On a plane heading to Portland Oregon there was a sleeping young male.

This male was Alphonso. He had dark black hair, Hazel Brown eyes, height of 182cm, and a weighed about 90kg while still having a lean athletic build. Alphonso was 20 years old today as it was his birthday.

Alphonso opened his eyes and looked in his surroundings with a curious gaze.

'What a weird tutorial.' thought Alphonso.

Alphonso was on the end of the row next to the window so he peered out to see where he was.

He seen a very healthy green and white forest as far as he could see. Out of the corner of his eyes he seen someone else trying to look over his shoulder to see out the window.

A young brown haired and brown eyed boy around the age of 9 had become curious of what caught Alphonso's attention out the window.

Alphonso smiled and asked "Wanna switch seats?"

The boy looked to his other side to what seemed to be his mother and received a smile and a nod.

The boy then smile and said "Sure. Thanks big brother." They both swapped seats. The row had 4 seats and then the isle after that came another 4 seats.

As Alphonso sat and heard the 'ahs' coming from the window the woman who was in her late 20s now seated beside Alphonso and spoke. "Thanks for doing that Alfy. Henry can be pretty hyper on long flights like these." She had black hair just like Alex and Blue eyes with a moderately lean athletic slim build around 135cm.

Alphonso was surprised she knew his name and acted familiar with him. As a lifetime of memories hit him and caused a minor headache.

Seeing Alphonso in pain the woman quickly spoke "Are you alright?"

Alex seemed to understand all the Memories in only a few seconds as the headache receded. "I'm alright, Jess, just a minor headache from the flight. I might be allergic." Alphonso replied with a small smile.

"That wouldn't be so surprising with all of your allergies." Jessica Stone his Aunt replied.

A man around his very early 30s with brown hair and brown eyes around 193cm and medium bulky muscular build arrived and sat beside Jess on the seat closest to the isle.

"I feel sorry for the one that's going into that bathroom next, that was like 20 pounds worth of poo." The man who Alphonso recognized as his Uncle in law and God Father, Nathan Stone, said jokingly.

Alphonso looked at the man with a slightly amused face As Jess rolled her eyes and said "That is exactly why I married you, your ability to take obscenely large poops."

Nate looked at her and flashed a wide smile "I thought you married me for my handsome face." Nate said as he gave her a kiss and rubbed his beard all over her face. Jess gave a quiet yelp and laughed at how ticklish his beard felt.

"You two are going to have a long marriage with how playful you both are." Alphonso said and chuckled at their antics.

"Thanks Alphonso. So you feeling excited to see your family after so long?" Nate said no longer playing with his wife.

"I haven't seen them in over 3 years. I gotta say I'm excited and nervous." Alphonso replied remembering his family. Alphonso had a older brother named Sebastian who was 21, a younger sister named Anna who was 15, his Mother Marcie who was 38, and his Father Johnathan who was 39.

"No reason to be nervous apart from how your Mom is going to probably beat you for not calling home every day." Jess joked as she received the stink eye from Alphonso.

And like that the plane ride lasted peacefully for the next few minutes until suddenly the sky got dark outside for 4 seconds as everyone looked out to see what happened as the solar eclipse already happened that year.

Alphonso looked over Henry out the window to see a giant winged green lizard flying above the plane following along the path the plane was heading to.

Alphonso was the only one to notice fast enough as he hurriedly pulled Henry back into his seat and strapped him in. Nate seen his serious face and did the same for Jess and himself.

"BRACE FOR IMPACT!" Yelled Alphonso as everyone else just started to notice a figure diving to the plane. A few people didn't take the warning seriously and got thrown out of their seats and hit the roof when the plane shook like it was having the worst turbulence possible. People began to panic as they got shaken around in their seats as the plane got torn in two.

"DRAGON!" Passengers screamed in fright as the giant creatures seemed to rip apart the plane like it was a loaf of bread.

The dragon took the front half of the plane off into the distant horizon as the back portion where Alphonso and his family were in plummet into the endless forest below.

Remnant of the plane along with passengers in their seats were being torn off from the pressure. As the air seemed to shimmer for unknown reasons in front of every living person screens only the can see flashed into existence in front of their eyes with the full understanding on how to use it.

Alphonso seen the screen and instantly understood what it was... A RPG Menu.

Alphonso screamed to his family to put their extra points into Vitality and Defense so they had a better chance at surviving the crash to which they quickly followed his directions.

Alphonso himself started to mentally press the plus signs on his Vitality and Defense stats but slowly realized there wasn't a limit to his stats. As finally the plane hit the trees and the passengers became ragdolls and some even flew out the openings in the plane.

