67 ⌜Chapter 56⌟

Desert Magnum, a gun that bypasses all kinds of defenses, from energy shields to armors, it was a powerful gun but in exchange for its power, it only has a single bullet and the reload time is very slow.

Looking at its stats, Tanaka could say that this gun is more like a cannon than a pistol, anyway, since he have chosen this gun, he made his way towards the place called Extreme Desert Mountains; it was a place where there is a lot of sand mountains that extended up to the clouds.

Just climbing it is very difficult, and there is also a lot of monsters around the mountains and what made them annoying is that these monsters lay in ambush underneath the sand waiting for the prey to stumble close to it before getting pulled under the sand and being killed.

It was certainly a very challenging place, in which made Tanaka even more excited, anyway, he dumped all of his stats to agility before buying an Air Motor which was a motorcycle that can levitate at a maximum height of 5 meters, it costs about 1.5 million but Tanaka didn't mind the price.

He then bought more necessities such as backpacks that expands the inventory, some food to recover health and stamina and lots of grenades.

After everything was done, Tanaka made his way towards the Extreme Desert Mountains, with the Air Motor, it only took about 30 minutes to reach the place and when Tanaka reached the place.

*Boom!

He was immediately greeted by gigantic sand worms.

"Let's try the light saber sword then"

Tanaka smiled before pulling out the saber baton that was hanging on his waist and pressing a button. Immediately, light emerged out from the baton and Tanaka swung the light saber towards the charging Sand Worm.

*Bzzzz~

As if a hot knife slicing a butter, the sand worm was slashed into half without resistance and it fell to the ground, its health was immediately depleted, Tanaka didn't bother with the dead Sand Worm before attacking the other remaining monsters around him, they gave quite a lot of experience and just killing 5 Sand worms gave him 3 levels.

A few moments later, Tanaka had cleared all the Sand Worms around him, Tanaka then stored the Air motor on his inventory which took a hell lot of space thankfully he bought a lot of backpacks earlier, he then picked up the drops of the sandworms.

They dropped some kind of brown crystal, which Tanaka appraised as a monster core. They can be sold to the merchants. Anyway, Tanaka picked all of them up and started climbing up the Sand Mountain.

Climbing the sand mountain can be said easily than done. The sand keeps pouring down whenever Tanaka stepped on it, making it hard for him to climb. Tanaka was immediately pissed off because of this.

And so he immediately used his newly gained free attribute points and dumped them into his agility and forced his way up to the sand mountain. And it worked. Tanaka could climb the mountain, but his stamina was depleted to the bottom.

Tanaka sighed, then looked at another sand mountain that was much taller than the one he climbed up just now. He was seriously pissed off. Unfortunately, Air Motor doesn't work on climbing mountains, so he can't do anything but manually climb up the mountain.

And so about 2 hours later, Tanaka finally climbed the 5th mountain, and it was also the last mountain which is the tallest, it was taller than the mountain Everest. Tanaka never hated climbing mountains this much before.

But just as he was about to recover his stamina, the entire mountain suddenly shook and all of the sand that covered the mountain started falling off.

Fortunately, the place Tanaka was standing on didn't fall off and it was just the sand that continued to fall off but as more and more sand fall off, Tanaka could see the full appearance of this said sand mountain.

No, it was not a sound mountain, but a monster, it seemed to be, has laid still and was buried by the sands. If its body was covered by sand like that, then it must have been still for a long time.

Tanaka remained at the top of the monster as it stretched out its massive body, it was as tall as a 20 story building, it has a body of a reptile, from its body appearance, it can be said that its the same as Godzilla, except that it looked more like an armadillo.

*Roar!

The monster roared as it stretched out its body.

Everyone who were online in the GGO have heard the announcement, and all of them immediately jumped out when they heard it, a World Boss! no matter what game it is, World Boss are like super duper legendary mystical heaven defying treasures that appears once in a lifetime of a game, except if that game was milking itself to death then World Boss will appear only once or twice.

This immediately got the players excited and they immediately started frantically searching for the World Boss.

Meanwhile, while the others were still searching, Tanaka was already engaging with the World Boss in a fight, it immediately noticed him even with its massive body and the moment it saw him at its back, it attacked him with its arms.

Tanaka dodged the attack easily and jumped to the ground but he was immediately attacked mid air by its tail. Tanaka immediately used his tons of experience and somersaulted, his body mid air narrowly avoiding the attack.

Tanaka then pulled out his light saber and charged towards the Gigadillo, he didn't have any guns right now because he didn't buy one earlier, so he can only go head on with the Gigadillo.
