8 NPC CREATION, WORLD ANNOUNCEMENT

It had been hours, days, since Rose, or, Frigg as she was now known joined him in Yggdrasil, contrary to what many would believe, finding a rare edition of game offering advantage to the user was nothing if not easy, with Odin and Rh'llor's family owning a big chunk of several companies' share they easily bought one for her.

But one thing that puzzled them was the fact that she somehow got her hands on a racial class that seemingly didn't exist in the game, and it is not something like a limited one, as she pretty much admitted that it was a 'gift' from someone, while the rest of the guild accepted the excuse, Odin did not, and she saw it, but did not offer anything only stating that she would tell everything when she was ready.

One of the thing that Odin saw during their dual farming session was that while she was low leveled her spell-craft were at least equal if not stronger in strength compared to a level 50 mage like Rh'llor, and the fact that she did not need to chant her spell made her not affected by the usually long preparation of a spell.

Not really minding, Odin took her to Asgard and help her farm her racial and job class, while Hephaestus crafted her several useful items and weapon. During one of their daily dungeon cleaning, a rare loot came out.

This stone can be used to create a blank NPC that the user will have to create from scratch, from the race, background, and ability, the finished version will be submitted to an Admin, and if approved, will be allowed in the lore of Yggdrasil.

It was quite a shock, as epic item like it was said previously were really rare, and Frigg was able to loot one after only two clear of the dungeon, it was decided that the stone would be given to her, as the rest of the guild and Odin were already searching for a guild base where they could create their own NPC.

After a bit of thought and time, the NPC, she created was approved, it was then revealed to Odin and the guild that what she created was a beautiful phoenix of reds and golden feather, she did not say any of its abilities or background, only that it could heal and was named Fawkes. She did point in private to Odin that it was a pretty overpowered 'familiar' as she called it.

IRL, both of them became closer, not that it was a surprise to anyone as they practically were always together, and the fact that both of them were supposed to be 'married' didn't help, after three months they officially began to date each other, and Odin even invited her to his home where she met his family, who instantly began to question her on her background and family, and despite being anxious Odin couldn't really do anything like the sole heir of his family he had his responsibility. But all of her answers were perfect, and coupled with the fact that Rose was apparently herself heiress to some ancient noble family of England with a good amount of money helped her case in front of his father.

Today was the day like all other, he woke up, went to school, flirted with Rose, talked with his friend about Yggdrasil, went home, did his homework, and then got online in the game. And it was then that it happened.

"What do you think?" Asked Odin softly to Frigg. "Should we join? While the temptation of earning a special class like 'World Champion' is great it is not enough for me, my special quest for mine will soon be over, so I don't really need it, do you want it?"

Hearing him asking her that, she couldn't help but smile softly. "No need, my class is already good enough, at my level I can already overpower Rh'llor."

Odin snorted at that. "Don't say anything more, he was whining for days after you won against him in a duel, said something about how 'women were overpowered in the game'."

"Oh?" Said Frigg laughing as she remembered something. "He didn't like losing against Eostre just after me?"

"You have no idea!" Replied Odin laughing loudly. "You know, we had a bet with Hercules, Akihiko, and Cedric about how long they would get together, and he was going to confess to her the day after but because he lost against her and you he couldn't find the face to ask her out."

"But more seriously, from what I am seeing on the forum, this [World Champion] class is really overpowered. Look at this," said Odin, showing her his HUD.

"'World Champion is a special job class that had the feature to be slightly stronger when one is situated in the world they represent respectively. It is the kind of class which also possesses the extremely high fighting ability. They could defend themselves absolutely with Dimensional Gap and could deal massive damage with Dimensional Slash. If a World Champion fight against the upper high tier players, they can take on three at most. Whereas with the upper middle tier players, a World Champion can take on four of them. Whenever a World Champion is up against an upper low tier player, they're capable of handling five players on their own.'" Recited Frigg, reading the information written on the screen. "It is pretty strong, but the fact is that my class and race make me practically unbeatable against anyone" Seeing the look in Odin's eyes she couldn't help but laugh. "Yes, even you 'Celestial Ruler'."

"You are really overpowered." Commented Odin.

"I agree."
