“I...I did.” Charlotte took a deep breath to calm her nerves.

“but...How do you know that?” Of course, she knew he would investigate her but it still was kind of….unexpected.

“Well...uh...we were looking for the Grisham’s after you told us that they weren’t at the camping site when you woke up on Sunday morning. We found two video clips from different cameras at different places…….the first one was from a hotel near the Rowville bus station and the other from the only local store on the road to the camping site. The Grisham’s never went camping with you...did they? Because they were checking into the hotel on Saturday evening…..Almost at the same time that the camera outside the local store captured you walking towards the Coral woods…..all alone.”

Charlotte sighed audibly and squeezed her eyes shut. So….he knows…..good.
