1 Please Read This Before Continuing!

Hello! I am the author! My name is Talyn! I have some notes I would like you to read before you continue with my book. Thank you for your time and consideration! ^^

~There are some french words however I will translate them at the end of each chapter. If I miss any just let me know and I'll be happy to edit and add the translation! The translations will likely always be written in bold or italics. ^^

~This is not necessarily a 'mature' book, but alcohol, drugs, and violence are all mentioned within the story. And it is HEAVILY implied that one of the characters wants to do some 18+ stuff to the protagonist - at least it will be in his side story if it isn't in this one.

~As a slight addition to the last statement, some characters will be getting side stories after this one is finished, however that is quite a while away. One possible story is that of the story between Florence Whitefear (Alice's father) and Charlotte Heartford (Alice's mother). Another is that of Hattie (the Mad Hatter) and Olivia (the March Hare)'s relationship. I will likely just have you guys let me know what you're interested in when it comes to that time. ^^

~This isn't important bu I am probably going to be giving shoutouts, mentions, and appreciation in general to those who have supported me in my journey of writing this as we go.

~Several mental illnesses are also mentioned and are shown through certain characters. This may include, but is not limited to, PTSD, autism, OCPD, addiction, psychosis, depression, and anxiety. With these topics I will only be portraying them as I have experienced, any similarities to other people and/or situations is purely coincidental. 

~If you see any spelling, translation, or grammar errors, or if anything is inconsistent, or if there are any suggestions please feel free to let me know!

~I look to media - especially anime/'weeb' culture, literature, and alternative culture - for sources of inspiration. If you recognize a name (e.g. Ciel, Icarus, Emerson, etc.) then it is likely that the person whose name is used was an inspiration for a character or part of the story.

I appreciate you reading and being ready for the first update, I will likely be updating once every other week. After reading the (official) first chapter you should understand why; for now, have a wonderful day/night/etc. you talented little treasures!
