Indomitable Monster Spirit (1).

Soon after atomizing Satan, Esdeath prepared to leave The Hole. Esdeath flew into the sky and looked down for a moment, "I can see why they call this place The Hole, it sucks here," Esdeath quipped as she flew away.

Meanwhile, In an unknown realm laid a large Klyntar on a white surface.

"Wake up my child, it is not time for you to sleep yet, go make your mother proud," An omnipresent female voice softly commanded, which made the Klyntar stand up in awe.

"My Queen!" The Klyntar immediately prostrated himself before The Voice. The Voice laughed softly before extending her hand, a hand of pure light, onto the Klyntar.

"You must not waver. Let your indomitable spirit take over, let it course through you!" The Voice shouted as the Klyntar's large body became cocooned in a white shell of light. Moments later, the shell cracked, and what came out of that shell was an entirely new person.

This new character has pure white hair that descended down his back, stone grey skin with cracks around the eyes, pale yellow eyes that oozed with murderous intent, and an evil smirk.

"I feel, incredible..." The man said as he laughed maniacally. The Voice laughed with him for a moment before she began to speak, "Now that your indomitable spirit has been awakened, go wreak havoc upon this mortal plane, Satan, no...Lucifer."

Lucifer bowed as he nodded, "Understood, My God," he said as he vanished from the realm of white.

After Lucifer left, The Voice began to laugh softly to herself before saying, "The show must go on..."

Esdeath flew through The Hole at high speeds and just as she was about to cross through the exit portal, she felt a chilling aura wash over her, causing her to reflexively turn her back.

"What the hell was that?" Esdeath asked herself as she focused her Magical Energy on the location of Satan's Crater. Esdeath's eyes opened in shock as another person was standing there, a new person.

The new person must have felt her energy as he looked in the direction she was currently standing, mind you, Esdeath was hundreds of miles away from Satan's Crater. Esdeath instinctually knew this new person wasn't going to go down easily and immediately called for backup.

'Es-chan!' Esdeath yelled telepathically to her sister, only to get no answer. So she tried again but didn't get an answer. Esdeath clenched her fists in frustration, "Damn it! I want to escape right now but the amount of trouble this guy would cause in the future isn't worth it. I guess I'll have to fight him on my own for now."

Esdeath sighed heavily and flew toward Satan's Crater at her top speed, covering a distance of over 1200 miles within 10 minutes. Esdeath arrived with a huge gust of wind following her and she stood on the edge of the crater, looking down on the man in the center.

"Who are you? State your intentions or get your ass beat!" Esdeath yelled and the man laughed, "Although I look a bit different, how could you forget me so fast, you just killed me," The man replied which sent shock coursing through Esdeath's body.

"What?! I pulverized you to the point of no return! There shouldn't have been anything left for you to regenerate with!" Esdeath yelled and Lucifer laughed as he spread his arms and looked up in the sky with a mad smile, "That is the power of a God, MY GOD! She rebirthed me from nothing and gave me a second chance! A second chance to pulverize you and your puny planet into space dust!" Lucifer yelled as he vanished from his position in a blur.

Lucifer reappeared in front of Esdeath with his fist cocked back. Lucifer's punch neared Esdeath's face until she dodged at the last second with a surprised look on her face. The aftermath of Lucifer's missed punch created a huge ravine on the red, barren planet as well as giving Esdeath a small nick on her cheek.

'He's fast! I reacted out of pure instinct on that one, if I were even a moment late in dodging that punch, it would have taken my head off!' Esdeath said to herself as she got into her fighting stance, 'I can't play around with him again as I did before, I have to go all out. This is the perfect chance to test the limits of my new form as well.'

Esdeath's body was enshrouded by a black and white aura and she had the same aura on her fists, "Let's get going shall we?!" Esdeath shouted as she stepped forward, immediately appearing before Lucifer with a punch ready to make contact with his face. Lucifer smiled and ducked the punch, while also counterattacking with a gut punch, sending Esdeath flying into a nearby mountain.

"BLEGH!" Esdeath coughed up heavy amounts of blood before recovering and jumping out of the crater she was lodged in. Seconds after she did so, Lucifer appeared in front of her with a kick ready. Esdeath leaned back to dodge the kick and did a back handspring to create space between the two.

"That was a nice warmup, now how about we get serious?" Esdeath said as she wiped her mouth with a smile. Lucifer laughed as a black miasma enshrouded him, "Sure, why not."

The two sprung forward and began exchanging blows across the planet, creating large craters everywhere they appeared and sonic booms in the sky. This went on for around 2 minutes until they broke apart.

Esdeath panted lightly, 'This guy is tough!' Lucifer pointed his palm at Esdeath.

"Black Decay!" Lucifer yelled as a wave of black miasma traveled towards Esdeath, decaying everything in its path. Esdeath frowned and fired a small ball of pure black energy at the wave, completely nullifying its effects.

After firing her energy ball, Esdeath wasted no time and rushed toward Lucifer with a right hook. Lucifer leaned back to dodge the punch while also making himself trip to kick Esdeath in her elbow sending her arm in the air. That brief opening allowed Lucifer to recover and create distance between the two.

"This is going to be harder than I thought..." Esdeath said as she tightened her fists, "Way harder..."
