19 CHAPTER NINETEEN

King Demetrius of the North was described as a great king, but as a father, he was the devil himself. He wanted his children to be the definition of perfect, the one to succeed him to carry on his legacy of ruling the north with an iron fist.

He had three children, the first been a boy, then twins; Rikka, Amara and Anthony. But it seemed his heir was born with a gift from the dark god, he was stubborn and a fox, loved playing tricks on everyone. He looked like his father, a gorgeous angel but his eyes were those of a wild beast which he got from his mother.

Rikka got everything he wanted at the snap of his fingers and that sparked a mutual hatred and jealousy in the hearts of his younger siblings; Amara and Anthony. They were good unlike him, they did everything they were told and practiced very hard to please their parents, but it seemed like whatever they did was all credited to Rikka been a good influence on his siblings.
