27 Appearance Of The 12 Generals

After wiping out all the monsters, Hou Yan went towards the location of Miss Yunyun.

"We meet again Miss Yunyun."

Hou Yan spoke to her in a calm voice.

"Y-yes. Nice to meet you, sir. May I know your name?"

She spoke while her whole face was beet red. When Hou Yan saw her face, he began to smirk. He thought she fell in love with his manliness that's why her face was red. But little did he know...

"Hehe, no need to be so formal Miss Yunyun, you may call me Hou Yan."

"Eh? But sir..."

"No sir, Hou Yan. Better yet, call me Yan'er."

"Ehhhhh? B-b-but..."

"No buts."

"Fine... Then call me Yunyun instead of Miss Yunyun."

Yunyun replied with a face redder than tomato. At first, her face was red due to looking at a certain place and now she was redder due to the way she was addressing Hou Yan. The only person whom she addressed as such was only her brother, who had died years ago.

"Alright, Yunyun."

All of a sudden, Hou Yan felt the presence of a monster. One that made him shiver in fear. Then another presence, and a third, and a fourth..., and finally a twelfth presence. They all had the same presence. Although Hou Yan couldn't figure out their complete cultivation, he felt a glimpse of it. They were either at Void Shattering peak level or above.

"How could such existences appear in this world?"

Hou Yan muttered under his breath, but Yunyun was able to hear it.

"What do you mean?"

The moment she asked that she also felt their presence. Unlike Hou Yan who shivered in fear for a little less than a second, her entire body was shivering in fear for ten seconds.

"We must get out of here before we get our asses handed to us. Worse yet, get killed."

Hou Yan grabbed the body of Yunyun who was frozen like a statue and flew away.

*********Deep in the dungeon***********

In the 50th floor of the dungeon, there stood a huge gate on top of a mountain. It was the same gate Hou Yan found in the dungeon. Then, 11 more gates appeared on top of the mountains near it. The gates looked the same, same carvings and color.

*CREEEEEEK*

The gates opened in a synchronizing way. Once open, 12 figures stepped out of each gate. Each one of them had a different appearance, but they all had a humanoid figure. If you looked closer, you would realize each one of them symbolized the twelve zodiacs.

The first one looked like a ram. He had the body of a bodybuilder. Six packs with triceps. He carried a Broadsword.

The second one was a bull, who had a similar body to the ram but bigger. Unlike the ram, he carried meteor hammer and he wore an eye patch on his left eye.

The third one was two twin gingerbread men. One was red while the other was one was green. The red one had a yin-yang symbol on his stomach, while the other one had an air symbol on his stomach. One carried a gourd and a cutlass while the other one carried a huge fan that had sharp edges.

The fourth one was a crab. His enter body was red and he didn't have a weapon. Instead, his claws were his weapon. They were tough and sharp to the point that they can pulverize a diamond without any effort.

The fifth one was a lion. He carried a falchion that was half the size of him.

The sixth one was a woman who wore dark priestess clothes. Though she looked like a human, she wasn't one. She was from the vampire race. Unlike the others, she didn't carry a weapon, rather she carried a book on her left hand.

The seventh one was a scorpion. Similar to the crab, he also used his claws as a weapon. Both of their claws had the same attributes. Unlike the crab, the scorpion had an additional weapon. It was his tail. It was really tough and flexible. Many enemies fell due to his surprise attack using his tail.

The eighth one was a cupid. A baby wearing a diaper with a bow and arrow. On his back, he had a quiver. Unlike other quivers, this one was similar to storage rings. It was built with space magic and contained almost infinite arrows. His arrows were generated using his own power, which made them stronger and tougher than the other arrows.

The ninth one was a goat with a lean and tall body. He wore a tuxedo and had a rapier as a weapon.

The tenth one was a female fairy. She had two scales connected by a chain as a weapon. One scale on each hand. Although her scales might look normal and small, they were rather tough and heavy. When they are about to strike an enemy, they would increase in size. Each strike would result in an earthquake.

The eleventh one was a mermaid who had an otherworldly beauty. She carried a bucket made out of adamantine. she wore a bra made out of two shells connected by a string made out of a strong type of leather that covered her huge breasts.

