Going through the contents of the notebook. Li Lixin was completely confused.

'What? This guy was writing lyrics during the class? He was listening to the class all this while and writing things down. Now this book contains nothing other than the lyric.'

Her stream of thoughts was broken when somebody touched her shoulders. She turned around to see Gu Chunhua and Wen Jiao.

Wen Jiao wanted to leave as fast as she can, but she was stopped by Gu Chunhua, who insisted on going together. Wen Jiao was a loner and never really had anyone who can be called friends. Whenever she tried to make friends she would end up being bullied. And finally, she stopped trying and accepted her life as a loner.

Gu Chunhua's approach made Wen Jiao happy, but she feared being bullied and kept her shield high.

Leaving the classroom, the three girls decided to walk around the campus and have a good look at it.

Wen Jiao has started to enjoy the company of the two girls. She really wished they would remain like this forever. She started smiling to herself as she listens to Gu Chunhua's endless chatter.

The campus was large and landscaping was done to its perfection providing a peaceful yet energetic atmosphere to the students.

Li Lixin's phone rang. It was her cousin Li Nian calling. She was two years elder than Li Lixin and was a student at the same university. Their bond was really strong and was one of the reasons Li Lixin decided to join the University.

"Hi, where are you?" Li Nian asked

"I'm on my way to the nearby hot pot. See you there" the call ended.

Dragging the other two with her, Li Lixin walked towards the nearest hotspot.

As they entered they spotted her cousin who was waiting for them.

Li Lixin was busy checking out the menu while Gu Chunhua checked out the interior of the place. It was painted with different designs that gave them the feel of ancient times. Admiring the interior design, someone caught Gu Chunhua's eye.

Gu Chunhua's face had a blank expression. Seeing the sudden change in Gu Chunhua followed by silence both Wen Jiao and Li Lixin felt something was off. They traced her gaze and saw a handsome guy with a serious expression sitting inside the hotpot in a glass cubicle.

Willa recognized the guy as Feng Shuang, the new Professor in the college.

"you know him"? Li Nian asked Gu Chunhua. But no one answered.
