4 Dirty hat and Banquet
Finally arriving at the Hogsmeade train station, we disembark leaving the suitcase near the train.
"First years ! First years over here ! Glade to see you again Harry, Xander !"
It was Hagrid scream in front of the train.
"Well First year follow me ! Watch you step" he turn and start to walk, of course his light was completely block by his own body leaving only a faint trace of light. Alexander took his wand end cast [Lumos], he also create ball of light floating gently above the head of the freshmen.
Everyone was surprised by this except Harry. After for most, magic was a novelty for them.
"Wonderful spell Xander" said Hagrid.
"Thank you Hagrid"
After a few minute they start to see Hogwarts, but didn't have time to see cleary because they need to continue walking. Arriving at the shore of the lake small boats were waiting for them.
"Only 4 person by boats !" Hagrid said, of course he took a boat for himself...
Alexander, Harry, Ron and Surprisingly Hermione were on the same boat.
"Every one aboard ? Then let's go !" The boats start to sail themselves.
On the boat Hermione start to introduce herself again which Alexander reply politely.
The closer they were to the castle, the more shocked the little wizzard became. It's Big magnificent castle with mighty tower only on the edge of the cliff ready to fall in the Black Lake.
Near the castle Hagrid tell them to watch the head. Once a the other shore, counting the students making sure know one become food for the lake Hagrid found a Toad.
A plump boy saw this and run to Hagrid exclaiming "Trevor".
They arrives at the door of the castle. Hagrid knock three time, the door open and a stern-looking woman show up.
'Well, Professor McGonagall as still the same look.' Alexander think
"Thank you Hagrid, I will take them from here."
After this, she completely open the door.
The freshmen follow Professor McGonagall along the big entrance hall. She leads them to a small room near the Great Hall.
"Welcome to Hogwarts" she said
"The start-of-term banquet will begin shortly, but before you take your seats in the Great Hall, you will be sorted into your Houses. The Sorting is a very important ceremony because, while you are here, your House will be something like your family within Hogwarts. You will have classes with the rest of your House, sleep in your House dormitory, and spend free time in your House common room."
"The four Houses are called Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. Each House has its own noble history and each has produced outstanding witches and wizards. While you are at Hogwarts, your triumphs will earn your House points, while any rule-breaking will lose House points. At the end of the year, the House with the most points is awarded the House cup, a great honor. I hope each of you will be a credit to whichever House becomes yours."
"The Sorting Ceremony will take place in a few minutes in front of the rest of the school. I suggest you all smarten yourselves up as much as you can while you are waiting." Her eyes lingered for a moment on Neville's cloak, which was fastened under his left ear; on Ron's smudged nose; the dry blood under the nose of Draco and few more second in the hair of Alexander.
'What's wrong with my hair ?!"
Harry nervously tried to flatten his hair. Seeing this Alexander take his wand and cast a [cleaning spell] at Harry, Ron and Neville. He receive a thank from the three of them and jealous gaze from other which he completely ignore. During the waiting, numerous ghost came to freak out the freshmen
After a few minute Professor McGonagall came back, looking at the freshmen who clean themselves up.
"Now form a line and follow me" after this without waiting she stride toward the Great Hall.
The freshmen could only follow with rushed step.
What await them in the Great Hall was 4 long table were student with different colors on there robes.
'4 tables, 4 colors, yep this is the 4 Houses'
Along the way Alexander heard Hermione talking about the magic ceiling. He also heard about the whisper of the people sitting on the tables. Professor McGonagal stop herself near a stool with a dirty hat on it
"Silence please"
Silence, even the students on the tables didn't make a sound, all were looking at the dirty hat.
Before the Hat start talking Alexander completely shut down is brain to avoid chant.
The whole hall burst into applause as the hat finished its song
"So we've just got to try on the hat!" Ron whispered to Harry.
"I'll kill Fred, he was going on about wrestling a troll."
