Darkness and light awoke me. Throbbing red light seeped through my tired eyelids. As I struggle to open them I was aware of this feeling that somebody or something was watching me. Not showing my fear I try to take in my surroundings. What little my eyes could see saw a dark room save for the throbbing red light above. It was dank, the air felt stifling  and the heat was unbearable. I feel like I have been here for days, maybe even weeks. I try to remember what happened before I got here. Then i see it it was shuffling towards me and it all comes flooding back, the plane, the screaming passengers and that thing.

It's transformation has become more gruesome from what she remembered. She remembered the name of what it once was--Alice the flight attendant. Now it did not even resemble any part of a human being. It's rapid raspy breath was faster than before, it's arms no longer arms but long and thin that looked sharp at the ends, the head a stump with no visible face, it's shiny black body were supported by stumps that shuffled towards her. She closed her eyes and prayed this was a dream. She opened her eyes again and before she could scream heat and a rattling breath consumed her thoughts and then darkness.