1 hour earlier in Portland Oregon

The Steele family estate was active with the family and some friends decorating all over for the arrival of Alphonso within the next 2 hours.

"Their plane arrives in an hour and a half and the ride from the airport takes fifteen minutes so we're right on time." A Blonde Hazel Brown eyed woman says with a smile. She was Marcie, Alphonso's Mother. She was very beautiful and had very elegant curves to which most men would die for. Despite her age and no makeup her skin was absolutely flawless with no wrinkles or blemishes anywhere. Her height was 169cm.

"It's been so long since I've seen Alex, I wonder if he's gotten fat." Said a Black haired Blue eyed young man. He was Alphonso's Brother, Sebastian. He was a very fit and muscular man with height of 180cm.

"You wish, you're just jealous that he's the more handsome one." Said a Blonde haired Blue eyed teenage girl. She was Alphonso's Sister, Anna. She was a spitting image of her mother and would likely be as dreamy as her after a couple more years growing. Her height is 166cm.

"Both of my Boys are the most handsome men in the world. There is no reason for jealousy, Sebastian." Marcie said jokingly to which all but Sebastian laughed at.

"I still think you're handsome." Said a young lady sitting beside Sebastian said. She was Sebastian's fiance, Charlotte. She was a mix of Asian and european descent and had blond hair and dark brown-black eyes. She was slim and attractive like a model with a short height of 131cm.

"Get a room." Said a Young woman with black hair and and green eyes. She was Emily, a family friend as well as Alphonso's childhood friend since kindergarten. She was undoubtedly the most beautiful woman in the city despite here obvious actions to look more like a boy. She had a height of 174cm. She was quite fit as she leads her college Soccer team and was quite the tomboy since young however she did not like being called a boy as it made her quite angry.

"I think we will, Spartacus." Sebastian replied with a smile as he received a death glare from Emily. However everyone in the room knew why she acted that way. It was because she was jealous of their relationship and how fast they both got engaged.

"Hahaha" Laughed a teenage boy with black hair and green eyes. He was Emily's younger Brother, Jackson. He wasn't overly athletic looking and had glasses. He was 178cm. He was a bit of a Otaku and didn't have many IRL friends.

Emily has had a crush on Alphonso since primary school but could never express it because she became quite embarrassed around Alphonso since he since young believed she was a boy until they both turned 12 and started middle school.

"Young love is so dramatic and vomit inducing." Said a man with black hair and blue eyes. He was Alphonso's Father and Jessica's Brother. He was extremely fit despite his age and beginning of wrinkles on his face. He had quite a bit of scars on his face from years in the Air Force.

Everyone at the party were relatively famous for various reasons. Sebastian being a very young Neurosurgeon. Marcie being a retired Air Force pilot and Medic. Johnathan being a retired military general. Charlotte being a famous model. Emily being a idol to many young girls with aspirations in soccer. Even Anna was famous for being a Child genius. She has been awarded many medals for her intelligence many scientific subjects.

Alphonso was mostly a wild card compared to his family. He wasn't really bad in school or was he bad at athletic activities. He was just very adventurous and didn't like authorities like the military. He didn't like being told what to do. So when someone ordered him to do something like his parents war buddies it normally resulted in violence.

Hence why Alphonso was currently on a plane from Japan. His Aunt and uncle went on a holiday to Japan with their son to explore the culture. When Alphonso heard of that he just had to beg to be allowed to go with them.

An hour quickly passes and suddenly they all feel an earthquake. Which surprised them all since Jonathan's Military background allowed certain perks like warnings ahead for natural disasters and such.

As if the world shined for a brief moment screens popped up in front of everyone all over the world along with the relative information being sent directly to the brain.

As the earthquake continued it got bigger and bigger to the point were it was definitely a new record. As Phones ring in the home, Johnathan gets a radio transmission from his Military buddy.

"Johnathan! Johnathan can you hear me!!" Came a gruff voice over the radio.

"Richard! I hear you what's going on?" Johnathan replies back on the radio as everyone in the house listens in.

"Oh God Johnathan, it's hell. Monsters are coming out of caves all around the world. The President is dead. Giant Winged green lizards attacked the Whitehouse and D.C It's in ruins now. Satellites are falling from the skies all around the globe." Richard replied back on the radio as everyone listening gasped and frantically called relatives.

However cell towers in the area were destroyed by whatever is causing the earthquakes and no calls got through.

All over the world Monsters were appearing out of caves and wreaking havoc. The previous Earth that humans were at the top of the food chain became disrupted as various monsters came. Some impervious to the modern weapons like guns. Governments as a last resort sent Nuclear bombs to their own countries to stop anymore monsters from coming through.