Harry just smile also taken aback by this situation.
Professor McGonagall with a parchemin in her hand start explaining the sorting ceremony.
"When I call your name, you will move forward sit on the stool and place the hat on your head and be sorted." She then start calling name. After a few names Draco was call, he sit himself on the stool, the hat barely on top of his head.
"SLYTHERIN !!!" Under the applause he stood and send glares full of hates toward Alexander. He completely ignore Draco wondering when he could eat.
When it's was the turn off Hermione she tense up until she get to Gryffindor
Neville was doing a clown show fell of before sitting, once sorted he dash to Gryffindor with the hat still on his head
"Potter, Alexander !"
'Huh, my turn hey.' In front of the hat he could see it more in detail. Dirty, ragged, no one will use it to clean the kitchen. He take his wand out and in front the eyes of everyone he launch a few cleaning spell and other spell to make the hat more presentable and before anyone could say something he sit on the stool and put the hat on his head.
"My, my, thank young one, your the first student to at least take care of me"
"I don't want dirty thing on my head"
"Mhh, why I can't read your mind ? Occlumency ?!"
"Yep, good guess"
"For a freshman it's very impressive, even Dumbledore didn't do it... Well where do you want to go ?"
"Gryffindor"
"Are your sure ?"
"Gryffindor"
"Very well.... GRYFFINDOR !!!!"
With that he took off the hat and stride in direction of the table of Gryffindor under of the applause of his new House and the teacher, along the way he feel some people trying to get inside his head
'Legimency huh, not a chance' He fully activate is Occlumency making those snooping inside his head powerless. At the table he receive a great welcoming, especially Fred and George.
A few more minute, Harry and Ron were on the table of Gryffindor, when Harry was sorted he receive standing ovation from the House even Dumbledore stand up applauding.
The sorting ceremony finish, Professor Dumbledore start his welcoming speech.
"Welcome!" he said.
"Welcome to a new year at Hogwarts! Before we begin our banquet, I would like to say a few words. And here they are: Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak!"
"Thank you !" With that he sit on chair and the feast begin.
In all the tables, food start to appear. Seing this Alexander start eat like a wolf.
During the banquet he learn more about the freshmen and the old student and also some anecdote inside the castle, he also see Harry scratching is scar in a painful way looking in the direction of the professor table.
Once the feast finish, Dumbledore stood up again and start talking again. He remind about some rules and most of the times look at Fred & George. He also talk about the forbidden third-floor corridor on the right-hand side with a the end some death threat.
'If you don't want us to go there, don't explained where it is...'
After this touching note, Dumbledore get everyone ready for the school song. Even Alexander did it.

Everyone finish the song at different time with the Weasley twin at last people with a very slow funeral march.
After a strong applause.
"Ah, music," he said, wiping his eyes.
"A magic beyond all we do here! And now, bedtime. Off you trot!"
With this the Prefect took the new students along the corridor in direction of their Houses Lounges.
Along the way Peeves showed up throwing thing to the students. Alexander ignore it until Peeves throw him a stick. He barely esquive, take out is wand and send a powerful [Stupefy] blasting Peeves in the wall of the castle, fate unknown. Alexander put his wand in his pocket readjusting his hair.
Silence and shock. A minute and Percy finally remember where he is.
"*cough* Follow me !"

In front of the portrait of a Big fat old lady stood Percy, he turn himself toward the student and said.
"This is the entrance for the Gryffindor Tower, the password his "Caput Draconis". The password will change each week so you better remember it otherwise you will end up sleeping in the corridor."
The portrait open up and behind a round hole appear, it's the entrance of the tower. After the hole they find themselves in the Gryffindor common room, a cosy, round room full of squashy armchairs...
Percy direct the new student to their dormitory, each room with 5 people. In the room of Alexander was, Harry, Neville, Ron and Seamus. Everyone was sleepy so not much conversation, the boys puts pajama on them and fell asleep....
