1 Prologue
The capital of the empire was in ruins. From the sky, one could see that a gigantic humanoid figure is lying down, with smokes of dust rising around it seeming as though it had just toppled. This is the legendary imperial arms Shikoutazer which caused the destruction of the city.
Underneath Shikoutazer was Tatsumi with his tattered armor, and was covered in blood and injuries as he had just finished an intense battle, not to mention having to prevent the Shikoutazer from crushing the civilians.
"Sorry.....Looks like I couldn't keep my promise" Tatsumi said with a pained look.
Due to the injuries and having lost a large amount of blood, Tatsumi was at the end of his rope, he was looking at Akame with his almost dead eyes. Akame walked closer and caught Tatsumi as he was about to fall.
"YOU PROMISED!" Akame cried out in despair as she held the dying Tatsumi on her bosom.
Thus, Tatsumi breathed his last with regret due to not being able to fulfill his promise towards Akame.

"Ugh......" Tatsumi groaned in pain as he opened his eyes only to see that he was not in the Imperial Capital City anymore.
Tatsumi looked around and concluded that he was in an unfamiliar alley, he tried to stand up but his whole body felt sluggish as though he was not in his body but someone else's.
Tatsumi looked at his hand, his eyes widened in shock to see that his arms are much smaller than before, it was also covered in dirt and a few bruises could be found here and there.
During this Tatsumi was extremely confused. ("Back then......I died, right?") he asked in his heart, while thinking back to the time before he woke up.
he thought that maybe he was dreaming and started to pinch himself, however, no matter how hard he pinched himself, it only got more painful but there was no sign of him waking up.
*BANG BANG BANG*
Tatsumi was startled as he suddenly heard gunshots from within the deeper part of the alley, a few moment later, he heard footsteps following which a man running to his direction, seemingly escaping from something. another man came out from the darkness running after the one who first came out, he aimed a gun at the man in front and shot. The bullet hit the target just in front of Tatsumi, and the man flopped to the floor with no sign of life.
The man who killed the person in front of Tatsumi noticed him and aimed the gun to kill him, however, before who could pull the trigger that will take the life of the child in front of him, he noticed that Tatsumi wasn't even afraid, instead, he could see that Tatsumi was starting to take action. Tatsumi's action incited his interest and instead of shooting, he lowered his gun.
"Kid.......it's amazing how calm you are even though a gun is pointed right at you" the man suddenly said at Tatsumi, making him bewildered about the sudden turn of events when he anticipated a fight.
("I'm way too used to my life being threatened, of course i can remain calm") Tatsumi thought and spoke to the man.
"What of it?" Tatsumi said as he glared at the man. Even though he currently doesn't have Incursio or even a weapon with him, Tatsumi was determined to kill the man in order for him to survive.
"I like your attitude, kid, you're an orphan, right? come with me" the man said as he hid the gun.
"Why would I come with a stranger who just killed a person right in front of me?" Tatsumi cautiously asked, not lowering his guard for even a moment.
"Calm down, I'm already old, I don't have a child and I need a successor. I feel that I can bet on you, so I'll train you" the man said as he turned his back from Tatsumi and started walking towards the dark.
Having the feeling that the man wasn't lying, and having nowhere to go, Tatsumi decided to follow the man, since, either way, if he had stayed there, he would die from starving, since currently he's in a different body, and in an unfamiliar place.

30 years passed in the blink of an eye.
At first, Tatsumi was still doubting what he was experiencing, he found out that he reincarnated, not only that, he also found out that he was reincarnated to a world that was completely different from his world before, the name of the world, or more accurately, planet that he is currently residing in is called Earth, although, imperial arms did not exist here, the civilization and technology of this world is much more advanced than his former world's.
During his time on Earth, Tatsumi gradually accepted that, he, indeed had died and is now living in a different world, the man he met on his first day on Earth and took him in was called Akihiko Tenma, which he now considers as his father.
Akihiko Tenma was a well known figure in the underworld, he was a professional assassin considered one of the best in executing missions. during his time with Tenma, Tatsumi learned a lot and inherited his skills, learning how to utilize guns, knifes, poisons and traps. He became an expert in silently taking out a person instantly. Unfortunately, 11 years ago, Tenma died of old age.
He also took an interest in creating things, first he studied about computers, following which, he learned how to construct guns, and from then on, it only got more advanced as he built multiple machines with more complicated structures, he built an Artificial Intelligence which assisted him and he also built a mechanical armor which boosted physical abilities. As his creations became known to the world, he was considered a genius.

In his laboratory, Tatsumi immersed himself in creating a new invention, which was a nuclear reservoir which is able to contain nuclear energy.
After a while, he finished it, and rested got out to rest, Tatsumi has been working on it for 3 days without any rest so all he could think about now is to sleep.
Tatsumi threw himself on the bed and instantly fell into a deep slumber.
