Chapter 1

Krishna Singh was the most average Indian 18-year-old you could find. He grew up in an average suburb in Australia, he wasn't the highest achiever mostly landing C's during school with the occasional B. And he wasn't that good looking either compared to his peers. He didn't care for much either, except for his passion of playing videogames. And he worked his but off doing odd jobs around the suburb to scrape enough cash to buy a Capsule. He was lucky that it was a second hand one and was only going for the price of $1000 or who knowns how long it would have taken him. He had abounded the idea of getting a normal job much to his parent's dismay and decided he would make money in Albion. As there was real money being made through the economy of this game. Krishna could still remember when he first got the Capsule, he was frequently pushing his long black hair away from his eyes and he remembered how he was constantly scratching his stubble trying to figure out how to work it. He remembered looking onto the metallic surface showing his skinny figure as he lifted the lid and entered the virtual world, putting down his ID as Krish.

That was a year ago and he had been three years late to the Albion world. And due to some not so great luck he was now looking up to see as a giant talon three times the size of Krish landed onto the ground with quaking thump. As a towering black scaled two horned dragon stood before him. Krish looked at the dragon and saw the green serpent like eyes of the dragon staring back at him. Krish had only been dungeon diving in a level 75 area and him being level 80 he didn't think that he would have any problems through the dungeon. That was until what seemed to be a new tunnel had opened within the dungeon, and Krish letting his curiosity get the better of him. He descended the dark tunnel with a torch in hand a consumable item that would last an hour. And it wasn't too long until he had found this massive room the roof covered with white crystals that luminated the surrounding area. You could say that his first would warning to turn back was the game notification [ New area, the Den of the Great One has been found. You will receive double exp if any quests are done relating to the Den of the Great One]. Too busy celebrating over his find, Krish didn't see the massive shadow coming from the other side of the room. When Krish had turned around finally finishing his celebration he came face to face with a towering black dragon on its four legs and its level reading 1000 with its name being the Great one.

Krish didn't know that his heart could beat this loud and fast, he was cursing at the game developers for emulating fear in the game. There was no way he could possibly stand up to the dragon, as far as he knew no one in the game could. The highest level so far was 300 as the grind gets worse and worse with each triple digit. Krish tried to calm himself the dragon hadn't killed him just, yet it was mostly looking at him with a menacing glare. Krish took one long breath looking the dragon directly in the eyes pulling his +2 tempered steel sword from the sheath. Pointing his sword at the dragon his fear had left him now and was replaced with anger mostly by the fact that he would be losing exp because of this death and if unlucky a random item could drop. So, and with a load yell he shouted "Listen hear, fuck nugget. I know I'm gonna die no matter what. But you better not believe that I'm going down without a fight,"

Krish activated his Swordsman stance spending 5 mana spreading his legs 2ft apart and having his sword raised to his side his right back a bit ready for the sword strike. This ability that when used and held could allow the next attack of the user to deal double damage when fully charged. For Krish's current level he had to hold it for about 3 seconds because of his agility of 100 it being his highest stat before he could do double damage with his weapon. It was not a skill he used often as to use it affect not only did you have to take time to get the stance ready, there was also the 3 second wait which in this game where mostly skills take a second or even milliseconds at higher levels was not that useful where his level was currently at. But he knew that he was gonna die anyway so why not use it. The technique did have a cool energy look as the sword glowed yellow when fully charged.

He only had a second left as the dragon opened his mouth. Krish readied himself to strike before the breath attack could get him. Just as Krish was about to push off the ground he heard a deep load voice "Did you just call me fuck nugget,"

The dragon was speaking to him and what happened next surprised Krish even more. As the dragon began to laugh shaking the entire cave that they were in, the crystals at the top of the roof shaking with each bellowing laugh as then he began to speak "In all my thousands of years living on this plan of existence no one had every used such a strange combination of words. You are quite the humorous one, young human. I think I may let you live, drop the stance will you it's pitiful to think you could even hit me with an attack so weak,"

Almost on queue with the dragons words the energy surrounding Krish's blade faded [ The power of the great one is too much for you to handle as his level far exceeds yours. Your skills having a high rate of being cancelled] Krish began to lower his weapon his idea of going out like a somewhat badass being destroyed in the process with the dragon's cancelation ability. Putting the sword to his side Krish saw that the dragon's once menacing look had disappeared and he could almost see a smile on its face. Krish began to breathe a sigh of relief the dragon wasn't going to kill him just yet, maybe his luck was turning around. "Are you going to say anything or just stand there breathing heavily," spoke the dragon.

"I…. uh didn't really except you to talk," said Krish fumbling up his words as he tried to speak without being overwhelmed by the sheer pressure of the dragon. The dragon began to lower its head getting closer and closer, Krish instincts were going full code red telling him to move but Krish stood still as the dragon spoke again his voice even louder at this point "Please don't tell me. You thought that a creature with such power as me wouldn't have any intelligent life. That would be beyond stupid,"

Krish could sense the snicker in the dragons voice as he spoke and before his mid could even register his mouth began moving his voice rising "Don't look down on me you gigantic twat. I may be scared shitless and I really want to run away but you can go suck a dick if you think, you can get away with talking such mad shit,"

The dragon started to laugh even harder as his giant claw began to slam onto the ground repeatedly, and for a moment Krish thought that he could see tears coming from the dragon's eyes. "I'm starting to like you more and more human. Your clearly an entertaining one. What is your name,"

"It's Krish,"

"Krish not a bad name for a human. Well Krish it was amusing to meet you. Now you wouldn't mind telling me how you managed to get in here,"

At this point the fear and anger that had taken over Krish had subsided as he place his sword back into its sheath. His body relaxing as the pressure from the dragon was lessened.

