Alice wakes up in a hospital. The blinking fluorescent light awakening her from this horrible nightmare. She dreamt she was a flight attendant and that she turned into this hideous monster that attacked her friend Lisa who was also a flight attendant and the plane crashed afterwards.

Her eyes adjust to the room and as soon as she fully opens her eyes all memory of her nightmare was lost. She wondered why she was in the hospital and saw that next to her was another bed with a woman who was sound asleep. She noticed the woman had a lot of cuts and bruises and a burn mark on her face. She could barely make out the name on the woman's bracelet. It said Alice. That's strange, she thought, we have the same name. She realizes that the room was a clear dome within a room and the sleeping woman was outside of it. Am I in quarantine? She thought. The room was also cold. Very cold.

Alice saw movement of what she thought were people. She was thirsty and her mouth was dry and she tried sitting up but found out she couldn't. A tightened grip held her wrists and her ankles. In a panic she started calling out for anybody who was there. Seeing her hands and legs were stuck to the bed she started screaming for anyone to get her out and asking anyone who would listen where she was, her words echoing eerily into the distance. A blinding white light filled the room. Three people suddenly appeared out of nowhere wearing white lab coats and masks, they had clipboards and were taking notes. Alice could not make out if any of them were men or women.

Alice pleaded with them for information on where she was and how she got there. The three people looked like they didn't hear her and proceeded to observe her. She started speaking louder, no response, she started screaming and screaming, rattling the bed she was in. The three people did not even flinch. She screamed, cried and cursed obscenities, desperate for them to notice her until her voice was raw.