The twelfth one was a fish. He carried two sharp daggers that could cut through a diamond with ease.

All twelve of them looked at each other for a while and the goat spoke.

"Looks like it is time. We shall fulfill master's orders and return to her side. As masters orders, we shall first conquer this continent and find the one whom she saw in her prophecy."

"Master's prophecy again? Aiyooo, isn't it fake though?"

The fish asked the goat while the others nodded at his question.

"Never speak of those words again... Else, you will suffer her ultimate punishment."

When the rest heard the goat's latter statement, their bodies shivered unconsciously, including the goat.

"Now, I shall state the roles master assigned all of you. Aries (ram), Taurus (bull), Capricorn (goat), and Leo (lion) shall lead their army and take over the land. You will be supported by Virgo (vampire) and Libra (fairy) on land while Sagittarius (Cupid) on air."

"For the islands and water region near this continent, Cancer (crab) and Scorpio (scorpion) will conquer the islands supported by Gemini (gingerbread men), while Aquarius (mermaid) and Pisces (fish) will conquer the water regions."

"This place shall be our headquarters, and I shall get the place ready for master's arrival."

"Understood?"

"Yes" All of them spoke in unison. Their voice resonated in the surrounding region and Hou Yan clearly heard it.

After receiving their orders, their army that they were supposed to command came out of the gates. The group responsible for conquering the land had 10 million men to command while the ones responsible for water/island regions had a million army to command.

The army contained different types of monsters. The only ones that were similar were the Libra's army. They were all faires and carried the same weapon as their general, Libra.

*********BACK TO HOU YAN***********

When Hou Yan took Yunyun with him, he took her to a faraway land and dropped her off inside a well-hidden cave. He decided to go back and see what was happening back in the city.

"Please don't go! You might get killed!"

Yunyun spoke in a voice full of worry.

"Haha, don't worry, I won't die that easily. How could I die and leave you behind, my love."

"Eh? Your love? Who?"

"Eh? Who else but you?"

"Wah? But I don't see you as a lover, but a great hero who is beyond my reach."

"Ehhhhhhhhhh? But all this time you had a face red as tomato whenever you looked at me."

"That's because... you are naked and I can see your penis."

Yunyun replied back. She spoke the latter part in a quiet voice. Although others may not be able to hear it but because Hou Yan cultivated a body technique, his hearing was enhanced greatly so he heard her.

When he heard the latter part, his face turned redder than tomato. It was as if all the blood in his body was focused on his face. He was so embarrassed that he wanted to dig a hole and stick his face in it.

"F-f-forget about what I said. T-this whole time I thought... Sigh, I am truly a fool."

"I'm sorry."

Yunyun spoke in a guilty voice.

"Hehe, don't worry, I don't blame you. I only blame my stupidity. Well then, I shall go now."

"Eh? Before you leave..."

Before she could finish her sentence, Hou Yan left and flew towards the city in stealth mode.

Yunyun wanted to remind him to wear some clothes but he forgot to.

'Sigh, such an idiot.'

"Hm?"

'You will know soon.'

When Hou Yan arrived at the city, he felt a fluctuation from the dungeon. He immediately flew over the dead bodies and entered the dungeon. He had a bad feeling that he was responsible for what had happened, but he didn't know why.

Arriving at the 50th floor, Hou Yan saw 12 gates. He could've sworn that he saw only one gate last time. Then the gates slowly opened and twelve figures appeared. They all symbolized the characters from the zodiac signs.

All of a sudden the goat, Capricorn, spoke and Hou Yan listened. They spoke about some master and saw how they all shivered when they heard what kind of punishment the master can give. Then the goat got serious and told them what they had to do. When the other 11 heard their orders, they took their armies and departed off.

After 11 of them left, Hou Yan decided to sneak away so he doesn't get caught. Unfortunate for him, it wasn't going to be that easy.

All of a sudden the 11 figures who supposedly had already departed all of a sudden appeared back at their original spoke. This time, they just didn't have their army with them.

Then, the goat looked at Hou Yan's hiding spot and spoke in a dreary voice.

"Won't you join us, young lad?"
