Hugo Halomin is 15 and a sophomore, now joining Hilltop High, an illustrious private school where only male students with either rich parents or political power go to school to take up their family names. But Hugo is not one of these rich and up comers with a name to stand behind. He's a commoner, not meant to learn at an illustrious place like Hilltop and all of his peers make sure to remind him of it but one goes out of his way everyday to make sure he knows his place.
