Chapter 5 - Hunters

I now had a girlfriend although we had agreed to take it slow, the first thing we had to deal with is the argents. The hunters.

Cora and Myself got out of the water holding hands and walked towards the cars, we see our friends waiting they all looked us and noticed us holding hands and smiled.

"Thanks for today guys, I couldn't just sit around doing nothing." I say looking around to everybody.

They all nodded their heads and looked happy, even Lydia. She couldn't stop eyeing up Stiles today when she found out how good his body was, He was happy like over the moon happy. Scott and Allison has got a lot closer, I was planning to save her and not let her die.

Everybody said there quick goodbyes and came to an agreement that we would arrive at school together and go to our first lesson together because we had all noticed that we had the same timetables as each other.

As usual the drive home was very boring but nonetheless I could not smiling, I dropped Scott off at the house and said "Hey bro, I'm gonna go spend more time with Cora. You know where I will be."

"That's chill, just be safe Alex mum would kill me if anything happened to you." Scott says before he goes in and starts to get changed for work.

That's also another piece of information that I forgot, As I came to this world pretty early on I was able to invest in certain products that would make me rich. It took a lot of convincing however my mum agreed to it in the end, we were pretty well off yet we didn't like to show it. Also my brother took the job as something to help him pass his time.

When we arrived at the Mansion we didn't see Derek around, I could only assume that the Tv plot was still carrying on.

Cora and me laid in the couch together talking about anything, that's when Derek stumbled through the door smelling of death. I shot up and got to him just before he was gonna fall, I catch him and dragged him over to the sofa.

I look towards Cora and ask "What's wrong with him?"

"Let me have a look at the wound!" She says as she lifts up her T-shirt, her face went pale really quickly.

"We need to find the weapon that did this to him otherwise he is going to die." She says as she starts to pace around.

"Where do we even look?" I ask.

"Well there is only one hunter family in beacon hills and that's the Argents." She says scowling.

"Hahaha, perfect Scott can go look for the bullet tomorrow Allison invited him around." I say pulling a light smile to try and cheer her up.

"We only have 48 hours Alex, this has to work." Cora replied as she come in for a hug.

We stood their hugging for a couple minutes until we heard a grunt in the background. Looking over we saw Derek trying to sit up.

"Lay down and reserve you energy!" I say with a growl letting my wolf come out.

With the authority of my Alpha Derek listener, I stayed to make sure that Derek was alright and Cora would be okay looking after him tonight.

As soon as I got home, I spoke to Scott explaining what he would have to do to save one of his pack members. He readily accepted as he wanted to prove his worthyness.

That evening everybody was distracted and could hardly sleep, so I decided to go for a run in the woods.

As I was running in the woods I could hear a lot of muffled sounds, a couple of cries. I kept moving towards where the sound was, as I came out of the tree time I was shocked because I saw 4 hunter pinning down a male and female Werewolf who refused to transform.

Looking around I saw that it was only four of them, I sent a quick text to Cora telling her where we were and to hurry.

I cleared my throat and got their attention, "Hey Guys, why are you pinning these two down they look like they have done nothing wrong." I said.

However before they could think of a reply my fist had already connected to the throat of the guy holding down the male, he sprung up and launched himself at the hunters. The female also got free from the surprise attack, making this fight a 3 on 4.

However before we could start fighting a wolf flew over the hunters heads scaring the shit out of them, the wolf landed next to me and looked at me with her dark red eyes.

The hunters took this moment to run off in a random direction, I look towards the 2 werewolf's and told them to follow me.

[Coras wolf form is A pitch black wolf with dark red eyes, Alex does have a wolf form but he hasn't unlocked it yet]
