Among the many Hokages eagerly waiting, the chat group continued to announce the completion of the task.
"Mission 1: Defeat Kurosaki Ichigo, complete!"
"Reward: 5000 points per person!"
Just like the last mission, everyone received the same reward: 5000 points each.
"Sure enough, Kurosaki Ichigo's strength is greater than that of the protagonists in the Pirate World!" Kakashi remembered.
There was a reason for this observation. In the Shinigami world they visited, the timeline was at a relatively advanced stage. Kurosaki Ichigo, being the protagonist, had almost fully evolved in strength. One Ichigo could easily take on the entire Straw Hat crew from the Pirate World. In contrast, during their previous mission in the Pirate World, the timeline was still at the Marineford War, meaning the Straw Hat crew had much room for growth.
The fact that both missions awarded 5000 points demonstrated that the difficulty of completing them was similar. Of course, given the combined strength of over a dozen Hokages, this task was relatively easy—more like a relaxing but cautious adventure.
For these 5000 points, the other Hokages were quite calm. Having seen greater points and rewards before, they didn't find these points particularly impressive. Naruto, however, was new to the concept of points and their use, so he didn't react with much excitement to the 50,000 points.
The only one particularly excited was Tsunade. She was beyond thrilled.
"Hahaha! Finally, points again! Who's up for a fight in the arena? I want to place a bet!"
This enthusiastic outburst was typical of Tsunade.
The announcement left everyone a bit speechless. Tsunade had just lost 10,000 points in the arena, and now she wanted to risk the newly acquired 50,000 points. Didn't she learn from her previous loss?
To prevent Tsunade from going bankrupt, everyone decided to ignore her.
"Okay, let's hurry up and wait for the next reward," Ryan said quickly, trying to keep the hosts on track. It was time to focus on the rewards again and not get distracted.
Listening to Ryan, everyone fell silent, eagerly anticipating the next reward from the chat group. After a moment, the notification sounded again.
"Mission 2: Defeat Aizen, Yhwach, and Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni!"
"Mission completed perfectly! Mission reward: 60,000 points per person!"
Sixty thousand points! This substantial reward immediately excited the Hokages. This was a reward on a whole new level compared to the previous mission.
Though the difficulty of the first mission paled in comparison, the Hokages remained relatively calm, unlike their reaction to the 5000 points from the first mission. They didn't jump from their chairs, but 60,000 points were enough for them to indulge for a while.
While they needed to accumulate more points for the most powerful items, these points allowed them to freely exchange for ordinary items, granting them a form of wealth freedom.
"So many points again!" Minato exclaimed. "After getting all the rewards for this mission, I'm taking a break. I want to spend all these mission points!"
"After all, the points you spend are truly yours," Obito added. "Any ideas on what to exchange for? I haven't decided yet."
The Hokages spoke excitedly, sharing their plans and ideas for spending their hard-earned points.
This time, there were a lot of points up for grabs again! While the previous mission awarded 5000 points, this time it was 60000 points, with a difference of 55000 points. Although it might not seem like much. But a sum of 65000 points can make quite a difference!
For example, with 10,000 points, one could exchange for several sets of Sharingan, and even attempt to mimic Danzo by transplanting a bunch of Sharingan onto themselves to use Izanagi. A backup plan for unknown variables. After all not everybody can be on total alert all day like Tobirama.
However, none of the Hokages present had such extreme ideas. Their strength was already sufficient, and they did not need such drastic methods. Moreover, considering the feelings of the Uchiha clan members in the group, they avoided such thoughts out of respect.
Ryan, as calm as ever, kept his focus on the top-tier items that required exorbitant amounts of points—often over 10 million. He understood that in terms of points, he still had a long way to go.
Without needing a reminder this time, the Hokages all consciously fell silent as the chat group notification rang for the last time.
"Mission 3: Completely defeat the three forces of the Shinigami, Hueco Mundo, and the Wandenreich!"
"Mission completed perfectly! Task reward: 120,000 points per person."
120,000 points! This reward brought smiles to the faces of all the Hokages.
"So, after completing all the tasks this time, everyone gets a guaranteed 185,000 bonus points!" Madara exclaimed.
The magnitude of this reward was impressive, even by the standards of the mall. Everyone was thrilled with their accomplishments and the substantial points they had earned.
At this point, the points for the three missions had all been issued. Everyone received a substantial number of points. Compared to the last mission, everyone got an additional 30,000 points. These extra points could accomplish a lot.
Happy smiles spread across everyone's faces.
"Dad! What can these points be used for?" Naruto asked, looking confused. He didn't yet understand the full value of the points. While the other Hokages were thrilled, Naruto couldn't grasp what was so exciting.
Minato showed Naruto the system store. As they browsed the items, Naruto's expression turned to one of amazement. He was completely dumbfounded, feeling light-headed as he walked. This time, he was genuinely shocked by the exaggerated benefits the chat group offered.
"Whoa! Believe it! I can buy 40 types of ramen here! Dattebayo! This is gonna be the best day ever!"
"Naruto, I know how much you love ramen, and believe me. But imagine how much stronger you could become with some devil fruit or learning a new jutsu. These can help you protect your friends and fulfill your dream of best Hokage. You can always have ramen later, but the knowledge and new powers you gain now will stay with you forever. What do you say, son? Let's invest in your future as a Hokage."
At that moment, Naruto had only one thought: how lucky he was to be pulled into this chat group. It was an extreme stroke of luck. The points obtained from completing this task alone could significantly enhance his strength to an incredible level.
Currently, Naruto, the Seventh Hokage, has reached middle age. He was overwhelmed by the daily responsibilities of his work and various other commitments. His strength was far from its peak, as he hadn't practiced seriously for a long time. Now, the progressive enhancement method presented by the chat group reignited his potential.
