Lucien pondered for a bit on how to develop the situation.

'For Rank 2 it's not worth it, the price is inflated by the rarity, the points I could get for a 100 kg Rank 2, is still 10 000, so not worth the trouble of exchange."

The man threw a silver oval shaped token, that had 2 crimson eyes on top of it towards Lucien, who didn't hesitate to catch it, on the tokens back there was a piece of paper attached with the locations of the contacts.

Elena was pretty shocked by the turn of events, this boy half her age, was a pure-blooded Vampire, that was already on par with her, and judging by his battle sense, he was even stronger.

She had not noticed the Darkness interruptions, during the fight, so she wrote that off to battle sense.

"I have to go now, nice meeting you Elena."

"Wait, don't leave yet."

"I will wait for you to grow up, us Vampires have different Vitality than Water and Earth Path practitioners, it's stronger on the lifespan side of it. We life longer, as to counterbalance that we walk on the hard to achieve in the current world, carnage and slaughter, to progress."

"7-8 years in nothing, as long as you are not bothered by it, I don't mind."

'She is really deep, but I could definitely use her to see the extend of her family power in the future.'

"But how do we keep in touch, when I leave now, we might not meet for a very long time, and my father won't let me wander around, I have to follow him for a while longer."

"That is not a problem."

Elena walked to Lucien and passed him an object, it was sphere shaped, and it had many holes in it.

"Young miss, don't. That thing is very expensive, even Rank 2s have hard time getting access to it."

"Shut up, I want him to have it."

The guard, just closed his mouth, he was not going to object further, considering her background.

Some of the guards even showed some envy and jealousy toward Lucien, but quickly hid it. Pure-bloods were things of legends, this is the first time many of them see one. Even the family leader was not a full pure-blood.

Lucien didn't show any emotion as he took over the object.

"What is this, how do I use it?"

"My little prince, this is a commutation tool, each one has a unique soul mark inside."

She talked as she brought another one out, she had two of these expensive tools, it was obvious to everyone that she was not of common background.

"I'll leave a trace of the soul mark of my communication tool, in one of the holes on your device, and you do the same."

"Later when we are separated, you just have to pour some Soul into the hole with my trace and you can send me messages."

'Hmm, this is convenient, I guess my father didn't give me one, so that I have to rely on myself for everything and I also wouldn't be able to contact him to ask for help.'

"Thanks, Big Sis Elena, I'll give you one back when we meet again."

"But I really have to go now, or my father would flip and turn the forest into a plain."

She was pretty shocked by that last sentence and didn't want to keep holding Lucien, the pure-bloods of the legends could definitely achieve that.

'I guess it's not a bad trade, instead of consuming the resources of the bandits I kill, I'll use them to buy loyal slaves, I could even keep them around as blood sources, for a prolonged use, after all I have only a year now, and I don't want to be back to 3 points per day one I'm back in that goddamned palace.'

Lucien suddenly stopped, when he thought about the 3 points.

"AHHHHH, how could I be so stupid?"

It was a completely out loud shout.

Calming down a bit, Lucien wanted to slap himself in the face.

'I was not using it much in the castle, since missing big objects are noticeable, but I'm here in this forest forgotten by the world, and I'm still not using the absorption ability, how could I forget?'

Feeling like crying, Lucien looked around for a bit and set his sight on the ground.

When he had just adult stats, he could absorb palm-sized object, that didn't weight more than what he could lift, which was about 20-25cm tall.

Now he was 10 times stronger in all stats, and 50 times stronger in Soul. He could easily absorb 3 square meters in diameter, the weight was a problem as only 1 square meter was already more than a ton, and if an adult can lift a 100 kg, Lucien at ten times strength can lift a ton.

'So I won't be able to make a tunnel and travel underground by just absorbing the soil around me.'

'I guess when I get stronger it would be doable nice tool to travel unnoticed, and accumulate points.'

So for the current moment, Lucien just absorbed about 100 kilograms of soil to see the conversion rate.

-Higher level soils possible, it gives immense boost to Crimson world, if those soils are kept inside and not converted-
