"Okay guys, I will be back after 15 minutes so that you can discuss freely. And don't forget to note the ideas in the sheet" Sky took her laptop and gave a meaningful look at Andy and went out with her assistant.

Andy understood that he has to control if anything goes wrong at the conference and monitor them. He nodded and stayed seated.

Sky entered her office and called her father, "Hello Chairman Harley."

"Stupid Lass, Is that how you address your Dad?" David sneered.

"Hahaha Dad, Do you even remember that you have a daughter who is shouldering such a big company?"

"As if you called me. Do you even remember that you an old father?" David counterattacked.

"Aren't you in Country Y? I know what you are up to. Don't get sunburned too much" Sky giggled.

"Are you proving that you are my daughter by keeping an eye on me?" David laughed with her.

"What? I asked your assistant. Dad, Are you saying that you are keeping an eye on me?" Sky asked uncertainly.

"My daughter, Did you call me to talk all these and ruin my vacation?" David tried to brush off.

"Oh fine, I will not disturb your vacation. I called you for a reason. Sorry that I didn't tell you first."

"What is it?"

"I'm planning to start a new business and looking for ideas."

"It's good, carry on. Why are you telling me?"

"You are a chairman, Shouldn't I inform you?" Sky shook her head thinking about his carefreeness.

"I will see you at the shareholder's meeting Lass." David trusted her daughter.

"Understood, I will hang up. Take care. hmph" Sky hung up the call and went to her desk. After finishing some of her works. She went to the conference room.

"Do you all need more time?" Sky asked as she sat down on her chair. Seeing no response, She spoke again. "Let's gather all the ideas and filter them."

Sky signaled Andy to collect papers and wrote on the Whiteboard. They started to list pros and cons and filtered fifty ideas to ten.

"Do the research of these ideas, get the feedback, Market strategies, Competitive Analysis, Design and development plan, Operations and management plan, Finance factors and everything. We will have a meeting next week to follow up. Research department, you are responsible for submitting the reports and you can take help from other departments."

"Any questions?" Sky glanced at everybody.

An employee raised his hand, "Ms.Sky, We can drop the design and development plan as of now and start it when we select one."

"Right, But we should have a rough development plan."

The research department director raised his hand and stood up, "Ms.Sky, preparing the report for ten ideas will take time and if the Research team completely takes over this matter, other works will be delayed."

"Do I have to teach you how to prioritize the works?" Sky glared at the director and continued.
