Annihilus, who was currently holding the Cosmic Control Rod, released a large amount of pressure.
This artifact, in the Negative Zone, had a very important position since the mere fact of being its owner meant that you were the absolute ruler of this dimension.
The energy of the Cosmic Control Rod has the name of 'Cosmic Energy', very different from the 'Cosmic Power' used by Galacta, her father and other cosmic beings.
It has almost unlimited functions, but someone like Annihilus, due to his racial class, uses it to extend his lifespan and give him the ability of self-resurrection.
Est and Lina, who were born from Cosmic Cubes, have the ability to use that energy but they also use the Cosmic Power, that shows how powerful they are.
Beings like the Living Tribunal are also one of the few that can use both energies.
Their relationship is very much like Chakra and Natural Energy.
They are energies that are related to each other.
Cosmic energy is absorbed by cosmic beings, which through evolution becomes 'Cosmic Power'.
It is very similar to the process of the Divine Tree of the Otsutsuki to absorb life energy and transform it into Chakra.
In that case it would be the Chakra Fruit.
That is why they have to replenish it in different ways.
In the case of Galactus, it is devouring planets.
The Cosmic Control Rod does not follow that process, but instead directly uses 'Cosmic Energy'.
It is the same as using Senjutsu.
It is like using Natural Energy at will without any restrictions.
These beings, no matter what energy they use, are more connected to the universe and the essence of it.
That is why they are beings that understand the functioning of the universe better than any other intelligent race.
Hence the importance of Galactus in the universe.
That's why when Reed Richards revived him in the comics, and though he was judged, he was shown to have done the right thing.

Annihilus looked into the distance and saw what looked like a small town.
This was Alex's group's camp.
Seeing how that group of intruders felt at home made him furious.
The Negative Zone was his territory and the mere fact of the arrival of these intruders offended his reign.
This time, he had brought nearly his entire army to deal with these intruders.
Almost more than 300 thousand strange creatures.
Once he did, he would attack Earth, destroy Genosha and take Franklin Richards and Alex Wayne's children.

His eyesight is impressive, even when Annihilus' group is several kilometers away, he can see them clearly.
He just smiles at that.
"Father, they have an item that can use Cosmic Energy, which can match our power" Lina informed as she frowned.
Alex nods as he knows that's the Cosmic Control Rod.
"What a stupid inferior being, he doesn't even know how to use that energy" the Phoenix said, showing a look full of disdain.
Everyone gave the cheerful little bird strange looks.
They didn't know how that girl had learned to talk like that.
Est, who was floating in the sky, glared coldly at the intruders who wanted to attack her father.
Raising her soft, delicate arm, she released a horrifying amount of energy that shot out toward Annihilus's army.
They had no time to react when that energy hit them.
The explosion was terrifying, devastating everything around them.
Est continued to stare emotionlessly at the destruction her attack wrought.
She knew that the enemies had not been completely destroyed.
Lina also floated to Est's side and also attacked in the same way.
It could be said that Annihilus's army was very miserable.

Seconds Before
Annihilus, who saw his enemies who were a few miles away, advanced faster with his army.
He couldn't waste time.
At that moment, his sense of survival warned him of impending death, wasting no time he activated the powers of the Cosmic Control Rod.
Moments later, a huge explosion engulfed him and his army.
Letting out a grunt of pain, he managed to resist it, but was sent away by the force of it until he crashed to the ground.
The Cosmic Control Rod began to heal all his wounds.
When he healed and looked at his army's situation, he gulped and there was a trace of fear in his eyes.
His fear was due to the fact that, with his eyes, he could see that more than half of his army had been annihilated.
But he had no time to think about it, as his body felt that fear of death again.
That told him that they were going to attack him again with that same move.
Desperate and using the power of the Cosmic Control Rod to the maximum, he protected himself again, when again a great explosion enveloped him and his army.
