2 All Existence
As Lucien was wondering how should he acquire information about this world, he started feeling really drowsy.
'I'm a newborn after all, this will be a hassle for a while.'
While falling asleep in his mothers embrace nobody noticed his crimson eyes flashing weakly.
Normally when a person falls asleep and dreams, he doesn't remember getting wherever the dream starts. The same thing happened to Lucien. He found himself in a dark place with red shine to it, the only thing in this place was a piece of floating rock and a red moon hanging in the sky. The rock was the place Lucien was standing, and the moon was not full, but just a barely visible crescent. As he was looking around he heard a voice that seemed to be coming from both inside of him and from everywhere outside.
-Initializing All Existence-
The darkness was swept away, as the crescent started growing towards full moon at a visible speed, everything was replaced by a red sheen. The moment the moon became full, the voice was heard again.

Following the voice was a massive headache. Lucien felt like something was being imprinted on his very soul, the pain felt very real even through it was a dream, and as he screamed on the verge of passing out, the pain vanished as if it was never there.
He tried to feel if something was wrong and quickly found something, it was a set of memories or more like knowledge, about everything that was happening around him.
Looking through them, he found what All Existence meant, it was a strange thing.
As Lucien did read some novels in the past, just as research purposes, as you never know if the answer to his quest is in there.
He knew about Systems and how they generally worked, but this was a bit different, as those systems are normally more of a spiritual thing inside people.
What he had was a system connected to reality, through his eyes.
It didn't really require him to do annoying quests to progress or train proficiency to level up skills, although if he wanted it was possible, nothing was restricted in the myriad existences. There was no restrictions on how to use it at all, it worked with only one law - conversion. It was converting existence from the real world and turning it into currency, which could be used to do everything.
The only thing preventing him from absorbing everything in reality is that the absorption happens in two ways.
One was by ingesting the material and everything not needed for survival, gets absorbed into the inner world, of course if needed reversing the process is possible, as it's exactly the same conversion.
The second way was through the connection to reality, namely his eyes. This way was strongly connected to his power. As a one day baby, he couldn't absorb even a single particle of dust.
It was not just spiritual power or just fleshly body strength that decided how much could he absorb, but a mix of all forces that exist within, if one was too strong it still wouldn't increase the absorption, for example if the spiritual power is too big, but the body is weak, the absorption won't increase by much as it would burden the body too much, and it's the same the other way around.
As Lucien was sweeping through the knowledge, he found a conversion list. It was a simple list that contained basic things that exist within nature to describe the general idea, as other material can be judged by these.
1kg of stone - 1 existence point
1kg of black iron - 10 existence points
1kg of copper - 25 existence points
1kg of silver - 50 existence points
1kg of gold - 100 existence points
1kg of diamonds - 200 existence points
There was also a mention on actually edible things there as well.
1kg of animal flesh - 1 existence point
It also mentioned things like breast milk, but Lucien just ignored that, as he would never get much more than what is needed for survival.
The first thing he had on his mind after devouring all the memories how to exchange the points.
The moment he thought of it he saw, in front of him crimson light gathering and showing a number 0 and a voice spreading everywhere again.

"Immortality!" was the no hesitation response.
-Price depends on the boundary of the host, as host is a one day baby, the price is 10 billion existence points-
-If host increases his power, the price will drop, as it is not as heaven-defying as turning one day baby into immortal-
Lucien was beyond himself when he heard the answer, even through in his current state it would take 50 million tons of diamonds. He had hope now.
"Then, like normal systems you should be able to show me my stats"

Lucien decided to try something as he was exploring and see if it was possible as well.

'Now I can see the outline of my future path. It's a nice positive cycle, I have to absorb things and convert that into power, which then helps me absorb more things.'
"How to I enter this place and how do I leave?"
-To enter by will, you have to use your eyes, which become available the moment you hit adult level power-

There was probably still more to find out about this place, but the main priority of Lucien was to leave and find out a way to acquire existence points.
