Population Control 4/28

In the year 0200 several decrees were passed by the Zombie Monarch Halo Christine Minerva. These decrees were passed in order to solve the problem of overpopulation in the Zombie community.

The Birth Decree

Every Zombie under the Zombie Monarch is restricted to 2 children within their family. Those who remarry and start a new family will reset their count in coordination to the Remarriage Decree.

The Remarriage Decree

Every Zombie under the Zombie Monarch is to give an official report to the Department of Community in case of remarriage. If children have been born during previous marriages/affairs the married spouses shall submit a report to the Department of Community filling in the Child Count. This report will be sent to the Office of Zommanity* where it will be reviewed. The reset count will then be adjusted in coordination to the current amount of children.
