2 The Elf's Food

After the dinner, they went to the place where Estes lived.

Since the home is for an elf sized only, Estes shrinked them into the same size as him and had a peaceful sleep that night.

While Alice is asleep, Jack woke up and smell a bad odor coming from the kitchen, He saw Estes cooking and asked;

"What in the world are you cooking?! It smells so bad"

"Its a soup of mixed mushrooms I picked in the forest earlier. It's our meal for breakfast today."

Estes answered gently.

"I don't like to eat the kind of food"

Jack replied to Estes.

"Then go find your own food! I eat this kind of food everyday. If you don't want to eat a food like this, you can find some in the forest."

Estes replied.

After the talk Jack went outside to find food that he and his sister could eat.

He found a group of small sized monkeys asleep with a pile of bananas. He get plenty of bananas that will last for three days for him and his sister to eat.

He went back to Estes' place and showed Estes the bananas he got from the small sized monkeys.

"How did you got those bananas huh?"

Estes asked.

"I saw small sized monkeys asleep with alot of bananas in a pile, So I gathered plenty supply of bananas for me and my sister to eat for three days."

Jack answered confidently.

Estes warned Jack that those small sized monkeys will look for him because those kind of wild animal don't want to lost things they owned.

"What!?! Small Sized Monkeys?! Do you know what you have just did? Those kind of monkeys aren't normal monkeys, They don't want to lost one single banana in their pile and now you gather a three day supply? Go bring back those bananas while they're in their sleep or they will hunt you."

Estes told Jack with a slight anger.

"No way, If I bring back these bananas we will eat food of yours that we don't want to eat. You're the guardian of this Forest right? Only elves like you can see your place, So in other words they cannot see me here"

Jack replied.

Alice woke up due to the loud talk of Estes and Jack.

"What happened? Why both of you are talking so loudly that makes me lost my sleep?"

Alice asked both of them.

"Ah... Nothing"

Jack and Estes replied.
