Lucien didn't immediately exit the Crimson World, but decided to upgrade his stats.

'Even if that being takes All Existence away some day, I need to use it to the fullest while I have it, I doubt he can take away the benefits already given.'

'He obviously contacted me, because I'm growing too slow compared to his liking or the purpose of his efforts, so if I don't speed up there might be other changes that would be more drastic. I will have to comply for a while, I can't lose All Existence.'

Lucien was completely broke at the moment after the spending he had done on manuals and speeding up time, from the about 108 000 in total he had after the massacre, he had spend 101 000 on Lightning Path Manual and Darkness Path Manual and the rest went into the time acceleration, which stopped once the existence points were finished after a bit more over 2 months.

'Convert back the Darkness Path Manual that leads from Rank 2 to Rank 3 into existence points.'

The process was instantaneous, and when Lucien tried to remember any diagram from the Manual, it was a mass of fog he couldn't penetrate.

'Use all the points on the Lightning Path and bring it to Rank 2.'

Bringing the Agility to 500 would take around 80 000 existence points anyway, so Lucien decided to directly breakthrough in the Path.

The crimson light that had suddenly surged from inside of Lucien turned back and changed into a crimson lightning serpents, exactly 9 in number with each one more shocking than the previous. They shot at the speed of lightning towards Lucien and seeped in his body, right towards the gates of the Lightning Path.

The gates that took so much effort from Lucien, were instantly opened when a serpent slammed into them, 1 serpent was exactly enough for 1 gate. The 9th serpent that was meant for the hardest door was completely different, it didn't look like a serpent anymore, but more like a dragon, that let out a soundless roar and shot towards the final obstacle.

Once it crashed, the door just opened, as if it had no power to resist in front of the dragon.

In the Crimson World, Lucien had broken through, but couldn't get his rewards, since the mysterious aura that was needed to buff him didn't exist in here, the moment he left, he would cause a scene, but that didn't matter anymore.

Once he left the mysterious aura surged towards him, as if it had immediately detected the change. Lightning sparkles started flickering on the skin of Lucien, and in just a moment, they detached and started striking his surroundings.

If someone was watching, they would see a deity like figure clad in lightning, looking noble and unreachable.

He was in his vicinity in just a moment, he was now moving at 500km/h when he was just walking and strolling around.

'As long as he is not high Rank 2, I will attack.'

He only followed him for a second and understood his foe was Agility based as well, but only low Rank 2, just like him.

'Only Wind Particles around him, so he is a One Path loser.'

Lucien didn't waste any time and just jumped in front of him, no sneak attack or anything. Sneak attacking was when attacking someone stronger, he didn't have the time to set a place and conditions for all that, and weaklings didn't even deserve that much consideration, Lucien was planning to finish him in a second, one way or another.

[Instant Blue Lightning]

Blue lightning sparkles appeared around him instantly and he charged at his enemy, no words spoken.

The enemy was not some brat, he was already a battle hardened Rank 2 Practitioner, he didn't speak as well and prepared to dodge the attack and counterattack his foe, if there was a chance. He couldn't risk receiving it, as he didn't know the amount of Paths his opponent had.

Shockingly, their speed was almost the same, after using Lightning Steps, Lucien was already at 600 Agility, which was reaching towards the mid Rank 2.

'There is no time, I have to be fast or a Rank 3 might arrive.'

"So you want to struggle, huh?"

The small blue lightning sparkles were swimming merrily, when the Darkness merged with them and turned them into devilishly looking black serpents, only their eyes were still blue, but that made them look even more like ghosts that were surrounding their lord.
