and I could see, Dr. Kyudai talking to a sickly-looking man.

The man of reasonable height had fair skin and thin, rectangular gray eyes and white pupils.

He also had white hair that reached just past his shoulders, worn swept back away from his face.

He also wore black shoes, black pants, and a tattered white jacket.

The man started talking and I could hear him say.

"I believe that a truly superhuman society should be one where the supremacy of one's Quirk is the only way of measuring a person's worth and that both heroes and villains are irrelevant. Raw power is the only thing that matters. " Nine said.

" I could give it to you, but are you prepared for what you could lose? You may even die. My experiments, are a bit... harsh you might say. " Dr. Kyudai said.

"I am prepared to undergo whatever experimentation is necessary to increase my own power." Nine said.

The video cut to another scene, where it showed Dr. Kyudai preforming said experiments.

The man 'Nine' underwent a procedure wherein he was injected with the DNA of All For One, acquiring the same ability to steal Quirks as a result, although his variant limited him to taking 8 other powers.

The operation made the man even more dangerous than he already was, and, like All For One himself, having multiple Quirks rendered him an unpredictable combatant that could switch between powers amid battle.

The final part of the video showed him, escaping his containment pod, with the help of two people who seemed to be his comrades.

The surveillance footage showed more than 'Nine' and Dr. Kyudai.

It also showed the lab itself.

It was filled with containment pods filled with Nomus, and lots of other things, and judging by the number of jars that filled the lab.

I had a guess as to what they were.

Quirks.

Looking at the little jars that probably contained preserved quirks my immediate thought went to tissue culturing and then given how quirks are in the DNA, only living cells are needed to have that quirk information- you don't need the whole person.

No different from getting a gene from one organism to clone into another, actually.

Not to mention if it is tissue samples they need- just enough DNA- Hospitals are a great place to get loads of samples without suspicion, nursing homes not far behind and even orphanages in the name of "check-ups".

'So, that's why he became a doctor.' I thought, things clicking into place.

The next file I opened was titled 'Gigantomachia'.

Nine, and Gigantomachia were tied with having the highest amount of Quirks, and it wouldn't be long, before Midoriya joined that list.

The information I found on, Gigantomachia was disconcerting, to say the least.

According to Kyudai's files, Gigantomachia had been modified with several Quirks that allowed him to act as the perfect bodyguard.

These Quirks included:

Endurance : His original Quirk which allowed him to convert his morale into physical energy and stamina.

Pain Blocking: It made him unable to detect any pain.

Gigantification: It allowed the bones in his body, such as his fingers and teeth, to grow to exponential lengths when agitated to increase his defense and attack power.

This also caused them to jut out of his flesh unnaturally.

Dog : The fourth Quirk provided him with a keen sense of smell and sight, similar to that of a dog's.

Energy Efficiency: The fifth Quirk allows his body to be able to conserve nutrients and water, allowing him to process without much sleep.

Tough Muscle : The sixth Quirk allowed his muscles to harden to exceptional levels.

Mole : The seventh Quirk allowed him to grow mole-like claws from his fingers to help him dig through the Earth, as well as tear through obstacles, such as buildings.

" What a troublesome fellow." I sighed, leaning back to my chair.
