4 Chapter 3- Student Council Room

"Tanaka, that was a good music, I think it will fit with your game"

Ishigami said as the group gathered around Tanaka once again.

"No, I just heard a similar sound in the past, and made it sound different"

Tanaka shook his head, he didn't dare to claim everything for himself, what he thinks of what he is doing right now, is just spreading/recreating the game from his past life.

It's true that there were some benefits of doing this but there is nothing free in the world, it can be considered his fee of labor in recreating these masterpieces, anyway, they chatted with each other for a while until the teacher arrived and the class started.

Just as usual, it was boring, quite repetitive if Tanaka says so, anyway, if you just space out in class, time flies and before he knew it, it was already noon, and all class have ended, since Tanaka has good grades, even if he space out in class, there will be no problem as long as he keeps his grades up.

Tanaka then packed his things up. Only Ishigami came with him, Hachiman was called by a teacher and Shirogane did his duties as the student council president. Only Ishigami, who was a loner, was free.

The two then made their way back towards the music club room, the members were already there when they arrived and were already practicing the tune that Tanaka gave earlier, it's getting closer to the song that had listened to in his past life, there are just a few missing.

"It's all good, we are just now missing a flute, do any of you know how to play a flute? A recorder is fine too"

Tanaka asked as he looked at them

"Me! I know how to play!"

A girl stood up and raised her hand.

"Really, that is good um…"

Tanaka didn't know her name.

"Ritsu Tainaka, just call me Ritsu"

"Okay Ritsu-san, i'll hum you the tune then try to imitate it, is that alright?"

"Yeah, I'll go get my recorder first"

Ritsu nodded and immediately went to get her recorder, while they were waiting for her, Tanaka listened to them play the theme to see if he could find more mistakes, a little while later, Ritzy returned with her recorder.

"Let's start then"

Tanaka was most familiar with this tune as it was a catchy sound in the theme of Angry Birds, it was a sound that people who hear it first think that it was the sound of a bird singing, he was not exaggerating that was what he thought when he listened to it when he was young.

It took quite a few tries before they got the tune then, Tanaka also took out his phone to record the tune‌, it will be disoriented when they try to play it together, so he could only record each piece then mash them up in an editor later.

The first one was of inferior quality, so Tanaka had to use a mic to record it properly. After that, Tanaka also recorded the other members' parts as well, it was already late in the noon when they finished.

"Thank you for the hard work"

Tanaka properly thanked them, after promising to treat them next time when he has time, he still have a game to finish after all, after that, Tanaka didn't go home back immediately, he needed Ishigami's help for creating levels of the game so they would go make it in Ishigami's house.

He first messaged his mom that he would be home late before entering the black car outside, which is Ishigami's family car. Yes, Ishigami's family is very rich. They may not be as rich as the Shinomiya Family, they are still considered a high class rich family.

It was about 10 minutes of traveling when they finally reached the mansion of Ishigami Family, no need to say how big it was, just their yard alone is thrice bigger than Tanaka's entire house, it was not his first time coming at their place but no matter how Tanaka looked at it, he was still amazed. (I changed his family background, Ishigami's family only owns a toy company in the anime but here I made them the biggest company in the toy industry)

Tanaka and Ishigami then made their way towards Ishigami's room, as for his parents, they were busy with their work and comes home very late.

And so without disturbance, Tanaka and Ishigami started to work, Ishigami is very talented in games, not only just playing but also analyzing things, he could make complex levels much harder than the ones from Tanaka's past life.

Anyway, Tanaka left that to Ishigami while he worked on the theme, it wasn't perfect even if he finished recording it, He opened a music editing app then started piecing up the music clips together, this took longer than drawing the characters in the game since Tanaka is very inexperienced with it.

Somehow, Tanaka could finish up the music though it was not perfect, it sounds good already, after that, Tanaka also worked on the sound effects, he didn't have to record it on his own as there are sound effects that could be found on the internet for free.

It took quite a while but Tanaka manage dto get it done, he then joined Ishigami in making levels, the guy created already created 40 levels on his own and it was all difficult, Tanaka didn't mind as the difficult will extend its lifespan.

Late in the night, Tanaka and Ishigami finally finished 95% of the game, what is left is only to check for bugs and also add the story line, Tanaka could do that on his own so after they packed everything up, Tanaka went home, he didn't stay to eat dinner with them as he needed to go home and finish everything up.

The next morning, Tanaka finally finished making the Angry Birds. He stayed up all night just to finish the plot and everything. Tanaka then submitted the game through the webpage of the contest after he made sure it was submitted. Then he sighed in relief.

