But good thing it was a joke because they like the SCP universe and they said "How in the world did SCP-049 got out in his containment and why is he in Japan?" So to play with their act I said "They gave me 1st class in a plane because I "cured" one of the flight attendants." The police laugh at my joke and said happy Halloween. It was the weirdest 1 hour of Nichimura's life

Yoko just shrugged "That's why we should buy a croc suit to cosplay as SCP-682!"

"Well I'm still strong!" He said as he goes outside gonna break the second table

As he was gonna get his cup of mountain dew he felt a sudden sting in his chest. He held it on whats the problem
Kimura notices this sudden behaviour and asked "You OK, bro?"
"Eh? No?" Said very straightforward
"Well do you want to go home? It's getting late I mean it's about-" checks his phone for what the time is "11:40 PM. Almost midnight"
"No. I will see the fireworks then I will go home." (Nichimura)
"You have nothing interested than fireworks huh?" Kimura said as Nichimura nodded

Nichimura stands up and goes to the backyard where everyone is gonna wait for the fireworks display in Tokyo

The three was confused for a sec. But realized it because they forgot About Nichimura's Condition
He has a weak heart. He is prone to heart attacks
"Shit! NICHIMURA!" Yoko shouted
"Oi! Kimura! Call the ambulance!" Masaru shouted at Kimura who quickly pulled out his phone and called an ambulance
"Come on, Nichimura! Stay with us!" Yoko shouted at his face and does chess pumping to make his headt function again
'Shit! I can't move! I can't hear! That fucking doctor said I'm fine! Shit! That lying shit!' he can't say anything but he cursed that doctor for not checking his heart properly
Nichimura is struggling to breathe properly too. He is about to die
Everyone around them noticed this but they can't help but watch the helpless Nichimura that is on the ground. Struggling in pain

'Shit.... Everything is fading.' Nichimira's last thoughts as his body stopped moving. He is dead
"Oi! Don't scare us you little shit! Wake up!" Yoko said as he lightly slapped his face. He checked his eyes and breathing

"One: You can rest your soul in "heaven" into an infinite of time, it depends on whether or not you will rest there for a limited amount of time or forever. Two: You can get reincarnated to a much healthier body with immense good luck in your old world but the downside is that I will have to erase your old memories. Third: If you want to enjoy your own life, lets say "I'm gonna enjoy life to my liking". You will get reincarnated to another world or "Isekai" with your old memory or without your old memory. You can accept wishes or without wishes. This option is up to you because it's complex." (The voice)

Reincarnate back to my old world but my old memories will be erased but upside is that my body will be more healthier and have immense luck than before

One you can have less wishes like five or six wishes below so everyone who is powerful in that said isekai world will not gonna harass you so you can enjoy life. Two is that you can have as many wishes but as I said before. People who are powerfully will gonna harras you but maybe they will say "teach me, master" to get stronger than you." (The Voice)

"When you said powerful enemies will gonna harass me then I have a perfect countermeasures for that. I want them to be hit with such immense psychological warfare, like giving them more fear that they will have second thoughts on harassing me. So I will say my wishes." (Nichimura)
1st Wish - Become Alastor and have his powers
Reasons - He thinks he is the only character to put enough fear to the enemy. That they will stop attacking him
2nd Wish - Have Gojo Satoru's powers
Reasons - His powers looked perfect if His appearance is Alastor
3rd Wish - Have Mochizuki Touya's power
Reasons - he has the power to call God and Nichimura can bring his phone
The God/Goddess didn't mind besides. This is her first time to meet such a extra ordinary japanese person. Not like other japanese reincarnates. So she is glad that she had someone to talk to. The Gods realm is boring anyways
4th Wish - Have Yan Sen's powers
Reasons - He is concerned about Cultivators so this is just a "Gonna make sure no Cultivators can touch me or anything"
5th wish - Having a system
Reasons - The system he wished will be half useless because he can tell what conditions he have because of the Medical class he had been studying. But he can't tell multiple conditions in his body because he needs analyzing so the system can put what bad or good condition he is in instantly
6th wish - His abilities cannot be Cancelled, Modify, Copy or taken his powers.
Reasons - He said he thinks there are some anime characters he knows of that can Modify, Copy, Cancelled, and Take his powers. So he wished for this "counter measure". Also that Erasure head from MHA will gonna be a pain in the ass so this wish is already reasonable
7th wish - Have Rimuru Tempest's Powers
Reasons - I think Rimuru has a power that can creat a book. And can absorb people. Also Nichimura can turn into a slime so he has a perfect cosplay for SCP-999 (Though in Red Color)
If he goes to a SCP universe the SCP foundation is gonna get confused on why there are two SCP-999s
So if Nichimura really did go to a SCP universe he will be called "Most Dangerous Slime" or something. Gonna be a Euclid or a Keter class
8th Wish - Language Comprehension
Reasons - Obviously
9th Wish - Ability to create skills and already at maximum level
Reasons - if the enemy has countermeasures then create a brand new skill to counter the countermeasures

Also he looked at his own face. This face is the Human version of Alastor
'How am I gonna change into the demon version of Alastor?' he thought to himself till a black mist consumes him and seconds later it disappeared
He looked at himself and ohh boy he actually became Alastor in a second
