5 Back Home

Her life has never been.... straight or normal if she really think about it. She grew up in a dysfunctional family, with narcissistic peoples to begin with. She got cared by maids around the house when she was little and left to her own devices after.

"Damn! fuck don't do that!" Akane grips Dan's hair and push his head away from her neck.

"Will you ever let me mark you?" Dan ask as he sat back on the bed, looking down at the naked Akane.

"Not even in your dreams." Akane scoffs and gets up from the bed and walk away towards the bathroom, not caring of the eyes fill her naked form.

Sex with Dan isn't so bad and it keeps her mind off things, but Akane never let the man mark her no matter how much the man begs her to let him.

"Fuck you Dan!" Akane yelled from the bathroom as she checks her side of the neck. There's a little red bite mark where Dan was kissing her. She hates it.

"You already did!" Dan yelled back with a laugh.

Akane hates when people she slept with marks her skin even when she told them not to.

Because her Joon loved to mark her when they were together.

And kissing to.

'He might have forgotten, it's been years since the day I was gone. I shouldn't interfere with his life after disappearing on that day. Even if I wasn't at fault, I can't ruin his life by going back after so many years. And he might have hated that I left on that special day with no goodbye.'

Someone contact her about a businessman willing to pay a hefty sum for a single contract. Akane took it.

Maybe the fate did wanted her to come back because her client turn out to be non other than Mr. Park, and her target a politician, her long distance uncle.

If someone told her that she's going to fly back to Korea, she might have laughed but now that the situation has changed, she felt glad to have an excuse to go back to where she came from.

Mr. Yamada didn't mind her doing things, unless it interferes with what he had told her to do.

Going back was a nerve wrecking affair because Akane couldn't even sleep well and she felt jumpy.

Speaking hangeul was like as if she could get drunk on it, her words were slurry and her pronounce was as if she was mumbling and not speaking clearly. But the taxi drivers understood her anyway and she didn't had trouble navigating her way around the city Seoul.

She chose to stay at the house her father owns in downtown Seoul. Its in her name since she was 5 and only her mother knows about it. It's fairly outdated and traditional house, her mother never had interest in it and might have forgotten it. Even if the house is not that large and only made for a small family, its estate is larger than any other properties her father left for them, and she decided this will be the first thing she take back from them.

The house was well maintained, like someone had been taking care of it without changing anything other then cleaning the dust and mowing the grass. The electricity was working and the water well was well kept too and the firewood was stocked in abundance. Not thinking much of it, Akane still stayed there.

She just went to the local market and came back when she saw someone going into her house. Curious and annoyed, she sneak up to the stranger and strangled the man into the ground in the front yard.

"Who are you?" Akane asks and tighten her fist around the man's hair.

"I'm just a messenger, please." the man replied and did nothing to harm her.

"Who do you work for?" Akane ask, wanting to know if the stranger is one Mr. Park's men.

"Mr. Kim!" the man cries, "I work for Mr. Kim Jin Kwang. Please, i mean no harm miss."

Kim Jin Kwang?

How.... yeah she told him once that she really love this place.

But why would he..

"Get out!" Akane screams, "If you told him about me, I'll kill you. Get out now!"

The man run out of the front door without looking back.

"Why the hell did he sent the man here?" She asked but couldn't find the answer in her mind.

"So, you're telling me that there's a women living in the house?" he asked again, finding it hard to believe what his employee is telling him what he saw at the house.

"Yes sir," the man says, "She was about 178 cm tall, amber eyes, dark blue hair and she seem to have Daegu accent."

"Thank you, you are dismissed." He says and lean back on his chair as he process the information staring at the white ceiling of his office.

She was declared dead when a body was found in an accident, the body was burnt but the dna test was done and the doctor said that the girl is really her.

The woman living at her house can't be really her, can she?