"I was exploring a dungeon, when an opening had appeared and it led me here, to you,"

The dragon's eyes grew wider as he spoke once raising his head once more to full height "So the door is opened. And you are the unfortunate victim in another man's grand story,

"

Krish narrowed his eyes as he stared at the dragon. He thought to himself is this the start of story event. It had to be, but he was interested in what the dragon had said about being a victim in another man story. Before Krish had the chance to talk the dragon's talon raised up pressing itself upon Krish's heart [The Great One, wishes to entrust a task upon you. Accepting this task will add the hidden legendary class the one that cuts the heavens. And two quests: fated arrival, The final duel. Class and quest descriptions can be viewed only once accepted]

Krish could swear that his heart had stopped beating for a couple of seconds when the notifications had popped. He couldn't believe his eyes that he had the chance to get a legendary class, even though it had the strange title of hidden. As far as he knew there were only 5 people in the game with legendary classes all being level 300. There was the Great General, Saint, Blade Master, Grand Magician and the Shadow Master. Krish knew that there had been many speculations by commentators and streamers of the game of other legendary classes mostly told from the book of legend which talked about heroic figures that fought for the world. And each Legendary class that had been achieved was mentioned in that book. And as far as he knew he had nothing of the one that cuts the heavens. Maybe this is what it meant by hidden.

Krish's head started to hurt as all these ideas and possibilities for the class came into his head. But Krish knew one thing it would be a dumbest idea ever to let go of this class. He knew that he wasn't the most competitive player of the game happy if he was having fun and making money. But this was a way to have something more when he played the game something that could keep him going in the long run. And Krish also knew that from the legendary classes he had seen they got payed a lot of money when it came to esports, and marketing. With one half of him wanting as much money as possible and the other half wanting to be filled with adrenaline, he accepted the great one's request.

A flash of white light came from the talon of the dragon as his vision was blinded, he heard the dragons voice again "You have chosen to be a part of this story. Good luck human you're going to need it,"

As the voiced subsided and Krish was able to open his eyes again he found himself in the dungeon right where he had found the cave opening that was now completely sealed off. Being confused at just what happened he heard the ring of the game notification.

[ You have changed your class from Swordsman to the one that will cut the heavens (TOTCTH). TOTCTH class allows you to keep the previous skills from the Swordsman class. And gives all attribute points up by 20. Due to the use of blade and high agility you have gained the abilities reality strike and spatial movement]

[Reality strike level 1: Allows the user to cut through reality moving the slash of the blade to any target that the user can see. At higher levels the user can us this skill without drawing the blade allowing strikes to form around the space of the enemy mana cost: 20 per strike, cooldown 5 seconds per strike.]

[Spatial movement level 1, duration 1 second main ability: User can move through space in an instant appearing in any location that they can see, passive buff: increases agility by 50 for an additional 2 seconds. Cool down 5 minutes special note: the longer the distance the higher the cool down, mana cost 40.]

Krish couldn't be happier he knew currently he didn't have the mana to properly use this skill as he was only on 100 mana that was counting the 20 extra points he got into intelligence. That would mean that he could 5 reality strikes before using up his entire mana pool. And only 2 spatial movements. But he knew that the more he used the skills and the higher his attribute points got the more formidable he would become. He especially like the ability of reality strike especially it's higher level ability.

[ Two class quest have been accepted, Fated arrival, The Final duel]

[Fated arrival. You are one side on a coin, and the other is that of the Hero who shall save the world as the prophets have seen. And through this you shall grow stronger until the day where you may meet your other side

[The Final duel. Playing the role that has been left to you by the strongest beings in this plain. You shall have The Final duel. You and the Hero when reaching the pinnacle of your strength must have a duel that will go down in history as the day good triumphed over evil. As it is in your fate to lose, as fate itself has written this.

Requirements of quest: After reaching the highest level possible you must have a final duel.

Krish's eyes narrowed down on The Final duel (TFD) as he thought to himself "Wait am I a villain"

Ability: If User correctly activates technique and hold it for 3 seconds the next strike when struck with the stance engaged will do double damage.]

[Double slash level 4:

Cost: 10 mana

Cooldown: 5 seconds

Ability: when activating this ability, the second hit of the blade comes in at a blind speed nearly attacking at the same time as the first strike. The second strike does half damage.]

[Crushing blow level1:

Cost: 20 mana, -30 durability on weapon of user when used.

Cooldown: 1 minute

Ability: User can use their full strength to attack the enemy encoring massive damage with a 10% chance to daze the enemy.]

[Quick slash level 4:

Cost 10 mana:

Cooldown: 3 seconds

Ability: The blade will move at a blinding speed. When using quick slash, you do half damage and instead of using strength for damage agility is used instead.]

[Reality strike level 1:

Cost: 20 mana

Cooldown: 5 seconds

Ability: Allows the user to cut through reality moving the slash of the blade to any target that the user can see. At higher levels the user can us this skill without drawing the blade allowing strikes to form around the space of the enemy.]
