3 Chapter 2

Rail POV

Hello people Railey Quater here! I'm a werewolf and an alpha at that too. I'm 22 but mateless.

Yes I have yet to find my mate and I looked everywhere for her. I just feel like giving up!

"Hey Rail. Let's go grab dinner" Vince my beta aka best friend came in along with his mate aka my personal assistant, Loral.

Vince found her when she came here for the interview and yes she is a human. She had a freak out episode when he revealed our secret but now it's all good.

I closed my laptop and walked with them to my private lift. I'm also the owner of Quater co-operate one of the leading company in the country.

As we entered the lift, I started scrolling through my phone since I can't stand the lovey dovey in front of me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for them but sometimes I just can't help but feel jealous and sad.

We werewolves find out mate at the age of 18. I'm 22! I'm freaking 22!! Everyone in my pack of the age found their mate. I on the other hand didn't. I just want my mate wrapped in my arm.

*Dinner passed on with our usual episode*

"Will you stop sucking each other's mouth for at least a minute" I said as I entered my truck.

Vince entered the passenger seat while she entered the back seat and started chatting on about the trip next week.

Once in every six months the alpha, beta and third-in-command along with their mates (if they have any)go on a 2 day camp to the deep forest (as per tradition) and this time he invited her since she is his mate.

Dani, my third in command had found his mate the day of his 18th birthday.

I know, that lucky bastard. So our camp usually consist of those two love birds and us bachelors. But now since my beta found his mate, I'm gonna be the only bachelor.

I sighed before stopping my car in front of a supermarket.

"I have to buy something. I'll be right back. And please I don't care what you do but don't have sex in my truck." I said as I got out of my car.

Vince smirked and winks at me as Lo blushed bright red.

I was walking from the parking lot to the supermart when a most alluring and amazing smell hit me. It smelled like honey and lavender.

'Mate Mate!!'My wolf shouted and howled making me run towards the smell.

Finally I have found her! I was so happy and excited.

The smell came from the supermarket. I stopped at the door suddenly as nervousness took over my mind. What should I do once I found her?

'We will decide that when we see her. Now go before we lose her! 'My wolf complained making me nod and reach my hand to the door handle.

But before I could the door swing open and a small figure bumped into me and fell down with a loud thud.

Sparks flew throughout my body making me shiver. I looked down and met with the most beautiful girl I've ever seen.

She has deep black curly hair and her eyes were of different shades of blue. She was a little tan and has the pair of cutest pink lips.

"Oh come on!" She said frustrated as she started picking up the things from the ground. I just stood there staring at the beautiful girl in front of me.

My mind just went blank.

"Hey! The least you could do is help pick up the things" she said as she took a tomato and put it back in the cover.

"Right. I'm sorry" I say as I bent down to help her.

As I picked up everything I couldn't help but look at her. She was perfect!

After picking up last of the fallen item she finally looked at me but only to widen them.

She was looking at me examining each feature as I smirk. My wolf on the other hand was howling and jumping with happiness.

I extended my arm to pull her up as she still stared at me..... More like eye ogling me....

"You know baby girl a picture will last longer" I said making her turn a dark crimson red.

Cute!

She stood up abruptly muttered thanks before she quickly walk away.

"Wait please. Don't go!" I yelled but she started to run.

I tried running after my mate but on the process I accidentally bumped an old women!

Oh come on what is it with today and bumping!!

'And now you lost her!!!' My wolf complained.

'Shut it I know ok' I said fuming to the truck. I got in and slammed the door shut surprising the busy lovey doveys.

"Dude I thought this truck was your baby" Vincent said.

"I found her" was all that I said.

"Found who??? Wait your mate?!" He asked surprised to which I only nodded.

"That's great news, man!! But why you look sad for that" he asked seeing that I'm in complete distress.

"She just ran away... I don't have her name, address or any other!! All that I have is a beautiful image of her!! I don't know what to do? Did I scare her?" I said as I slammed my fist in the steering wheel.

"Don't worry Rai. You'll find her!! She's your mate... your destined to see each other again" Lo consoled me.

"For now let's go home" he said smiling and I just smiled back as I start my engine.

I will surely meet again my beautiful mate❤
