Lucien was still a bit drunk on the power he just achieved as he glanced at his stats that had appeared at some unknown time.

Control over everything except Soul was removed, as Lucien had already achieved perfect control over both Particles and inner body. He had achieved perfect control over his inner body a little bit after he got his Blood Path. He could control everything, but changing the structure like growing his bones or changing the ordering of his facial bones was still a bit out of his capabilities.

Another thing that caught his attention was the Soul Devour. It increased his range even through he had previously assumed that 1000 meters would be the cap of Rank 2 Soul Devour.

'It seems like it doesn't have a cap, but as I grow the range would just become useless if it keeps going like this. But All Existence already mentioned there is qualitative change after getting it to Rank 3.'

And the final thing Lucien was a bit regretful about, but already had predicted would happen was the Agility. It didn't change a bit.

'Since I didn't use Darkness to increase the stat, it doesn't get any benefits during the breakthrough. Only the main stat gets increased during the breakthrough. Which means I would have to get another three Paths to Rank 3 to have all my stats reach early Rank 3.'

Even through he opted for the speedy enhancement using All Existence, it had its drawbacks. For example if a Practitioner from the royal families practiced with the manual provided, which had the ability to enhance 3 stats, and got his Soul to 1000 and two more stats to 700 before breaking through Rank 3, once he broke through his Soul would get to 5000 and his other two stats would get to 1400.

Even through the boost was not that amazing compared to the Soul, the most important part was that those two stats broke past the cap of Rank 2. The Practitioner could continue improving them by using the royal manual and didn't have to get another Path to get them out of the bottleneck.

But since Lucien enhanced all three stats using Existence Points, they weren't secondary stats of any Path. The only way was to use a Path to which they were main stats and once he broke through they would naturally get to 5000, thus breaking the bottleneck.

Lucien, of course, didn't regret at all, he saved dozens of years, and it would take him a bit more time to get more Paths to Rank 3, the drawback was minuscule.

Clearing his head from stray thoughts, Lucien looked at the clone.

"Your turn."

The clone didn't naturally break through when Lucien did. After all it was a completely different body that has it's own gates and Lucien was not planning to waste a Rank 3 Practitioner.

Taking out a bunch of the seeds the Darkness Herbs released, he crushed them. As they released all the Darkness Particles, not even a speck flew out of the 9 meter Darkness Domain. It was all contained perfectly. Then Lucien started drawing Darkness Particles from his Soul Domain as well, all the Darkness Particles within 5 kilometers of them started flying in their direction. In moments the 9 meter globe was packed with Particles, there were so much that even his own breakthrough was not as shocking.

The clone then started going through the gates with ease. After all even breakthrough didn't come when Lucien got there, all the experience was shared and he knew exactly what to do. With the copious amounts of Particles that Lucien was pushing in his body all the time and the knowledge, the clone broke through with complete ease.

'This is where it peaks, I could use it to explore a bit of the diagram for Rank 4 when the time comes, but it can't break through if I don't enhance it's potential.'

Not to mention that it was really weak in reality. Its Soul was at 5000 and it's agility was at 1000, everything else was not even worth mentioning, it was pathetic. When compared to Lucien who could amplify his Soul to 10 000 which was the peak of Rank 3 and all his other stats to 5000, it was not even worth mentioning.

'It's still Rank 3, even if it's weak in my standards, he is like a god to commoners.'

Due to his incredible growth and his gaze that was always looking up, Lucien hadn't realized that he was already on a level that resembled a god to commoners. Everything that relied on Blood within 5 kilometers of himself and was weaker could be blotted out of existence by a mere though on his part.

Both of them left soon after. Lucien had to start gathering large amounts of Existence Points. He now needed manuals for the other Paths, he could also get more Middle Paths as his Soul could support it, not to mention the Manuals he would need for Rank 4. All of a sudden he found himself incredibly poor.

He already had some plans which involved the Myriad Beast Mountain Range. Even through Beast provided less than humans when the same amount of flesh or blood was consumed, the amount of flesh and blood a Rank 3 Beast had were incomparable. The only problem was the stronger Beasts that could pop at any time, his control over the situation would be a lessened and that worried him.

'Even through I could probably grow even if I don't take risks, nobody knows what is going to happen in the future. I don't have plans on being the one that didn't take his chances when he had them and then regretted for the rest of his life.'

Determination grew in his eyes with each passing moment. His will was already incredibly strong, and once he decided on something, changing his mind would be as hard as moving a mountain.