He looked at the time and it was already time for school, even though he hadn't slept yet. Tanaka still changed into his uniform and went to school. When he arrived, he was very sleepy and he had panda eyes.

The three saw this and gave him some advice, it was then that they talked that Tanaka can sleep in the student council office later after the class, so while waiting for the class to end, Tanaka laid on his table then slept there.

After the class, Tanaka was then brought by Shirogane to the Student Council Room, it was located the top floor at end of the building, there was a huge hall to walk to reach there, Tanaka entered inside and immediately jumped towards the sofa ignoring the other two person who was there and immediately fell asleep.

The two girls looked at each other then at Shirogane who was a little tired supporting the sleepy Tanaka.

"Eh? What happened President? Is he sick? You should bring him to the infirmary"

Fujiwara Chika, the secretary of the Student Council asked.

"No, he just hasn't got a sleep because of a project so I let him sleep here"

"He looks familiar? It feels like I have seen before"

Kaguya Shinomiya, the vice president of the student council, said.

"I think you have seen him before, I am always with him and 2 more guys. We have been friends ever since middle school"

"Ah, I remember now"

Chika nodded. After all, Tanaka is known as the handsome prince of the Shuchiin academy because of his handsome appearance, he also has many female fans and all of them were beautiful rich young ladies.

But Tanaka touched none of them. He has an excellent reputation in school.

"But what did he do to not have any sleep?"

Chika curiously asked.

"He was creating a game to join a contest"

"Really?"

Chika's eyes shone when she heard the word game. She was, after all, part of the tabletop gaming club. She is very interested in games.

"Yeah, wait, let me show you"

Shirogane patted Tanaka's pockets and took his phone, then gave it to Chika.

"Eh? Is that okay?"

Chika was surprised that Shirogane took the phone without asking Tanaka for permission.

"Its okay"

Shirogane was already familiar with Tanaka, the trust with each other is almost like how they trust a sibling, so doing this isn't terrible, and Tanaka is much more happy for other people to give their opinion about the game he created for the past three days.

"I'll go play it then"

Chika nodded, then Shirogane taught her which game it was, it was fairly easy to find as Tanaka's phone doesn\t really have any games other than the angry birds, Shinomiya was also interested and sat beside Chika to see what it was.

They both saw the title Angry Birds, the icon is a round red bird.

"Its cute"

Chika and Shinomiya both felt that the bird was very cute. Chika then pressed the game, and it started.

The game started with a flash, an emblem appeared on the screen, it was the vision of Zhong Li from Genshin Impact, Tanaka is a big fan of Zhong Li, he was cool and handsome, so Tanaka went with Zhong Li's Vision as his emblem.

After the emblem disappeared, the game started. First is the comic like plot, the bird's eggs were stolen by green colored pigs which angered the birds greatly. They wanted to take it back and so the game started.

"The characters are really cute"

Chika liked cute things, and she really liked the design of angry birds, the game then started, the birds could be seen lined up on a slingshot, a bird jumped into the slingshot, then the tutorial appeared, only she has to do is pull the slingshot and aim it on the pig not too far away.

Chika was a fast learner and already knew the mechanics. The moment she looked at it, she skillfully aimed the slingshot and let go.

*Swooosh!

"Weee!"

The cute sound of the bird resounded as it flew up and hit the pig not too far away.

*Dudu!

She finished the first level with 3 stars.

"Easy"

Chika smiled as she saw the three stars, it looked very satisfying. She then proceeded to the next level. This time the pig was hiding under a small wooden house.

"Eh? How to do this?"

Just as she was wondering what to do since the pig is hiding, the tutorial appeared once again and instructed her to use the bird to hit the wooden house, Chika followed the tutorial and once again the bird flew up and charged towards the wooden house.

*Bam!

The sound of the wood breaking resounded and the red bird broke the wood then continued towards the pig, hitting it.

Another successful level for Chika, now knowing the mechanics of the game, Chika confidently played the game. She also let Shinomiya play as it was really fun to play. She also unlocked the other bird characters, the three blue birds, the yellow fast bird and the black exploding bird. They were all very cute in her eyes. Unknowingly, the time passed by in a flash and lunch had already ended, it was time for the next class.

"Ah! I haven't eaten my lunch yet!"

Chika was shocked to hear the bell. She was playing Angry Birds the whole time. She was only at level 45. The game is very addicting.

"You can play again later, let's go"

"How about Tanaka-san?"

"He said he was going to skip and continue sleeping more"

"Okay"

Shirogane returned the phone back in Tanaka's pockets before they left for the class leaving Tanaka, who was deeply asleep in the room.
