25 The Kim's

This time when she woke up, it was to Ran jumping on her bed with a wide ass smile too bright for even Akane to stay asleep.

"Hey love." Akane sits up and open her arms for the girl to come snuggle in. Ran actually sat down (or more like let herself fall) into Akane's lap and relaxes in her hold.

"Good morning mama." Ran whispers, smile on her face as she glanced up at the older for a second then puts her face into the crook of the neck.

"Good morning love." Akane whispers back, mimicking the child, "and why are we whispering?" she asks, smiling when it made the girl in her arms giggle cutely.

"Daddy is downstairs with uncle Kim and his brother," Ran says, "And they are having staring battle with Min Hyukkie's father Mr.Park."

"Oh, are you friends with Minhyuk in school?"

"Yes. He's the cutest boy in all school and I like his cute hands. He said he likes my hands too. But I also like Ho Junggie, he said I'm the prettiest girl he knows."

Ran looks so conflicted and sad that it made Akane feel sad thinking about what she had said.

"You see baby," Akane starts speaking carefully and softly, "We get to love whoever we want and how we want. Love is love, and if you love someone keep loving them until you're tired. Our hearts maybe small but our love can be very big. Big enough to love more than one person and it's okay for you to love both Hyukkie and Junggie. If they are okay with you loving both of them than its a win win. It's alright, my baby don't have to be sad about loving them together."

Ran sighs tiredly and nodded her head to show understanding. But she refused to move an inch.

How Ran can be so mature like an 20+ old adult at times and be so innocent and child-like afterwards is beyond Akane. She knows that her personality is rubbing off on the child, and she just hopes Ran don't get influence by her wild side too.

Still in her night robe with nothing underneath, Akane decided to just be and walk downstairs with Ran in her hold refusing to part even a second with her.

It was quiet but the tension in the air was too dense and Minho looked really uncomfortable with three men starting at him. It made her sigh seeing such a sight.

"Baby, you should have warned me that you are going to bring in these idiots." Akane whisper yells at the end in her arms while Ran just pouts at her and shrugs her shoulders.

"Stop glaring!" Akane said loudly, announcing her presence and making the four men turn towards her, "And this is my house, I'll kill you before you kill each other." she looks at the men, and then narrows her eyes at the new one.

Oh- yeah Ran mentioned about uncle Kim and his brother.

"Noona?" Taeho called, a small smile on his face, voice hesitant and doubtful.

"I would like to hug you but my arms are full." Akane said, smiling back at the tearful man who chuckles chocking up on his sob as he stride up to her and arms his arms around her.

"I thought you died." Taeho cries, his voice getting deeper as he sobs with his face leaning on the other side of Ran on Akane's shoulder.

"Uncle Tae, your snot is getting on my mama, stop crying." Ran whines and tried pushing the man away but couldn't even make the man move a bit.

"Darling, she is my noona before you were born." Taeho retorts, chuckling and poking at the girl, "I'm so happy right now." he says and let's go of the hug, pulling himself back together and wipes his tears.

"Taetae babe, you're still a crybaby." Akane teased the man but smiles happily at him.

"By the way, don't think I didn't saw that Kim." Akane chided, giving the other three man a glare as she went to sit beside her brother by the dining table. "Park Minho is my brother and you will treat him as such. Am I clear?"

"Give me a reason why should I?" Jin Kwang stubbornly questions, his eyes narrowing at the man in topic.

"Because I said so," Akane snaps, "And because he got nothing to do with what happened years ago. He was just a mere child back then for fucks' sake, can't you chill!" she looks at the older pointedly, ears getting red with annoyance.

"Hey, Ran is here no swearing." Joonki tried to say but got glared by the women while his daughter rolls her eyes.

"Daddy, you swear all the damn time. I'm used to it." Ran says, grabbing a sandwich out off the pack on the table and starts eating it, still sitting on the woman's lap. "And Yoonnie promised me 100dollars for every time she swears in front of me so it a win for me." she happily added.

All men looked at the women like she's crazy for promising something like this to kid.

"Baby, I got you a doll and it's in my wardrobe." Akane says and let the girl down, who run off the kitchen and up the stairs all the while eating her sandwich and giggling.

"So." Taeho looked from his brother to Akane, waiting for them for explanation.

"And so we eat the breakfast first." Akane replies, standing up and going for the cabinets to get her cereal and milk from the refrigerator then a bowl to pour it in.

None made a sound and ate the sandwich Jin Kwang brought with the coffee cups. They all know that Akane likes her breakfast calm and quiet.

When Akane put the used bowl and spoon into the sink, others look at her expecting her to start the conversation.

"Seriously, I don't see why you three are getting yourself involve with what happened years ago." Akane says, and Joonki instantly frowns while the two Kim brothers scowls.

"Am I the only one who don't know what actually happened?" Minho questions, a little uncomfortable sitting with the others in the same room.

"Since you men are so stubborn, I'll tell you a brief version." Akane sighs and sat up on the counter, "I got abducted , sold off to a brothel, worked my ass off for years just to earn what I wear and eat, got enough connection to get myself out and then Mr. Yamada found me bathe in blood. He took me in and I work for him. I was in Dubai for business and met mother by accident. Coming here was also for business but I was faced with things I have to finish. Meeting Joon and all of you was never my plan, but it happened." Akane sighs, smiling fondly as she looks at the four men.

"I'm glad I met you all again." she added.

"I'm curious because you seem to know who exactly cause your abduction in the first place."
