Akbar and Birbal questions and answers

One day Emperor Akbar said in his court that I will ask three questions to all of you. Akbar also said that whoever answers these three questions correctly, I will give him a good reward.

These were the three questions of Emperor Akbar -

1) What is it that is today and will be there tomorrow?

2) What is it that is not there today and will not be there tomorrow?

3) What is there that is not today and will be tomorrow?

Akbar said that you will have to answer these three questions with examples.

No one in the court knew the answers to these questions. Despite many efforts, no one was getting the answers to these questions. Then Birbal told Emperor Akbar that I am ready to answer these questions to you. But Birbal told Akbar that you will have to walk around the city with me for this.

Akbar said, Okay, I am ready to roam the city with you. Both Akbar and Birbal disguise and leave the city. Both of them had reached the market now. Then Birbal tells Akbar, let's go to this shop. Akbar accompanies Birbal to the shop.

Birbal went to the shop and said, "We have thought of buying books to distribute to poor children and distributing them, for this I want 2000 rupees, can you give them?" . The servant told his boss that he needed 2000 rupees. The owner said, well, I will give it.

As soon as he was giving 2000, Birbal said, but the condition is that whenever you are giving me money, only then I will hit you with a shoe. Then the man who was working at the shop got very angry, he said what are you saying and started fighting with Birbal.

Then the owner of that shop pacified the servant and then told Birbal that I am ready to eat shoes, but I also have a condition that my money should be spent in the right work. The shop owner told Birbal to start hitting me with shoes! Birbal and Akbar left without speaking anything from there.

After leaving the store, Birbal told Akbar that whatever happened in the shop means that the shopkeeper had money today and he wanted to invest his money in noble work, so he will have money in future also. This means whatever he has today will also be tomorrow. This was the answer to your first question.

Akbar and Birbal now walk to a beggar. Both of them were seeing that some man was giving food to that beggar. The man goes away giving more than that to the beggar. Seeing this, Birbal said to the beggar, "Feed us a little too!"

On hearing this, that beggar started shouting, run away from here! Don't know where people come to ask! Birbal told Akbar that here is the answer to your second question. This beggar has nothing even today and will not be there tomorrow also.

They both started walking again. They both saw that an ascetic was sitting under the tree and was doing penance. Birbal went to that ascetic and gave him some money and said that you take it! That ascetic said, I do not want because this money is not mine and I do not digest such dishonest money.

Then Birbal said to Akbar that here is the answer to your third question, this ascetic does not have money today but his intention is good and he does not even take dishonest money, then he will have money tomorrow i.e. in the coming future.
