42 Getting belittled

Jiang Feng took Vaun to the Heavenly Phoenix Palace to talk about something.

When Vaun was inside now, he was instantly amazed. The room that he slept in was beautiful, but seeing the hall of the palace, he cannot help but admire at what he had seen. Vaun was looking all around the palace with an amazing face.

Jiang Fen turns around and saw Vaun was looking at her palace with an astounded face. She cannot help but giggled when he saw Vaun like this.

Vaun suddenly heard a slight laugh. He looked towards Jiang Feng and saw her that she was smiling at him. Seeing her smiling at him, he realizes that he looked like an idiot who still doesn't saw the outside world. Vaun only coughs and returned back to his original demeanor but he was really embarrassed.

Seeing that she was still looking at him, he only coughs and said calmly: "What is it that you want to say to me?"

Hearing what Vaun had said, she suddenly stop looking at him and said that it echoed throughout the hall: "Follow me. I will discuss it with you privately."

Vaun nodded but his face suddenly changed, he suddenly felt many people coming towards their direction.

Jiang Feng looked back and saw Vaun wearing a wary face. She turned around again and calmly said: "Don't worry. They are my servants."

Hearing what Jiang Feng had said, Vaun only nodded and originally changed back to his calm demeanor.

A group of people wearing red clothing's suddenly appeared right in front of Jiang Feng and said in unison: "Us servants greet the Empress." They all bowed down respectfully towards her.

Seeing this many servants, Vaun cannot help but admire in his heart. He thinks that Jiang Feng must be someone kind, that's why they all were respectful towards her, but he didn't know that many people always want to be a servant of the Empress, because being a servant of an empress can give them many amounts of resources and they always want to serve the strong.

Jiang Feng only nodded and calmly said: "Stand up." They all stand up and saw someone behind their highness. They all wore a wary expression when they saw Vaun.

Vaun saw that they were looking at him. He only smiled at them calmly.

When they saw Vaun smiling at them, they only snort and shrugged. A beautiful girl suddenly bows her head down to Jiang Feng and said respectfully: "Your Highness, who is this man that is following behind you." When they heard what the girl had said, they all turned around to look at their highness.

Seeing their expectant expressions, Jiang Feng only waves her hands: "All of you should not meddle in my affairs you know?" She then added: "Even all of you attack him together, none of you will be able to touch him."

Hearing what their highness just said, they all looked towards Vaun with astounded faces and it suddenly turns into curiosity. A man suddenly walked forward and bow down to Vaun: "Can I know the name of this humble person?"

"Vaun." Vaun only nodded and said calmly.

The man heard what Vaun's name and he murmured to himself: "Just what is this filthy thing doing in here?" The man really disdains Vaun because he was young and he seemed to not respect those older than him.

Vaun heard what the man had said; he looked at the man with ice cold killing intent: "Just what did you say?" Hearing what the man had said, this really makes Vaun furious, he didn't do anything to this man but he said that his a filthy thing? How can it not make Vaun furious?

The man suddenly felt Vaun's killing intent and he was sweating profusely. The other servants looked at Vaun with astounded eyes because it seems like he was really unfathomable. He was like only at the age of fifteen to sixteen but he had an ice cold killing intent, how can someone not be amazed by it?

Jiang Feng saw Vaun's killing intent and was astounded too.

'This man… Just how many has he killed or hatred that he accumulated for him to emit such strong killing intent?' Jiang Feng only sighs and said to Vaun: "Please stop that Vaun. He was just curious about you."

When they heard what Vaun had said, they all were furious and suddenly pounce on Vaun like they can't wait to tear him into pieces. The man too joined in to get his revenge at Vaun for scaring him like that. The beautiful servant of Jiang Feng only stays at her side because she wants to know what will unfold right in front of her.

Vaun turned around and saw that for about twenty of them were about to land on him. He only smiled at them he suddenly released his cultivation base.

All of them were pressured right in front him like they cannot even move for about an inch. They felt like something was pressing against them. They all looked towards Vaun again and saw him rising up in the air. The man who disdained Vaun cannot help but exclaimed while being pressured: "He's… He's a martial saint expert!"

Vaun only looked at them with killing intent and he increased the pressure towards them.

The girl saw that Vaun has already vanished and she heave a sigh of relief.

The girl hurriedly walked towards the servants in a panic.

Some all wore an ugly expression while others have already fainted.

Seeing the other servants, the girl was about to say something to encourage them but she suddenly heard a cold voice: "You all… Do all of you think you can do whatever you want when I am here? You all don't even dare to give me face?" Jiang Feng was really furious because she was about to talk to him about something but she didn't think that her servants are going to be so repulsive.

Seeing the wrath of their highness, all of them kowtowed and said in a panic: "We don't dare!"

Seeing her servants kowtowing to her many times, she only sighs and waves her hand: "Leave. I want to be alone for a while."

All of them nodded and disperse hurriedly; the girl stays behind as she looked at Jiang Feng with warm eyes. She suddenly hugged her and said: "Mother. Now that all of them are gone, can you now tell me your problem?

If Vaun could see this he will really be shocked because this girl was the beautiful girl who greets her and saying that she was a servant.

Jiang Feng caressed her head and only said calmly: "Nothing." Jiang Feng looked towards up to looked at the glass ceiling where the Phoenix was revolving around with the human.

The girl didn't talk again as she just hugged her mother tightly.
